I took the hiking tour and it was an underwhelming experience. The trail was overcrowded, and the guide seemed ill-prepared to handle the group. The hike itself was bland and lacked any interesting points of interest or informative commentary. The promised "scenic views" were mediocre at best, and the guide was not knowledgeable about the local flora or fauna. The tour felt like a forced, half-hearted attempt at providing an outdoor adventure, and I left feeling disappointed.

My email have been pwned since August 2020.

Fishy. They don't answer emails or the phone. Checked the address and doesn't exist.

I used them via Skyscanner to book flights. Tthey had a hidden fee of 40 Euro that i only saw in my card later.

Ticketcounter handled sales of tickets to an attraction in The Netherlands. I've just been informed of a breach they allowed in their systems. They informed me of their apparent negligence today, 3-3-21

When did the attraction itself know of the breach, you ask? Nearly 23 MONTHS ago. Ticketcounter either failed to know, failed to care, or just hid the information hoping nobody found out.

Perhaps Ticketcounter would like to respond....

I went on the website to get 2 tickets to a Las Vegas show, went to purchase them and it came saying my email address was invalid, I tried several times, kept saying the same thing, so I tried another email address we have, SAME PROBLEM, so I called around midnight and was on hold for 40 minutes, finally gave up!! I got back on the next day in the afternoon and the same problem about email address bein invalid, so I called, spoke to a rep. he first tried upgrade me from $67.99 a ticket to a preimum ticket of $97.99 (better seating) well I told him I just wanted the least expensive seats, then he tried to tell me the offer wasn't available anymore, even though it is showing on their website, then he said he would talk to a supervisor, came back on the phone still trying to upsale the ticket price, his excuse now that it was sold out at the lower price, all along it still is showing that price on their website, BEWARE THEY FALSE ADVERTISE PRICES JUST TO TRY AND UP SELL YOU AT A HIGHER PRICE. Will never purchase tickets from this site again, and will let EVERYONE I know what type of business this is!!!!

We were in Vegas and wanted to attend the show. Called these guys and before purchasing, I clearly remember, confirmed at least 3 times with the rep that these are Center Seats for Category 2 for Treasure Island show -- Mystere. Rep name was John and he said yes every time I asked him.

When we go to the hotel, we get side tickets. It was too close to the stage and on side so we could not enjoy the show as much as we paid for. Stay away from these guys as they don't tell you the exact seat numbers before or after purchase and make big false promises.

Would NOT recommend anyone to buy from these guys.

I would like to commend Ticketcounter on their OUTSTANDING service! Recently, during a trip to Las Vegas we purchased tickets, online, to KA, a Cirque de Soleil production. When Paypal caused a mix-up and refused to correct it, I had occasion to contact Ticketcounter for assistance when, in reality, it was Paypal's responsibility to correct. Mr. Jon Nelson did not hesitate to help. He was within his rights to refuse, but he was very obliging and immediately made adjustments to correct Paypal's mistake, and even asked if there was anything else he could do to make my experience more satisfying. This is service rarely encountered in todays "It's not MY problem" customer service!!

Seats were too close to the stage, i couldn't enjoy the show.

Called to get tickets and talked to the representative regarding our choices. We explained we had 2 cards to pay with and needed seats next to each other. He explained that he "had" to advise that the seats may not be together but if we head down to the Mirage that we can request them be together. He advised that the seats don't get assigned until you pick up your tickets. We dropped our current plans to try and hurry to the Mirage. Once we arrived we were told that the seats were not together and there was nothing that could be done. We were sent to the box office where we were told that even though we got good seats, if we changed now we would be 9 rows back with same price. We were also advised by the rep that this was the best price, yet the box office told us a better price, which didn't help the situation anymore. We decided to stop wasting time and just take our tickets. Once at the concert, there was no "sold out" concert. SO many seats were open and you can't tell me that that many people didn't just show up. Even though it was a great show, the reps need to be honest and be trained better if they are giving inaccurate information out. I wouldn't recommend getting tickets from here to anyone for all the trouble that we had to go through. Definitely a waste of time. Hopefully this gets past to the right person to better the company.

I was staying at the ceasar palace and decide to buy tickets for O cirque du Soleil. I was glad to do it simply by internet whit ticket counter. Ufortunately I buy the tickets 146 $ instead of the reel price of the 118$. it would have been cheaper just walk to the box office. I was very disapointed. Bad experience. Never buy tickets with this site anymore.

When we tried to pick up our tickets we were told the ticket purchase never went through. The confirmation number was wrong.

Booked tickets online for a certain date, and after checking out, the date changed to a date I couldn't attend but it still charged my card so I called them right away to say what happened and I was told I would receive an email confirmation stating the charge reverse and still haven't seen anything confirming that has actually happened

Very disappointed! Emailed 24 hours ago asking abound your customer service satisfaction emblem to match A lower price if I found one and I haven't had a reply from you. Also I try calling the number it appears on the purchase confirmation email and that phone has been disconnected at least take the time to edit and make the changes need it to the correspondence you email out.

It´s very easy to use ticketcounter. I find what I want with no problems and good price. I hope it´ll be easy when I take the tickets too.

I booked tickets at the last minute for the Michael Jackson One Experience at Mandalay Bay and I went straight to will call to pick them up a few hours before the show started. I was shocked at the fast and friendly service. The show was awesome as well. Definitely money well spent. I'd use ticket counter again!

I ordered them online. I have a friend who lives and works in Vegas and couldn't find ANY tickets for under $100. When I told her that I had found them for under $100 with NO FEES she said book them. I got 5 tickets, I picked them up at the box office 2 hour ahead of time, no hassles. GREAT SHOW @ a GREAT PRICE. I wouldn't hesistate to use them again.
