Definitely 5 star in terms of the value and quality of goods, customer service and after-sales support.
It’s not until an issue arises, that a business reveals its full level of customer service. For me, issues did occur - albeit solely the fault and responsibility of an independent courier.
To complicate matters, whilst Bentley Designs supplied the goods - the furniture was actually purchased from a different retailer. Nevertheless, Zak at Bentley Designs Outlet, provided outstanding customer support, in order to resolve the matter.
Zak endeavoured to resolve this issue in a timely manner, with excellent communication and customer service throughout. He liaised with the courier and retailer, in order to quickly offer a resolution.
Indeed, most certainly above and beyond my expectations; the next working day, Zak arranged for two (very courteous, professional gentlemen!) of his in-house team, to travel a 180 mile round journey, in order to ensure that the product was delivered and assembled to my satisfaction. Upon completion, he also took the time to contact me personally to ensure that I was completely satisfied - exceptional customer care and support!
Also, delighted with the quality of the furniture: I would most certainly recommend Bentley Designs Outlet and certainly consider them for future purchases.

The chest of drawers and nightstands are beautiful, but sadly discontinued, I had to have different colour night stands to chest, but the greys complement each other, I liked them so much, theyre so classy, it doesnt matter and they look intentional just as they were chosen to be. I'd love the wardrobe which is hard to get, but i dont think it would go up the stairs. The chest was extremely heavy, but the deivery men made light of it. The bowed fronts are so elegant in comparison to the oblong boxes we normally endure, and they look beautiful just as they are!

I’m really impressed with the quality of the chairs solid, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Purchased a dining table through a…
Purchased a dining table through a local store supplied by this company. Unfortunately it appears that the table marks badly if exposed to any fluid which I find odd for a dining table. Contacted MD via my supplier who was unfortunately unable to resolve the issue as water damage is not covered by warranty.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your dining table, and we do understand how frustrating this must be.
Our dining tables are made using natural timber and traditional finishes, which give each piece its character but also mean they require a degree of care that’s common to all wooden furniture. As outlined in the care guide supplied with the table, we recommend wiping up any spills straight away and using coasters and placemats to protect the surface from moisture and heat. While the lacquer finish offers good protection, liquid left sitting on the surface for a period of time can still cause marking. This is unfortunately something that can occur with any traditionally made wooden dining table.
We appreciate that this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry this has affected your enjoyment of the product. As your table was purchased through one of our retail partners, the contract of sale sits with the store you bought from. They are therefore best placed to continue supporting you and to advise on any next steps.
