I accidently booked the wrong date for some Cirque du Soleil tickets and the customer service to get them changed was awful. When I called the first time, I had to hang up after 25 minutes of waiting for someone to answer the call. On my second try at a call, the person I spoke to spent 5 minutes trying to find my record in her system repeatedly asking me for different types of information. Finally, after I got to ask my question, I was told that they could not change the date on my tickets even though there was no price change involved. I asked to speak to a manager and got the same response. Eventually this supervisor said that she would call the box office to see if this was possible. She then had me call the box office and they had no problem at all changing the date! The one great thing is that I did also send an email with my question and the woman who responded was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you have a customer service related question, you should definitely not call! Email this company!

I found last minute tickets at a good rate, bought them online and picked them up at the box office with no hassles! They had the lowest rate (I looked for hours on every website) and we had good seats!

Due to, what was explained to me as, an international limit on my credit card I was told my booking of two tickets would have to go through in two separate transactions - which I agreed to as long as the tickets I had chosen were the same. On arriving at the theatre with my boyfriend (a birthday present I had bought for him) we discovered that not only were we not sitting beside one another, we were in completely different sections of the theatre. Due to an almost full house the only thing the theatre could do was upgrade us, with an additional cost of $130. I specifically asked for two tickets together and was told this wouldn't change despite the separate booking. Very disappointed and feel let down by the service.

I recently purchased tickets for a Micheal Jackson 'ONE' Cirque Du Solei show on the wrong day. I needed to urgently change it to avoid losing my money. Without any fuss it was fixed in one email. Well done guys. Thank for your excellent service. :)

I was a bit nervous about booking tickets for a Las Vegas show from the UK but the whole process was simple and easy to do. Now I look forward to the show!

Prices looked very competitive and as we're coming from overseas and only arriving in Las Vegas on the day of the show I didn't want to take a chance on tickets.

The show August 3, 2015, was cancelled and I want to be refunded. At this time I don't have any answer.

I called recently to get tickets for the Las Vegas Jabawockeez show and spoke with an individual at Ticketcounter.com. To purchase the 4 tickets I wanted, per normal procedure, I gave him my credit card information. He claimed the information was incorrect and could not be processed, so I gave him my information again. Again, the information did not work and so for a third time I gave him my information. Again, he said the information did not work. I let him know it was too much of a hassle and I would just go to the box office later at which point the transaction suddenly went through successfully. After buying the tickets, he let us know we could pick up the tickets from will call within five minutes of purchasing the tickets. When we went to Will Call an entire hour later to get the tickets, our reservation had not been processed and we had to wait 20 minutes as the helpful box office attendant had to call around to find out what happened with the reservation. More so than the poor customer service, the thing that bothered me the most was that the individual on the phone lied to me and told me the prices he could offer me over the phone were cheaper than the prices I could get at the box office. That was 100% a lie, which I found out when I went to pick up my tickets. I will never be using this site to buy tickets again.

I called by phone because was having a hard time trying to book on line. The person whom helped me was vey professional, and helpful. Walked me through the whole process, and answered any questions I had. Very pleasant experience. Would recommend highly.

Perfect experience, all as offered with a owesome customer service

Seating chart only showed sections and not actual seats. Need more detail. Also need to pick the tickets up at least 1 hour before the show. A tad inconvenient but not horrible. Would like to be able to pick them up a little closer to show time.

Other than that - great site, easy to negotiate.

It's very easy to obtain tickets.
