I would never leave a negative review, but I think it only fair to tell my story. Much like many of you, I saw the advertisement on Instagram. It showed a woman with her mosaic piece, {an animal if I remember correctly.} As she is showing the artwork, she was tapping on the piece saying it was made of hand placed pieces of glass. "Oh my gosh, that is gorgeous!" So, I ordered one of my German Sheppard, Maxine. Indeed it did take longer than expected, but most disappointing was the fact that it was NOT GLASS, but "stamped resin," For the 139.00 I paid, needless to day, not thrilled.

Long delivery and bad quality
Took 3 times longer than predicted to ship and look absolutely nothing like the reference photo. For the price, very disappointing. Would never recommend to anyone, this will likely end up in the bin

I'm sorry to hear this, a shipping delay three times longer than promised, combined with a product that didn't match the reference photo, is a frustrating combination, and I understand why you're disappointed given the price point.
I'd like to look into both issues on our end. Could you send your order number and a photo of what you received to support@tedooo.com (3 O's)? I want to get our team to compare what you got against the reference photo you were shown, so we can figure out if something went wrong in production.
Given what you've described a replacement — whatever works better for you. We'll also flag this internally, both on the shipping timeline and the product accuracy, since that gap between expectation and delivery is exactly what we don't want customers to experience.

It’s been 63 days, and I have received no feedback, no responses from a human, no pictures of the piece I paid for. Nothing.
Awesome marketing, and beautiful looking samples…just don’t believe they really exist.

Tedooo took forever to come it came…
Tedooo took forever to come . It came with a hole in the glass they made another glass for us. This whole process took 4 months.
Their communication needs to be better. They did fix the problem so thank you.

I was notified that my order was "being worked on" back on July 11th. It is now the end of August and still no product. The tracking number has been removed and they have gone silent and not responding to inquiries. Feeling like this is a scam. Gonna pursue until I'm blue in the face.

I placed my order on July 8. It is now August 21, and I STILL have not received it.
Even worse, I have sent FIVE separate emails asking for an update and have received no meaningful communication whatsoever. No explanation. No reliable delivery date. No accountability.
Taking a customer’s money and then going effectively silent for more than six weeks is completely unacceptable. At this point, the lack of communication is every bit as infuriating as the missing order.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from Tedooo take their money elsewhere. A company that cannot deliver an order or even bother to respond to repeated customer inquiries does not deserve your business.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
EDIT IN RESPONSE TO TEDOOO’S “COMMENTS” HERE:
This response is a transparent attempt to save face publicly while doing absolutely nothing to rectify the actual problem.
Despite my repeated emails, follow-ups, and now this public review, Tedooo has not sent me a single email explaining where my order is, why it has been delayed for this long, or when I can realistically expect to receive it.
Instead, the company chose to respond publicly on Trustpilot, where other customers can see it, while continuing to ignore me privately.
Your response says that you have “managed to locate and track” my order and that you sent me something in my inbox today. Yet I have received no email from Tedooo whatsoever. No shipping update. No explanation. No delivery estimate. Nothing.
The facts remain exactly the same: Tedooo still has my money, I still do not have the product I paid for, and the company has still not even bothered to email me an update despite numerous attempts to contact you.
Posting a sympathetic response underneath a negative review is not customer service. Actually contacting the customer and resolving the problem is.
Until my order is delivered or my money is refunded, nothing has been “made right.” This public-relations response changes absolutely nothing about my review or my experience.

Does not look anything like the advertisement. If I had known how cheap and falsely advertised it was I never would’ve spent the money on it. Poor quality and FALSE ADVERTISING. Not jewels and gems like it claims. Cheap quality and production.

it’s been six weeks and nothing. the emailed responses from their customer service department are all the same, “we are working on it” or “we will update you soon”, etc. but the bottom line… i paid $199 for an item with a confirmed delivery date at check-out for a gift to someone whose dog recently passed away.
if the item arrives, i will update my review.
