Everything worked out as expected.

My major complaint is that you can't choose your seat or even see where you will be sitting exactly. I think this is important to know exactly where you sit not just a general idea, especially when you spend over $100 per ticket. I didn't like how it a voucher you received after your purchase was official, on top of that, the tickets are non refundable even though you have no real idea where you sitting until you get to will call box office to get the actual ticket. And even when you get to the will call you don't even get to choose where you get to sit! Horrible setup! Most likely, I won't use this site again!

I purchased Michael Jackson One tickets and the service attendant took care of everything in a professional timely manner

I went online to order tickets to Michael Jackson One and they did not tell me that my husband and I would not be sitting together. Thankfully the box office fixed their problem but the gentlemen helping me order didn't mention this at all. Unacceptable.

I didnt receive any email confirming my purchase and therefore I had to call to make sure that my reservation was made.
The person who helped me was very kind, but now I am worried that I wouldnt get good seats since this web page doesnt provide with specific seat numbers. I picked section B and now I have to go 24 hours before show time to secure good seats in this section. That causes great stress to me. I didnt know I wouldnt get seat number when I bought the tickets.

I decided the day of to catch a show in Vegas. This was super easy and ended up in a great seat. Only issue is that the ticket I was presented with at the show had a price on it that was $30+ dollars cheaper than what I paid online.

I mistaked by purchase and sent immediately message to ticketcounter but didn't get any answer despite reminder. still waiting a reply!

Never sure of sites I do no know. But they helped with my questions and delivered a good ticket at a discounted price.

Just wish I could have actually chosen my seat, instead of being assigned one.

Will use them again. Got Cirque du Soleil Love tickets, saved a solid 40% off any other source and the seats were very good. Prepaid thru Ticket counter a couple months in advance, showed up at Will Call on day of show, gave them my photo ID, and they handed me tickets within 10 seconds...no muss no fuss no hassle.

I booked at 4 pm for a show at 9.30 pm. The reservation was not forwarded until I went to pick up tickets. I had to wait more than an hour to collect the tickets when usually the wait is 10 mins.

Well is very early to be giving a review since I bought tickets for a show that is going to be in a little more than a month, So I hope everything goes right. about the general platform I loved it, it is very user friendly, the numbers and the descriptions are in the right size, I had no problem making the booking with your website, I didn´t give 5 stars because I don´t know what is going to happen on the day of the show.

I tried to purchase tickets for Tournament of Kings in Las Vegas on the 4th. The site told me my purchase wasn't going through, so I purchased them through another site. I looked at my account the next day and saw Ticket Counter charged me twice. I called the contact number to cancel the charges. I'm still waiting for my refund.
