My experience
I had no problem booking tickets for 2 Las Vegas shows in early Aug. When we arrived at will call the night of the first show they did not have our tickets. I had my confirmation with me and showed it to the person helping me they took it to their manager. After about 15 min they gave us our tickets and told us that Ticketcounter had not called our order in. We had paid for upgraded seats and ended up with not very good seats because they did not call. Went to the next show the following night same exact thing. We spent over 700.00 on 4 tickets. I will never use Ticketcounter again.

A Solid Company with good options for tickets
I stayed in Las vegas at Planet Hollywood and worked with the Diamond concierge to buy tickets to Michael Jackson ONE through Ticket Counter.
They recommended Ticket Counter and I found, unlike other online brokers, their tickets were not ridiculously marked up. They are working closely with the Vegas show box offices to ensure good seat availability options, where you know specifically where you are sitting. (When you buy from the ticket office, the show you a seat map - this map is on the online ticket counter site and you should pay attention if you want to know your specific seats.) This was a fabulous show and would recommend this company as a ticket source for any show!

Quick, easy and reliable
I spoke with a gentlemen to purchase some tickets to see All Shook Up. It was super easy to do over the phone, especially if you have any questions. I received my confirmation and was all set. I give it a 5 star for my overall experience.

It was easy and quick.
They should send an e-mail confirmation though. I am staying at a hotel so i couldn't print out the confirmation when I finished my purchase. I was hoping they sent me an e-mail but they didn't. Other than that it was nice getting a discount.

Great customer service.
I inadvertently clicked on the wrong date while making my online purchase for a Vegas show and tried to call the service center and was not completely satisfied with their response. I contacted the company directly and received a call back from the company within 30 minutes with my issue rectified immediately! Thank you Jon and I will be using your site for all of my future purchases in Vegas!

I was surprised you don't give locals a discount
I thought the tickets were $119.00 but the voucher said $129.60.
Paul was not very efficient and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Had to give him my credit card number 3 times before he got it right

I purchased 4 tickets to a show through Ticket Counter. I am pretty sure I selected a date in December, as the date is my friend's birthday and that's the reason I purchased the tickets. Anyway, I got a confirmation for a date next week instead.
Ticket Counter not only changed my tickets to the date that I wanted, but they refunded the money as well.
Jon, the Ticket Counter employee who helped me, was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. A big thank you to Jon!
Possibly the best customer service I've ever received!
