First time using the Sleep Shop for buying a Silentnight Ultragel mattress which is great. Excellent customer service when I called and also delivery men very good too. Would definitely use again.

From start to finish it's been a really easy and simple process. I have been updated along the way and my mattress was delivered on time exactly when they said it would. The two gents delivering were lovely and even took it upstairs for me. Would definitely recommend buying from here and I will do again in future. Thank you

We've replaced all of our beds and mattresses over the past 3 years. Always had friendly and knowledgeable service from the staff in the shops. Living in an old cottage with a twisty narrow staircase any large deliveries for upstairs have to come via a bedroom balcony. The delivery guys couldn't have been more helpful and happy to hoist them up that way. Nothing too much trouble.

Ordered a new mattress for my mum online, I made a bit of a mess of it but as soon as I spoke to the lovely helpful lady (sorry didnt get your name) it was all sorted. Kept in the loop all the way through with accurate updates and delivery was superb. Mattress was exactly what was needed. Would not hesitate to use again and will happily recommend to others. Great experience - Firstly I ordered my mattress but I was due to go on holiday 2 days later, and I specified this in the details and asked for it to be delivered after I was back. David at the sleep shop called me to confirm this was correct and organised the mattress to arrive the day after I get back - Ideal. On that day, I needed to get out and unfortunately the delivery partners give no time window on the day (like other delivery providers). I called David, and he went above and beyond trying to contact the delivery driver depot to get an ETA. Unfortunately, he could not get one, but its the effort that counts... the irony is that the driver turned up 5 minutes later! Recomment this company!

Superb company. When we decided that our new mattress was too firm I asked to exchange on the 60 day trial. Absolutely no problem choosing a different one. Communication was spot on and we were kept informed of the delivery schedule the whole time.

It was easy to place my order. I was contacted with a date of delivery and I was contacted as promised the day before delivery with my timeslot. The two gentleman who delivered were very politely and unpacked my item and put it in place. Overall as always a great experience.

I will never use this company again. I should have read the other one star reviews first as there is a consistent theme by others. I paid online, and then waited and waited for delivery. Different excuses each time from the service team and its now been a month. - still no delivery date for a mattress. Formal complaint made. What a waste of time and effort.

The Sleep Shop provided our new mattress at a competitive price and followed up to ensure delivery was completed on the date agreed. Old mattress collection was added efficiently after ordering as a no cost option.
