I felt like i was watching a high school entertainment experience not a professional one. The costumes were great but it seemed as though the singers forgot the words or mumbled so we couldn't understand part of the songs. The intermission was just as long as the first half.

Disappointed, when i first booked we were seated then all of a sudden changed to standing only?

Horrible user experience - no biometric sign-in, downloaded the tickets to Wallet prior, which then still required access to Ticketmaster.

The show was very low quality.
Usually this standard off the show is going free in the club.
I was seated on Mezzanine. A lot of people left after the interval and during th second part. Some rows was completely empty. I am not sure how it was in the stall.

Excellent music and performances

Amazing show. Have been 3 times and my daughter 5 times. Cast from Micheals to the dances to the back stage are spectacular. Awesome experience and a must see show.

Booking was very easy. Keeping tickets safe and easy to access also a breeze. This made our trip to Sydney to see The Lion King far less stressful than it might have been. We had a wonderful experience.

Very disappointing customer service from Ticketmaster.

I purchased a Deluxe Package for Anastasia in Sydney and booked flights and accommodation from Brisbane. Ticketmaster cancelled the Thursday performance, forcing me to change my plans and attend on Friday instead.

Then, just days before the show, Ticketmaster emailed me instructions for collecting my Deluxe Package inclusions (program, chocolates, champagne, etc.). When I arrived, I was told those inclusions only applied to the cancelled performance.

The email was sent well after the cancellation, yet there was no apology, no acknowledgment of their mistake, and no offer of any goodwill gesture. Poor communication and even poorer customer service.

Easy to use, tickets available easily

Easily booked our tickets. Tickets available quickly. On the day of performance I was sent a reminder & a link for them so they could be easily be scanned.

Lion King is the best show available for all ages. Love it.

Regularly reminders sent out options to sell if couldnt make it. Easy to book Melbourne Recital centre great venue for smaller audiences. Colin Hay great singer and story teller

Daughter was significantly impacted by the strobing effects in the one scene. Had to leave at interval, as she couldn’t recover.
Otherwise a brilliant show and great seats.

Absolutely useless app. Can’t even be bothered explaining why because nothing ever changes

Very enjoyable show! A little confusing though, when some actors played several parts……
Ie ‘Darcy’was also ‘Tilley’ - they were very clever to play 2 or 3 different roles! Quite amazing!!!!
I don’t think the swearing was necessary to get laughs though! I doubt bad language was tolerated in that era?
