After constant marketing campaigns I decided to give it a try. After uploading my photo and getting a proof I received a nice copy of my photo.
I waited months to get my order and what I received was a really sad copy of what they promised. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from them as is really poor quality.

I placed three orders. One pj's do not match photo. 2nd stone was horrible not matching dog proof. Not as shown at all. Different colors, etc. Can't even put on display. I Reply to their emails all fail. Can't get help. AI doesn't help. Refer always to chat or emails. Very unhappy

Well, after waiting an eternity and they said they had lost the order blah blah, it finally arrived yesterday. Wasn't expecting much after the hassle of getting it but what a surprise. It is absolutely great. def 5* for the product but due to the eternal wait only 4, if you can wait it is worth it.

The photo that was advertised on the custom mosaic looks exactly like the depiction. Delivery says 32-36 days after order has been verified. My boyfriend and I are both extremely satisfied with our order and will 100% be buying from this company again. Quality was amazing, the product is a perfect picture of my soul dog that has passed. Im in love. I almost cried when it came. I thought it was a scam ad on fb. The Ai was def used in the videos but the product speaks for itself

For the 3d glass art of your pet.you will not get what you were promised. It’s not the right colors nor appropriate 3D shape

This is without a doubt the most beautiful mosaic picture of our Coco. It is perfect and something we will treasure forever. Thank you for doing a fabulous job!!

Order placed 7/1/26 for a customized vision of a 3D portrait from picture of a past cat. On the ordering page their AI uses the picture you up load to show a beautiful finished product that will be made up of individual small glass pieces put together depicting a 3D portrait. What you receive will be a flat 2D single piece of acrylic that is carved out, not even close to what they show you when you order. If they would have honestly showed me that when I ordered, I would not have wasted money. Their original timeline is 5-10 business days to ship when you order. When that passed and I inquired, they moved it out to 16 days. I had at that time asked to cancel and refund which they refused. After the 16 day timeframe passed I reached out several times again asking to cancel and refund which they again refused. They at that time sent me a picture of the finished product. I told them it was not satisfactory and the frame was also broken in the picture. Again asked for a refund and denied. Received product over 30 days from ordering. It was not at all what was depicted on the ordering page and the frame is damaged. The quality is terrible. Their communication is slow and full of excuses while trying to be pleasant. I can only imagine all of their 5 star reviews are fake. Curious why we are not allowed to upload images. Definitely not recommended

I got my tile picture 🖼️ of my pug Bam Bam who passed away on Easter Sunday morning of this year and I had teedoo make me a ceramic picture of her so I can put in back of her urn on the shelf and all I can say is simply amazing wonderful fantastic I just can't believe how well it came out and it looks just like a I am super ecstatic if you're thinking about getting one of these I realized some of the prices a little high but they're worth every single penny so if you're considering doing one of these do it you will be happy.

The product is not bad, but it is definitely not what was advertised.

If I can give -20 I would …. Don’t spend ur money, what they say your portrait will look like oppose to what u get is complete false advertisement, not to mention they say it take a couple of weeks I waited almost 30 days….horrible experience

Make my dogs portrait look like what I ordered! My dogs portrait looks like it was left out in sun and faded. There's no joy or happiness when i look at it. I purchased this to place next to her ashes and i cant use it - its so depressing - this is very heartbreaking you guys took amost a month long deliver my order indicated - she just passed recently and I can't believe what a poor job this turned into.

This is a scam site. Been over 45 days and all I received was a fake AI generated message with fake tracking number. This is a scam fraud site 100%,

They are doing a replacement after threatening them with a reversal on visa. But what i was shown for 109 usd that was $170 cad on visa was not even close. The product i got was not glass, it was stones painted. And very poor job. All review must have been paid for on their site and FB!

The stained glass of Mikhail is wonderful. He looks like he could purr. I love it!!
