Very much deserving of a 5-Star rating.
This was a gift from our son. it was purchased by him and he sent it to our accommodations in Las Vegas. Service was very good, however there was confusion at the venue as the reservation had not been sent to them yet when we called to pick the tickets up. The venue called Ticketcounter and the situation was rectified quickly. The seats were changed however to several rows back, this was OK as they were very good seats and possibly a better view from being just a little higher.

Hello,
We bought e-tickets on your website for Le cirque du Soleil, Mystere.
We have received nothing and we live tomorrow to USA (we are from France) but for the paiement, no problems!!! Right now on my bank account!!
And i wrote you to have news, because no any news from you! no answer!! I'm very angry! it's not professionnal!!
So we take the fly tomorrow morning and don't know if we will can assist to the show! i don't know what to do??
If i have to buy others tickets or not, to be sure that we will see it!

A Complete Rip Off
I ordered 4 tickets for my family to see cirque du soleil LOVE and assumed I would bet assigned seats. NOT TRUE it's first come first seat and there is no guarantee that my children will be able to sit with me. I attempted to call your costumer service and was hung up on four time and put on hold three times and no one ever came back. On the fourth time I called I was told that my request will now be brought up to cooperate to see if that can refund my purchase. I am now going to contact my credit card company to have the charge stopped.

Fairly Easy, price was competive and clear, would recommend but....
We just wished we could have a better preview and a confirmation on where we would be seating. In addition, the application made me reenter my phone number in numeric when all characters entered were solid numbers. We almost repeated the purchase in double because of this error but the apps caught the possible error.
Overall, we trust Ticketmaster that we will be satisfied. We will be able to confirm this trust when we will be seating in the theater.

Easy to use, only complaint is that you dont know you seat as soon as you book. On ticketmaster you find out your seats immediately

Simple interface, but no idea where our seats will be
It's an easy interface to use, clear and straight forward. I just very much dislike not knowing where the seats will be. It's a little frustrating as I would potentially choose different times/dates depending upon the seats available.

Choosing seats and email tickets
The reservation procedure was fast, and quite straightforward. It would have been a plus to have a choice on the seats. It also gives option for Paypal, which is good. Also, to be able to receive the ticket printed (PDF) instead of picking them up.

Great customer service
I purchased tickets for a show in LV. Since I was not familiar with the venue I contacted Ticketcounter directly for assistance. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable with the venue and made me feel comfortable knowing I was purchasing good seats. We enjoyed the show and the seats were excellent.

Jeeze. I called to get tix for a show. The person could barely speak English which made it difficult. Whe. I asked what seat numbers she said there are no seat numbers. So when I arrived at theater guess what? Assigned seats with numbers. Don't know why she would lie. It's fine to buy a bank of seats and resell for a profit. This is their business and I don't begrudge them for that but why didn't they just tell me before I bought? Wouldn't use again
