I had never heard of ticketcounter.com and with such good prices I admit I was skeptical. But my purchase and redemption was easy and quick. I enjoyed Cirque du Soleil at a great price. I purchased my tickets through the website hours before showtime and they were waiting for me at the Mystere box office. I will definitely purchase from this website again. No hidden fees.

Worst experince getting tocket from here ever!!i wish i can give negative stars!!!!! I got two tickets and accidentally picked the wrong date Which it happenes to be the same date i was purchsing tickets. so i found out less than 12hours after that the date was wrong. Contacted the service personnel and explain the situation. Forst of all, i didnt know kt was non refoundable or non exchangable which is total bs. Secondly, the service rep told me that since it was application error, it wouldnt be an issue and she made the extra note on it. Totally got embarrassed at the front desk!!!! Never again will i buy the tocket from this web site!!

We were told over the phone that our seats were center stage. When we got there- they were not! We sat on the side.
I also called to get 1 ticket refunded as one of our guests became ill and could not go. The agent said someone would get back to me- I have yet to hear from them.
Very disappointed in the communication of this company.

I pay a ticket $108.00 plus service, when i bought the tickets the section that they give me was at $89 plus service.

I was able to book last minute tickets for Cirque du Soleil quickly and easily through this website. I scoured the internet and Ticket Counter had the best price and seats for such short notice!

It was very easy to get a ticket and to buy it with PayPal.

I had an issue with the date of my show (which was 100% my fault) and ended up talking to a number of customer service reps as I was handed up the chain of responsibility. While I understood many of the earlier reps did not have the authority to make the changes I needed, they were all professional and polite and eventually I was contacted by someone who could help me. Everything worked out in the end.

Site with good and fast explanation, but I did not get to mark my seats yet.

I booked the "O" show via Ticket Counter and my experience was TERRIBLE. I asked if I could pick my seats before I paid and I was told I had to pay now and call a day later to pick seats. I asked a second time and said that I didn't want to pay for the seats until I could choose them, as I had the seating plan in front of me. The operator assured me again that I could pick seats the next day, after I got a confirmation number. At the end of the phone call he gave me a confirmation number, but still wouldn't book my seats.

THE OPERATOR LIED TO GET MY BOOKING.

When I called immediately after, I was on hold for 21 minutes (FROM AUSTRALIA) and then tried again, on hold for 10 minutes. I tried a third time and got thru, only to be told that I couldn't pick seats!!! I had to call the box office to do that. When I called the Bellagio hotel directly, they were kind enough to let me know that the seats were already chosen. I now have 3 seats just where I didn't want them!

And to make it worse, I am sitting next to people who paid $150 less! Since I have booked weeks in advance this is not acceptable.

I am so disappointed, and will do my best to post my feelings on any site I can find to steer people away from using this service.

In addition I could not easily understand either operator I spoke to. When I told the first operator that I wanted to see the "O" show in Las Vegas, he actually asked me to spell it!!!!

Where is the training for these people?
