Excellent service from when we walked into the shop to the final delivery of our bed and mattress.

When we went to buy our new bed, the purchasing process was easy but slightly disappointed in the cost of removal of old bed and build of new bed, nearly £100 extra, It was a lot more than advertised on the boards in the shop, although the signs did state ottoman beds incur an additional charge, was not expecting over £60 just to build it, with another over £25 to remove it old one. However we are unable to build it, so paid the extra. Was called day before delivery with a time slot. The delivery arrived well within the time slot. The two delivery men were friendly and polite and considerate of our house. They built the bed with no issues and took away our old bed and the packaging on the new one. They explained everything we needed to know and do to our new bed. Love our new bed and pleased with the service received

Wanted a particular style wardrobe to match bedside cabinets called 'urban' made by Birlea and browsed online came across The Sleep Shop. Their price was very good and availability immediate so I purchased directly which was secure and acknowledged also received phone call next day person to person which was great telling me a company would call me next with a convenient time slot acknowledgement to deliver and also just before they arrive and they did exactly that. Perfect liason can't compliment both companies enough. Highly recommend they and item I purchased. Thankyou.

After placing my order, which was easy, I was called back a while after to confirm my order was placed and would be delivered in two days. I was given a time between 8am and 6pm that day and it arrived mid morning. I was able to track the delivery on the couriers web site. The driver got it indoors out of the rain for me which was very pleasing. I just had to move it myself into the house. Well packed in card to protect it from damage as well as the polythene from the factory. An old removal service is also available but I did not use that. I am very pleased with the service provided.

The customer service in the Sleaford showroom was excellent. The assistant talked me through all of the options available for mattresses and there was no pressure to buy. My purchases were a reasonable price and removal of the old mattresses was included in the price. Delivery was easily organised and went exactly as planned. Overall really pleased and will definitely use the Sleep Shop again.

The service from the Sleep Shop was great from ordering to delivery and priced more competitively than other online retailors. Delivery was quick from order only taking 2 weeks and the 2 man delivery team were polite and professional. Wasn't expecting the level of concierge service from just buying a pillow! Placed my order on-line (cheapest price for that brand of Latex pillow), then had a lovely phone call following my order to check about delivery days. The pillow arrived within a couple of days (as agreed) and then I got a nice follow-up personal email after it had been delivered to check I was happy with the pillow. What's not to like about that experience! Highly recommended.

I ordered a mattress + old mattress recycling on Sunday 14th December, received a call 15th December asking if I could take delivery 16th December between 9:30 and 12:00. The delivery took place 16th December at 10:30. The new mattress was placed where I requested it and the old mattress was taken away. The product, price, communications and delivery service were all excellent. Thank you The Sleep Shop :-)
