I am really happy with how it looks BUT!!!!!
I am really happy with how it looks however it is sold a a glass mosaic, but it is a 3dprinted picture, I had my doubts when ordering as for a custom mosaic would take a long while to create and also cost a lot more, it is false advertising as shows individual pieces of glass being constructed to make the picture when it is not.
All that being said it does look very nice and I still would have paid that for it just don’t see why they have to be deceitful.

Horrible product
Finally received the product after months. It is nothing like the picture they advertised with, and nothing like the proof picture they sent me. For over $100 I received the cheapest, ugliest product ever. When I took it out of the box the whole back came off. I wish I could show you the difference between the proof and the actual product. Please do not order from this company. You can't sell high priced items and then send this cheap item in it's place. The quality is horrible. The service is horrible. If you try to review them honestly on their FB page they block you. RUN

If I could give it negative stars
If I could give it negative stars, I would like 1000 negative stars. My experience using that app and with the seller extremely poor at this point I’m ready to file fraud charges with my bank.
I have no idea if the product is any good because I have yet to receive it or have any communications on it other than it’s in the making. I have to initiate every communication through the chat, which gives you some generic pre-transcribed answer as to what’s going on, you cannot contact the seller directly. Supposedly they cannot contact you either.
They said 10 to 18 business days it’s been 24 business days with zero changes other than in the making. This was a gift for someone and it will not be here by the time I leave to go 3000 miles away to present it to them so at this point, it’s useless to me and I should just throw it in the trash if I ever receive it if not, I will be oiling fraud charges with my bank because no one wants to help me
8/11/26 received a generic reply to my review. The pre-transcribed crap that their “support” sends to “help”. How are you supposed to help me when it some AI generated crap with ZERO useful updates about a product I paid A LOT of money for.

Horrible company never received order
It’s been 5 weeks and still no piece. I’ve tried to write their support chat five times already just to be told they don’t have a shipping date for me, but it would be soon and then most recently that the whole order has to be remade and they’re not issuing me a refund and they’re not giving me a shipping date still. Total scam company seems and run by ai. Not able to talk to actual person and hundreds of dollars later no order still received a month and a half later. Horrible!!!

they represented the dog picture would be each individual piece placed on there at a time, it came as just a melded piece of plastic not even the right color. It also took 2 months to arrive! no 3D affect either which is what they represented. Doesn't look at all like the spec they show you when you order.
after their response, no big surprise, they said there is nothing they can do and refuse a refund

The image draft sent to me must be AI…
The image draft sent to me must be AI because the finished product that I just received looks absolutely nothing like it. The draft was pieces of glass stacked to resemble my pet. The item I just received looks like carving into plastic and airbrush painted instead of actually having colored pieces of glass. The frame is so cheap and flimsy. The wood with the art is loose. The corners of the frame are chipped and jagged. Even the stain of the frame looks different from the picture they sent me and the background on the wood image looked like linen cloth, and the item received is thin, cheap, shiny woodoverall not worth more than $20 and I paid almost $120. This is ridiculous. Quit using AI photos to show your work when your work looks nothing like that so disappointed as this was a gift. Now I have to figure out how to fix it or get something somewhere else. Also the 21 days or three week mark is not correct on wait time either at least a month or later is what you should bank on with this company. Will never purchase again.

Not what you would expect for the $$$
I ordered 7x7. They are actually 7 7/8 x 7 7/8. Each order (2), 1 item was missing. They have a support email but not a support phone number. It wasn't listed as such, but each piece of artwork only had a kickstand to sit on a table. No hanging hardware. To hang, you must remove the kickstand and epoxy on a hanger. The edges are not finished (cardboard color), so I did paint them black. The artwork is literally just glues to a picture fram backing. They are "nice" but not worth the money. Maybe worth $30 each.
