Great Customer Service…
Great customer service after receiving my outdoor table and chairs. I've only given four stars because one of the cushions had quite a large prominent dirty mark which didn't disappear after cleaning. Also, there were four washers missing so I was unable to finish assembling until they arrived. However, I can't fault Helen in the Customer Service Department for the way she handled the situation. Fast reply to my email and a quick solution which I was really pleased with. Well done Customer Service!

Perfect cube, good service
So pleased with the service we had with our purchase, so easy to make, updates for delivery. We bought the cube in brown for our patio, it was perfect size and nicely compact. Delivery was prompt, 3 days from placing the order, courier service kept us notified and was in the time slot given. Helpful driver with the drop-off, thank you.

The table is securely packed in a wooden crate to ensure its protection during transit, however as part of the unpacking service provided by the courier.
I can only apologise they did not remove the casing for you and will pass on the feedback directly to them.
