Everything was great. The mattress was as advertised and the price was unbeatable. I received a helpful call after ordering online to make sure that all was ok and to give some advice for delivery as I wanted it delivered on a specific week. There was excellent communication regarding the order and delivery. when the mattress was delivered and the old one taken away, it was delivered directly to the room at no extra cost. I would happily buy from these good people again. Highly recommended.

From start to finish the service was exceptional, from choosing my bed and headboard to delivery and fitting together.
The staff were very helpful, and the drivers were great, arrived on time, fitted bed together, took away all the rubbish.

Had an abusive experience with the delivery drivers who called my husband a c*nt for asking to put shoe covers on, and then proceeded to damage the top of my stairs. They had no experience delivering sleep products.

The company now won't refund me for the damage or offer a gesture of goodwill or official apology without a building quote.

After already going back and forth with the complaint, this has wasted a lot of my time and they are just hoping that I will just forget this, so they won't have to take any responsibility.

Absolutly the best Mattress ever. Bought a Sleepeezee Cool Refresh 2300 Mattress and had the best ever sleep in years. The ordering process was flawless and the lady telephoned me to keep me upto date on the delivery. The delivery team telephoined me to confirm the day and time and rang me enroute. The sleepshop even collected my old mattress free of change. The supprise was thay they included 2 quality hotel pillows free of charge as well. Couldn't be more happier and highly recommend the Sleep Shop for quality products and service. Thank You!!!

Ordered a mattress and collection on 4th March. Delivery was scheduled for 13th March. Cancelled a doctor's appointment to accommodate it. On the day the delivery truck broke down, rescheduled for 18th March. On the day the courier rescheduled again for 21st, no idea why. I'd had enough by then and cancelled the order. I was promised the refund would be issued on 20th once they had the mattress back. Still no refund today (25th) so I complained and was told they had the mattress and would (not had) raise a refund request and "pass it to the relevant department". Clearly dragging their heels, they've had my money since 4th March and I've nothing but a headache to show for it. Useless company employing a useless courier. Avoid.

We received excellent service from the shop. We are returning customers because of the previous excellent service we received. There was a good choice in the showroom, helpful sales person, respectful delivery drivers.

The mattress is great, but I still have to get used to the hardness of the mattress. My previous one was a memory foam mattress, and unfortunately, it wasn't good for my spine. Now I feel much better with the new mattress. I'm happy. Super seller, as described, verry well packaged. Super fast delivery F1. I heartily recommend it.

I had a query before I ordered and it was quick and easy to speak to a member of staff by phone for an answer. The online ordering process was straightforward and communications about delivery times and arrangements were clear, with delivery happening as arranged. Overall, a very smooth process and I would definitely use The Sleep Shop again.

What a lovely experience from the sale to the delivery. The sales lady Jeanne was very friendly and gave me a lot of information about mattresses so I could make an informed decision and at no point did I feel pressurised to make a purchase. The delivery team were one of the nicest friendly and professional I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They introduced themselves by name and explained how the delivery and removal would take place. They worked very well together and the job was completed very quickly. Absolutely delighted.
