One of my NEW Timberland boots that I've barely worn and has a unglued sole.
Attached are some photos so you can see that I've worn them very little, in very minor circumstances.
I asked Timberland in Portugal to analyze and correct the manufacturing defect. As I bought the boots in London, they were shipped to Timberland Europe (Scotland).

I've owned Timberland boots, the original Yellow Boot model, since I was twenty. They lasted until I forgot about them, and the soles never came unglued before.

Now I'm 60 and I own several pairs of Timberland boots, and these are the second pair where the soles have come unglued. Now it's happened again with the boots in the photos.

J’ai acheté une paire de tim waterproof en décembre 2024, la marque dit que les chaussures sont cousues, ce qui est totalement faut, elles sont collees, et mal collées et coûtent 250 €, je leur ai écrit, mais aucune nouvelle ! Cette marque se moque du monde !!!

Mijn ervaring met Timberland was gemengd.

Ik bestelde schoenen in maat 47,5 maar ontving een verkeerde maat (44), duidelijk een fout vanuit hun magazijn.

De eerste communicatie met de klantenservice (via e-mail, met medewerker Lidiia) was teleurstellend en zeer standaard, zonder enige echte oplossing of klantgerichte aanpak.

Na telefonisch contact werd dit gelukkig wel rechtgezet. Ik kreeg een zeer vriendelijke medewerker (“Edward”) aan de lijn die de situatie professioneel heeft opgepakt. Hij gaf een compensatie van 20% op mijn nieuwe bestelling en gaf duidelijke uitleg over de retour en terugbetaling.

Uiteindelijk werd het probleem opgelost, maar de eerste afhandeling via e-mail was ondermaats.

De 5 sterren zijn voor Edward, en mocht meer mogelijk zijn zou ik dat ook doen!

Lidiia is zelfs -5 sterren niet waardig!

£135 shoes unusable in under 2 months. Warranty rejected and now no response from customer service despite multiple follow-ups. Poor customer swrvice

Mein Sohn hat sich sehnsüchtig Schuhe von Timberlnd gewünscht. Also habe ich über 200€ für die Schuhe bezahlt. Nach gut einem Jahr hat das Innenfutter bei beiden Schuhen aufgegeben.

Aussagen von Timberland, das ist normal. Bei 20€ Schuhen hätte ich zugestimmt, aber nicht bei über 200€. Frechheit

Compramos várias peças, quer de roupa quer de calçado para o filho, pois é ou FOI, uma das marcas favoritas dele. Durante o ano variadíssimas compras em diversas lojas. Neste caso em particular trata-se de umas sapatilhas praticamente sem uso, como novas, pois tem muito calçado ainda durante a garantia e não assumiram a anomalia. Muito bla, bla, bla, para dizerem que as sapatilhas não são para andar no dia a dia, mas sim para estarem numa prateleira, só pode! A vulcanização ficou mal feita junto ao tecido e começou a descolar do tecido.
Total falta de seriedade e de atenção com o cliente final. As entidades competentes têm de fazer algo para fazer valer os direitos dos consumidores.

I have brought several pairs from their online store, no issues so far not sure about the negatives on trust pilot I haven’t needed to say a bad word yet.

I was very happy with my first pair of boots. It lasted for 2 years. So I thought I will buy normal shoes from them too. I was happy and it was comfy. Then after 7 months even before but didn't report as I had better things to do, I reported that the filling came out of the heels from inside. Then had to send photos as well. Then I got back an email it is normal wear and tear, so the warranty does not cover. So I am asking how it is possible that you expect from a very famous very expensive company who you pay hundreds for a pair of shoes to be damaged and have feet pain after 7 months and it is not covered under warranty. I paid a lot and expect good product in return. This is nonsense. I won't ever buy from them again

Pro women’s radius sneakers arrived two days late.
They did not fit and my feet pronated in them as arch support is inadequate for my feet.
When I called to return them I was told that because it was a sale item they were NOT returnable. I do not see a no return statement on the order sheet.
Allegedly a supervisor was contacted but the message was the same with an added suggestion that I give them away.
I have never ordered shoes from any other company that I could not return if they do not fit.
This has been an unsatisfactory experience with Timberland.

