After a month of waiting. Unfortunately, the item I received is significantly different from the advertised product. The level of detail, craftsmanship, finish and overall appearance do not match the listing images. This is not simply a matter of personal preference—the product is not as described. The customer service refuse the item to be returned for a refund. They insist to make me a second piece which I am no longer interested in based on how terrible the first one was. AVOID this business. You won’t get the product you wish for and your money back!

Better than I thought it would be and met all expectations. Only complain I have is that when you undo the rug for the first time there’s a lot of creases, but I’m assuming they will all fall out of the time it won’t be permanent. It does seem good quality and also a lot of excitement about the clarity and look of the picture/pirnt. great experience

The full process was easy to complete. As it was abroad it took a while to get to me but what a product I absolutely love it. It’s fantastic.

99.9% perfection! I’m delighted with how beautifully my suncatcher turned out upon receipt. Arrived pretty much as stated, within 3 weeks. Arrived as pictured minus super minor centering issue barely cutting off the loop of the “y” in Gentry. Otherwise it so exceeded my expectations that I can overlook such a minor flaw. It’s simply stunning - wish leaving a photo with the review was an option. Seeing is believing!

UPDATED REVIEW FROM AUGUST 2026:
So finally, after 8 email exchanges and 6 weeks, the mosaic image arrived. I paid $99 for the item and shipping. Here's what I think...

The mosaic is REALLY cute. They did a nice job with it. The colors are really nice and it looks like it did in the mock up. It is very cute! And it gets a good response from people who see it.

Was it worth $99? If it were larger, yes. At 20cm x 20cm, no.

The company claims that they're giving you half off the price, which means that before shipping this thing was $180. NO FREAKING WAY. Cute, customized-- yes.

But $180? NOPE.

$99 with shipping? It's tolerable, but it looks like $45, not like $99. Look, if I hadn't spent two hours being jerked around by them with their wrong shipping numbers, they would have gotten a more favorable review.

If they had said 5 Weeks Delivery in my first email, they would have gotten a more favorable review.

Would I order from them again now that I know how they operate? Maybe. I'm a glutton for punishment and it is a great gift idea for someone who loves their pet. My uncle loved it.

MY PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM JULY 2026:
It's been 5 weeks and the company is claiming that the package has been sent, but the carrier they are claiming they shipped it to has no record of it. I think this is a scam and all the good reviews are fake.

I received this beautiful mosaic glass and lead picture as a gift. It is so like my Mollie. Beautifully done, gorgeous colours and a perfect size. Not sure where to hang it yet, but it'll have to be somewhere that it catches the sunlight.

I was sceptical initially when I ordered the plaque but the result was astounding!
I did feel the metal surround was a bit flimsy but a few dabs of superglue and it was completely secure, it now sits above our entry doorway where the sun can catch it and our beloved Max can greet us every day

Fantastic product. Seems to be of excellent quality. Good communication. Slightly more expensive for personalization. Took some time between ordering and delivery, but I guess that’s the price of quality. We’ll see if it holds up over time.

Well, at first they were really on top of communication and then for two or three weeks seems like the kind of dropped the ball. But then, they got back to communicating on where my product was. So, overall, they're communication is better than most. It is actually pretty rare to have a company communicate as much as Tedoo did. And the products came out just as shown as what I ordered beautiful colors and great rendition of the photos that I sent. I want to thank you for beautiful product and the communication was 90%

The product is substandard.
It’s advertised as a handcrafted item made with quality products!
We waited for weeks for it to turn up - was sent an e mail by Tedoo saying your product is being made - was so excited to receive it, as the advertised product is a stunning light catching lead light individually pieced high quality glass. They had a video showing a product being made with individual pieces of glass and lead light - but seem to have taken that down.
We eventually received a very cheap looking print of our dog on a very light feeling base that looks and feels like Perspex. There is no lead light.
It’s awful and so disappointing, especially as we are grieving our beloved dog and wanted a quality piece to treasure as a memorial fitting for him, not a cheap piece of rubbish!
I want a full refund as this has been mis sold!
E mailed the company and sent photos of what we received, asking for the refund as mis sold and not as advertised or fit for purpose.
They mailed back saying that it was glass and that the style was not lead light and as it was custom I could not have a refund!
It was sold as lead light - and I paid a premium of $349 for it - so to tell me it’s not a glass with lead light style is a joke and an insult ! I am in the uk and that amounts to about £248
Also the chains are in the wrong place so they don’t even hang correctly and they definitely don’t catch the sun and deflect it like glass would either.
I’m so upset and angry with the advertising, the delivery time, the product and the response I have received from Tedoo support.
Please take heed and don’t waste your money !

The mug was so much worth the wait. The rendition of Koa was nicely done. I am very pleased with the way it came out.

I got so many advertisements on Facebook & decided to commemorate my dogs. I ordered the frames BEFORE Father's Day and just received them (on July 28th). The advertisements DO NOT show an accurate depiction of what you actually receive. What was advertised and what I ordered couldnt be more opposite! The advertisement showed mosaic tiles to recreate the photo. What I got was a print of my dogs with a plastic overlay and scribing. Not only is this a huge disappointment - one frame that I ordered came in broken. I am contemplating opening a complaint with my credit card company. Buyer beware!

It turned out so perfectly! The first one that was delivered arrived damaged and Tedoo didn’t hesitate to replace it! We absolutely loved it. They captured our pup pic so well! Thank again!!!

We received the most beautiful mosaics of our two dogs as a thank you gift and when I open the box, I was stunned by their beauty and originality! What an extraordinary gift and a way to capture the personalities and beauty of our two beloved dogs!

Absolutely a scam. When you point out a problem you are ignored. You are told they can’t cancel or refund yet the site says they can. We still don’t have our items they have no phone number. I’m reporting it to my credit card today
