Such a beautiful piece of artwork; Thank You so much!!

I placed my order 6 weeks ago. I received a tracking number that was fake 4 weeks later. It's impossible to get a real person to help resolve the issue. Now, 2 weeks after that, they're sending me another email saying the same order is finally finished and it's ready to ship with once again, a fake tracking number that now says the # has been removed. This company is a scam and shame on FB for allowing such to flood my feed. I had a feeling it was too good to be true.

Never received my order. The product listing advertises receipt within a week or two from ordering, which would have been in early to mid-July. It was marked as shipped more than a month ago but the tracking shows only a label was created, even though they sent me a message claiming that they had sent me photos of the finished order pieces (they never did), which were already delivered to the shipping company. Support offered no explanation, claimed that they would prioritize my order, but nothing was ever shipped. It's now a credit card dispute.

7 weeks still nothing, same generated emails with no resolution. Absolutely putrid service!! Where is my order?

If I could leave a negative stars review, I would. Ordered a custom glass mosaic for 119.00 for birthday gift a full month ago, shipping on the site said it would ship in 10-12 days. That date passed, I reached out to customer service, they added 10 more days for "production". Fast forward, 2 weeks later, STILL hasn't shipped. We are at 28 days currently and I am not sure it will ever ship. BUYER BEWARE. I am filing a claim with my credit card company. Do better, Tedooo. You just lost a customer and a sale.

After getting a long awaited preview of the finished piece I immediately raised a few concerns about it but I was advised to wait till it’s delivered as photo can look different to actual product
After over a month of waiting for this 60th birthday gift i had got for my mam it eventually arrived….. Gutted is a understatement!!!!
Looks like two different dogs…. The distinctive facial fur colours/ markings etc were none existent, honestly its awful!!

I have asked @Tedooo Vision for support multiple times….. support@Tedooo have been sent the same email seeking for a response and support but Zero response.
Social media posts I commented on resulted in a dm from them for me to send through the same content as my emails had plus the reference photos….. guess what?!? ZERO response!!!!!

DISGUSTING customer service along with poor quality products

The shipping took a month and a half before I received my order which was frustrating especially since it was for an event maybe that should be stated before purchase. Also the picture I had seen for a preview and what I received were quite different I thought the imagine was going to be more bold and solid color and the item I received looked like it was lightly painted on top? I’m sure this took a lot of time to make it’s just not what I expected from the preview. A top part of my picture on the ear was broken when I received it and the frame was very cheap it is also chipped in a lot of areas so I’m quite disappointed as this is a memory peice for my dog that we had to put down and it was not cheap either :/

I ordered a custom made memorial piece for a family member. I placed the order June 24th and received it August 26th.

Upon receiving the item, I realized it is half finished and not at all like the advertised preview of my order.

I emailed support yesterday but I am waiting to hear back. Very displeased with the communication, the length of time everything took to create and the fact that I paid a lot of money for an unfinished product. Don’t use Tedooo!!

Our dog just passed away. I had a large sun catcher made from our favorite picture. It can out fantastic. The detail is truly stunning. I started crying as soon as I saw it. It was well worth the money.

I had a picture of our favorite child (Andy-Dog) made of glass for her birthday and we absolutely love it. It brought her to tears when she open her present and saw it. She continues to thank me for it. You paid attention and captured his real features ( 1 blue eye & 1 brown eye). She loves the detail…

Took over 2 months to get...
The image they showed me was not the same thing received so alittle deceiving.
Probably wouldn't buy anything again from them to be honest.

Gave my friend a mosaic picture of her dog and she absolutely loved it. It was beautiful..

My partner is very happy with the leadlight picture I gave her for her birthday thank you guys for doing a wonderful job

Communication sucks and I knew I should've read the reviews first. I ordered the custom mosaic piece and haven't heard one word from Teedoo about anything. I even emailed them and nothing!!!! Its very frustrating and the piece was $220. So sick of facebook scams

Came out perfectly. Quality and detail are exceptional. A beautiful addition to our home that shows our love of Hummingbirds. The fact that it shows the landscape that we actually see makes it extra special. Truly one of a kind.

Ordered a custom mosaic portrait July 19, promised 2-week delivery. Five weeks later, still "in the making stage" with no shipping date. Contacted support twice; got the same copy-paste response both times. Gave them a written deadline for a refund or tracking number, they never responded. Had to file a bank dispute to get my money back.

UPDATE: After I posted this review and filed complaints, support emailed me a "shipping proof" image. It was a stock mockup template, the label literally reads "Postal Mockup" and is addressed to a fake name, "John Doo," at a placeholder address. They sent fabricated packaging as evidence my order had shipped. If you're considering ordering, know that "in the making" can mean indefinitely, and don't trust anything they send you as proof without checking it closely.

Beautiful suncather a fantastic addition to my gazebo! Really good quality and arrived in a reasonable time here in the UK.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered something for a friend that her dog died on July 10th was shown the completed work on August 6 and said it was shipped it’s now 8/25/26 and still haven’t received my item. Keep getting told it’s on the way another one says it’s still being made, this company is a joke and has no idea what they’re doing. Poor customer service and pretty much expect to never receive your item.

Well, they make it seem like it’s this really cool glass art work. It’s nothing more than what seems like a cardboard backing with a shiny textured surface of your picture. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this purchase. Quality is not there for the price,order took about 3 weeks, and product is just not what it is made out to be.

I love my sun catcher. I lost my baby in July and this is a beautiful keepsake.
