Furniture was fabulous - delivery poor
Furniture was fabulous. Quality better than expected. Delivery less than fabulous. We’re told that we would be advised of delivery time. This didn’t happen. We were out when pallet arrived (were called when delivery van was at our house)- it was left on a public footpath. Very disappointing.

incorrect advertising
i believed we bought a 165cm round table to seat 8 people and a 150cm table was delivered (150cm was mentioned in the product description but 165 cm was mentioned for an 8 seater table). The 150cm table does not seat 8 people , but is good for 6 .
However , the quality of the set is good and the cover is great .

The 8-seater Arizona Set is listed with the dimensions of 155cm, this is advised in the actual product description and again bullet-pointed in the main features. However, we accept the data was incorrect within the product specifics which was a typing error and has since been rectified.
The pictures of the set show all 8 chairs around the 155cm table also, we have never stocked anything bigger than 155cm.
We would have been happy to clarify any misunderstanding regarding dimensions had this been brought to our attention before ordering.
Due to the table being the biggest we stock we are unable to supply the additional 10cm you are requesting but have offered a collection and full refund to which as yet we have received no response. This offer would only be open for the first 30 days and only for unused products repackaged suitably.
We do apologise for the initial typing error which has been now rectified, please let us know if you would like us to arrange a collection or if we can be of any further assistance

Product was good . Umbrella not such good quality as no ties to use to secure when folded down.
Did not receive any confirmation or phone call from courier but luckily I was home .

Everything included with the set is listed in the item description, I am sorry that our supplier does not make the parasol with a fastening, however feedback from our other customers says it is easy to store when not in use.
I am so sorry to hear that you have had a disappointing experience with the third party carrier.
I can see that at the point of dispatch we sent a message via SMS to advise you of the details including dispatch date and delivery service on 19/06/2024 09:01:35 with our contact details should you have needed further assistance.
We use external carriers and are at the mercy of them arranging and completing deliveries, please be assured I will pass the feedback on to the relevant department.

Delivery late
Delivery late. Cushions missing. Parts damaged.
When i called to discuss, the lady put the phone down in the middle of our conversation.
Still waiting for replacement for faulty parts.

I apologise you are unhappy with your recent shopping experience with us, I have looked into this and listened to all calls and gone through all correspondence relating to your order.
I can see a call was made initially to us where you questioned the delivery date on a product and we advised that the delivery date would be w/c 24th however I believe this should have been explained as 24th onwards as the 24th was a Friday. You were also directed to Thats Furniture Website to take advantage of the 10% discount code.
I can see a further call was made to us on the 23rd May asking for information on the delivery of the goods as you had a function and needed it for that weekend. We use external carriers who we contract the orders for them to deliver. The goods were dispatched from us on the 23rd and booked in with the carrier for the 28th, unfortunately, due to the Bank Holiday this was the first available date with them. I appreciate this was after the date you needed the items and we are truly sorry for the delay and disappointment this caused.
It was on this call that voices were raised which I do appreciate the situation must have been frustrating, the agent was trying to assist but due to the date and the available options causing limitations she was not able to get the goods delivered to you by the weekend, she offered a refund which seemed to exasperate the heightened tension further and after a short while did disconnect the call due to feeling intimidated.
I can see the goods were delivered, but you had an issue with the Lazy Susan all correspondence of which has been done via email, and we have since exchanged twice for you, as well as replacing some missing cushions I can see the 2nd delivery of the Lazy Susan and the cushions are out for delivery today and I will request the team chase this up and come back to you via email with regards to an update.
If we can be of any further assistance in the meantime please let us know

Great Patio Dining Set
The patio dining set looks fab, really happy with it. And it was a great price compared to other Rattan sets we looked at. The delivery guy even brought it round to the back of the property for us and was very helpful.
