Easy booking process. I like being able to see the seating view before purchase. Being able to add the ticket to your wallet makes it very easy on the day. Follow up emails are just enough.

This website is a shit show and it randomly blocks you out right before you purchase cannot understand how this company functions

I am extremely grateful to Michael from the Box Office at the Athenaeum for all his assistance and shall be re-booking the show this afternoon for a another date as I really wanted to see this show. Thank you so much.

Easy to book, great voices

Unable to resell tickets. Cannot believe that Ticketmaster does not have a resell option. I was quite ill and could not attend. And you cannot talk to amyone other than a BOT who kept saying to go to my account and go to the resell option. Quite frustrating.

Absolutely awful at communicating. I haven't received my digital tickets so have been trying to contact Ticketmaster for a couple of weeks through multiple ways as advised on their website. There is no phone number to ring and speak to a human. Infuriating. At this stage i have no tickets to be able to attend my event however they have been paid for!!!!!!

Being able to take family to the AFL event for the first time and checking in trouble free.

Have not been on level 2 for a long time. access to areas difficult and food areas far and few for average footy goer . North Melbourne ground announcer very annoying and loud. Cut the level down, cannot hear yourself talk. Not a great experience there and have been going for years on ground floor.

Absolutely appalling service. They messed up my booking and now refuse to refund me stating I did not ask before the event. I want a refund not because I changed my mind. Your system messed up. Have tried over 20 times to get through to them by phone on some days. Worse ticket company in Australia. No wonder we cannot get through because of the volume of complaints and their mistakes. Keeping on at them.

You charge a fee for literally nothing

I purchased tickets to the freo football game. I found it easy to buy online and the website is easy to navigate through too

It was such an enjoyable night. The music, the dancing, the story was amazing.. Especially this guy who plays as MJ an incredible dancer!

Atmosphere and ease of getting to ground and entering

Allowing only 30 minutes for thousands of people to enter the gates is a complete joke. I joined the line at 5:15 which was enormous by this stage already and missed the opening band Currents as the staff handling tickets were slow and there wasn’t enough people to move the line steadily. Lines for everything were much bigger than normal for a riverstage show. Getting merch was unattainable, getting a drink took 20 minutes meaning time was spent away from enjoying the show that I paid good money for. It was one of the worst experiences of a riverstage show in a long time with evidently poor planning and management. The only saving grace was the bands were amazing albeit very short lived. Currents as an opening band only being given 7 songs to perform was deplorable. Sadly I will be avoiding the riverstage performances going forward as I genuinely want my money back after such a poor experience.