I bought a pair of boots in October. By February the sole had split. Considering these are supposed to be the industry standard of hiking boots, I expected them to last multiple seasons. I am horrified I spent £150 on boots which I only wore out and about, and they split. It's shocking. I tried to get a replacement but it was impossible. Apparently it's considered "wear and tear" which makes so sense when I didn't even use them for what they were made for

Auch ich habe am Black Friday 6 paar Schuhe bestellt, für insgesamt 1.000€. Die Schuhe hatten echt mal eine mega Qualität, aber was da ankam, war kaum besser als Deichmann Stiefel für 20€. Also habe ich leider alles retouniert. Nach 2 Tagen kam die Retourenbestätigung und ich wartete auf mein Geld. Nach 2 Wochen ist immer noch nichts passiert, also habe ich zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester angerufen und mir wurde gesagt, dass es Probleme mit dem System gibt und die Rückerstattung manuell angestoßen werden muss. Ich solle bitte noch ein oaar Tage Geduld haben. Nach weiteren 10 Tagen ist nichts passiert, also habe ich erneut angerufen und wurde nochmal vertröstet. Das Spiel ging ganze 4 Mal und keine wollte irgendwas wissen, geschweige denn helfen, dass die Rückerstattung veranlasst wird. Habe dann eine Mail mit einer Frist gesetzt, daraufhin kam die Info, dass mir das Geld zurückerstattet wurde. Das Feld, welcher Betrag und an welchem Datum die Rückerstattung erfolgt ist, war leer. Also hab ich nach 1,5 Monaten den Paypal Käuferschutz aktiviert und so gott sei dank mein Geld wieder bekommen.
2 Tage nachdem Paypal mir das Geld zurückerstattet hat, kam von Timberland nochmal eine Mail, dass sie sich freuen, mir meine Rückerstattung am *leeres Feld* in Höhe von *leeres Feld* rückerstatten werden.
Bestellt hier bloß nichts, wenn ihr Gefahr lauft etwas zu retounieren, dann rennt ihr Monate lang eurem Geld nach!

I ordered a pair of boots that were never delivered. Per the carrier there were too many labels on the box for it to be delivered. Timberland customer service said they would issue a refund (original boot out of stock) and send me a free expedited shipping coupon for my next purchase. They refunded me the cost of the boots but only partially refunded the shipping. When I tried to use the shipping code for a different/replacement pair of boots it failed to work. I spent over an hour on chat and phone calls trying to get the complete refund and to try and get the new shipping coupon to work. Their solution was for me to pay the full price of the expedited shipping and they would refund me later. I hesitated to take this option since they weren't even able to fully refund the original shipping fee, and the expedited shipping fee was more than the cost of the boots themselves. Eventually I realized they were wasting my time and ended the call. Very poor Customer Service!

They get a five star for the quality, comfort and design of their hiking boots; however, they get a zero for customer service. They are the single slowest shipping company out of any company I have ever dealt with. It takes two weeks to get shoes. When you call to find out why it takes so long, expect 15 minute hold times. I can't stand companies that place zero emphasis in customer service. Perhaps this is the reason why they have such a poor rating on Trustpilot. It’s a shame because I love the product. With this being said, Service is More Important than Product. I have never loved a product so much while simultaneously disliking the company.

Kupila sam patike u Timberland Mall Split za supruga .Za kišu , samo je jednom obukao na suho one su skliske .Nisam ih odmah reklamirala 4 mjeseca nisam imala vremena odnit ih Trgovkinja je negodovala ali je napisala reklamaciju ,njeni nadležni su napisali da nepostoji greška i nisu uvažili reklamaciju.Suprug inace ima zakrčene krvne žile na nogama.Treba sigurnu patiku.Držaćemo ih u kući za uspomenu.

Ho comperato uno stivaletto Timberland dopo essermi iscritto al sito ufficiale della suddetta casa , ho ricevuto le scarpe le ho indossate la mattina dopo qualche ora le ho tolte e il tacco posteriore si stava staccando dalla scarpa assurdo, chiamo l’assistenza (improponibile) faccio il reso mi arriva la loro mail di ricezione delle scarpe,ad oggi sono 2 mesi non ho avuto ancora una risposta dopo varie mail inviate ,complimenti

Fik et par støvler i gave, hvor jeg efter kun to uger, oplevede at snørebåndene gik i stykker. Tog derfor kontakt til kundeservice, som svarede hurtigt. Havde regnet med at de nok ville kunne sende et par nye snørebånd, men nej. Så nu har jeg et par støvler hvor begge snørebånd er i stykker. Det er godt nok ringe, når man tænker på det er støvler til 1.700kr.

Entgegen vieler anderer Erfahrungen hier, hatte ich keinerlei Schwierigkeiten. Bestellt und via Visa bezahlt, wenige Tage später Sendung erhalten. Die Rückgabe eines Paares ging schnell und auch die Rückbuchung des gezahlten Betrages war binnen 3 Tagen wieder auf meinem Konto. Insgesamt ging alles circa 7 Tage. TipTop!

Dopo aver letto le recensioni mi sono preoccupata.
Oggi sono arrivate e sono soddisfatta: tempistica rispettata, sneakers integre ,carine come le volevo e al 50% del prezzo.
Suggerisco la consegna ad un punto di ritiro come ho fatto io.
