Very disappointed with this purchase. The item I received is not the same quality as the one advertised in the listing. The frame arrived damaged and has visible scratches/worn areas, and the picture itself looks dirty and poorly finished. The workmanship is much lower quality than what was shown in the advertised photos. This item was not as described, and I would like a full refund. I have attached photos showing the condition of the item I received.

I ordered 2 glass pictures of my dogs…
I ordered 2 glass pictures of my dogs after 1 of them passed away. It took about 2 weeks to get but was worth the wait, they came out amazing!! I looked up this company after I had placed my order and for some reason some people were claiming it is a scam, so I started to worry but I promise it is not. I kept emailing Tedoo with updates and they were great about replying. Give them a try, I promise you won’t regret it.

Only thing I can say is really nice…
Only thing I can say is really nice quality item. Communication is horrible no updates were given. Ordered item the beginning of July around the 10th and just now received on August 18th. Image doesn’t even look like my dog really heartbroken. And NO REFUNDS!!!! Do not get if your pet has any unique features and DO NOT use the AI feature and make no alterations to the photo you’re using. Maybe you’ll have a better result. Really disappointed.

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Yes this is the 3rd review I’m leaving on this waste of a company. And yes I emailed the address they gave me on both my other reviews. And guess what??? Still no answer. They are refusing to give me my money back. They keep telling me someone will get back to me. Haha. Yeah right. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD. THEY WILL ROB YOU.

Have to say I was nervous on ordering this. Your ads are definitely ai generated but the product was very interesting. I have to say the artwork we recieved was GREAT! The rendering was bang on, My wife was very happy with it. If I have to criticize a couple of things, they would be the frame is very cheap and the hard ware that keeps the picture mounted in the frame is cheap. Also your ads portray that its made in the USA which it isn't. My overall experience with the product is great. Thankyou

It took much longer than it said it would take but once I got it was absolutely stunning and i see how labor intensive it was!. I will pick out so pics and have one done of my other dogs!!! Great quality..oh my God I just love it.

Beautiful, but…
My order finally arrived of Lola. My response is YES and NO. No because I expected to be mosaic where "each tile is meticulously placed” but it came as picture printed onto glass with a mold stamped on top to give it texture. Also, color of my dog is little darker here and there than was it was on the order preview picture especially that my dog is show white (maltese). Yes since face does look like my dog. On the top picture which is preview order picture you can expend and see each peace looks like is separate individual mosaic. Bottom left picture is light color when order was done and shipped and last, bottom right is delivered which you can see its definitely not mosaic but pressed/stamped glass with so many different shades. But I must say and compliment the customer service is on point with every concern question i had including shipping was on point and responds was within minutes, simply amazing. Any company with
Customer Support should learn hows done in CS dept. With that being said, i will not contact support for any issue just because it does look like my dog and CS was amazing. But was really expecting to be mosaics (otherwise would have been 10⭐️)but oh well. (SORRY, no option for picture attch)

Our 3D glass pieces are made using a glass base with layered glass ink and a textured finish, so the final piece can look different from the AI-generated preview, particularly in the way the individual “tiles” or sections appear.

They scammed me out of $200
They scammed me out of $200. I ordered a glass portrait of my dog after being shown an ad on Instagram. The order was placed on June 30th, I was told it was ready on July 14th, then received a message on July 21 saying they're still working on it. It's August 16th and I've received no update, I don't have the picture, they just took my $200 and ran off.

Scam Company - DON'T PURCHASE!
UPDATE: Tedooo responded to this review to say send us an email with photos - I have done this already and sent several follow up emails since the item was received! How about you respond to all the emails you have already received from unhappy customers, rather than trying to make your customer service look better on these platforms when it is straight up non existent!!
Your company is deplorable Tedooo, shame on you!
If I could give this company no stars I would - total scam!! Placed my order on 10th July 2026 after approving a beautiful proof of my dog's photo. The timeframe given to receive the artwork was 12-15 days yet the item didn't arrive till 13th August. I followed up with Tedoo about my order and they appeared very helpful telling me it was still in the making and I would get an end result photo once complete. Eventually I was sent a photo of the end product with a caption saying 'it came out perfect' which was a complete lie as it looked nothing like the approved proof when I placed the order. The tiles used were a matte grey colour rather than the smooth black glass tiles and all you can see when looking at it is the thick grey grout used to join all of the tiles together, nothing at all like what I had approved - beyond disappointing. I brought this to the attention of Tedoo straight away and was told that the item had already gone to shipping and there was nothing they could do, they agreed that the finished artwork was not what I had approved and asked me to wait till it was received and review it, and if I still felt like it wasn't correct to send them photos and they would review the order - like somehow the artwork was going to magically change to be what I had ordered during transit?! Sure enough the piece was just as awful in person once received and I sent through the photos as requested and since then I have had absolutely no response from Tedoo. I was getting emails every day from them asking me to review the piece once received and now since getting it they have completely cut communication even though I am following up with several emails.
This company is a complete scam, they rip off people by advertising a product that they don't deliver, instead supplying a knock off, dreadful version of your order which looks like a 5 year old has made it in arts and crafts class. Save your money and spend it at a reputable company, not these low life thieves.

My product FINALLY arrived
My product FINALLY arrived - it took 2months - so i was oretty sure I had been scammed but was so pleasantly surprised when it actually arrived!
It was expecting it to be in pieces for me to assemble myself - but it was already in 1 piece but pretty stoked with how it looks! .. there was a slight error in printing on my gogs name tag but other than that - Great quality, just took forever for delivery! Im just so glad it arrived because I was thinking it was a scam
