10 STARS FOR TICKETCOUNTER

I thought I had booked a show for the wrong date. Gave Ticketcounter a bad review, which I am sorry for now. Called the # provided and didn`t get the answer I wanted, hung-up. Within minuets, received a call from John Nelson, himself. Not only did I book the wrong day I double booked the event. Mr. Nelson was so kind as to refund me the entire ticket price. Even though, all the mistakes made were mine.

another pleasant experience

I booked it online. At checkout, the computer should have let me reviewed before I hit the final button. Somehow the selected date was entered incorrectly, either by the computer or by me and I only noticed that upon receipt of my confirmation thru my email. When I called to identify the problem I had, the personnel were very helpful and assisted me to switch to the right date and time.... I could proceed to the show with no worries...

TERRIBLE

I MADE AN ERROR ON THE DATE USING THE 13TH INSTEAD OF THE 16TH, , WAS UNABLE TO FIX IT THERE ARE NO CONTACT NUMBERS AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR TICKETS FOR THE 13TH WHEN I AM NOT IN VEGAS TILL THE 15TH AND WANTED TICKETS FOR THE 16TH ! I WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE TO CORRECT THIS ERRORM, HAVE BOOKED FOR THE CORRECT DATE ON ANOTHER SITE. SO IN FACT I HAVE PAID TWICE, I WILL BE FOLLOWING THIS UP WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND DISPUTING THE CHARGES

Good Service - questionable product

The person on the phone was fine. I did makes 3 calls prior to buying tickets to Michael Jackson's One in Las Vegas. I was astonished to learn that for almost $200 a ticket there were no reserved seats - only a reserved area, which, by the way, is extremely large. Getting in line early enough to get a good seat significantly cuts into our evening as we only have 2 nights in Las Vegas. Not happy at the thought of sitting for an hour and a half waiting for the show to start, or worse yet, standing in line for that long. Not a happy camper which I firmly expressed but I will say the person on the line (my 2nd call) handled me well.

Thank you for you input! We work hard to treat our guests with white-glove service--and we're happy to hear you were treated well on the phone.

There may be a little mix up in our communication on the "Best Seat Available" offer. You don't have to wait in a long line to get the best seats. Once you purchase your tickets on Ticketcounter.com, your seats are assigned. No waiting in line. Our only request is to show up at least an hour before the show to pick your tickets up at will-call--but you can go earlier in the day too. When you pick them up, your seats are already assigned.

We encourage guests to purchase their seats early so they get the best possible seat in the section that they've selected.

We're working to improve this and in the mean time, most of the guests that purchase "Best Seat Available" seats are delighted with the process.

Good Service

I contacted Ticketcounter call center for buying entrances for 2 shows in Las Vegas. Agent answered and clarified all my questions. I got tickets easy at the box office and get a very good seat at the theaters. Also good for me, the service is bilingual (also in Spanish). I do recommend this service.
