The delivery was on time, polite and efficient. And great to get rid of the old mattress without any effort.
Our old mattress was a Miracoil, and we tried to find the nearest match. Th new mattress is more comfortable than expected. This time we should not wait quite so long to replace it !

Perfect service and cheapest I could find
This was the cheapest place to buy the mattress I wanted, by far, so I was delighted when it turned out to be a legit company with great service! Had a call about the delivery, firstly to arrange whether it was to door or room of choice (both free!) and then from the delivery company to arrange the day. Excellent, personal service.

I was honestly sceptical buying another mattress online after I bought my Emma mattress via an online store.
I tried the mattress out and found it cheaper on here. I purchased and the following day I got a call from the supplier to confirm my order and give me a few options regarding delivery
The Mattress has arrived well packaged and I’m totally delighted with the overall service and experience.

Silent night mattress …
From ordering my Silent Night mattress to delivery everything went smoothly. I was contacted and told when the mattress would be delivered to your delivery partners and they informed me of a delivery date. Then 24hrs before delivery they gave me a 3 hour slot which was great. I would definately recommend. I also saved £400 on the mattress compared to my local bed shops.

Great Service and Products!
I would completely recommend The Sleep Shop.
The staff in the Sleaford shop were friendly and helpful when my parents and I were looking at beds (and ordering one). There was a great selection of beds in the store which we were able to try out.
My parents were given a delivery date and received a call the day before with a time window which was very handy.
They arrived on time, the delivery guys were friendly, they took the old bed away and set up the new bed quickly and without issue.
Thank you so much for a really great service from start to finish from all of your team.
