I sent a email enquiring about my order and was told its being made.
Sent another email 2 days ago asking where my order would be done and sent, said if my order is too complicated just let me know amd refund me. I havent received any contact.
Starting to think this has been a waste of my hard earned money.

This was everything that was promised…
This was everything that was promised and more! I ordered this as a Father’s Day present for my husband. He loved it. Our dog Otis looks absolutely beautiful on this stained glass plaque! I plan to order different ones for Christmas gifts for other family members.

The product came broken
The product came broken. The top left corner is broke off and there is chipping in the center of the item on several pieces of glass. Personally I feel that the packaging was way under par for the shipping of this item. I’ve taken some pictures and a video of the damage.

"stone art picture"
I ordered a "stone art picture" of my 2 cats.. the picture they sent before shipment of the supposed finished product looked vibrant, beautiful, but the piece sent was very faded, looked like a plastic form rather than stones, & there were no stones involved. No where worth $100 I paid.
I also ordered a suncatcher of the same image that was alot nicer.

Our doggy daughter’s memorial plaque
It was so easy to customize and order our stained glass plaque of our doggy daughter. This was a memorial plaque that honored her after she was attacked in the water on our property, by an unrestrained dog and died 3 days later of aspiration pneumonia. We love and miss our girl terribly. I had the preview of what the piece would look like, but I couldn’t get over how truly stunning it was when I unwrapped it. Both my husband and I cried when we received it as it was 6 weeks to the day that she died. It’s now hanging in the window overlooking the lake. I wish I could give it a 10 Star rating. We are truly pleased with how it turned out. We will be ordering glass Christmas ornaments in the very near future. Thank you so much for this beautiful plaque.

Very poor quality and not what I thought I was getting. The frame arrived and the picture is actually crooked on the frame. This is definitely not what I thought I was paying for. Would not recommend.

I purchased a picture of my dog on July 3rd and never received it. The delivery time was supposed to be 15 business days, and no one has responded with an update. Don't buy from them, report them, it's a scam and they stole my money!

Save your money!
This company is awful. Ordered almost 2 months ago with ZERO updates. Reach out once a week to be told my item is in production and they will reach out to the seller and nothing happens. I have requested multiple refunds only to be told that since it's in production,even though their tracker shows it's pending production, that I'm not eligible to get my money back. Was promised updated pictures throughout the process. Never got those. Was offered a 40% coupon for my next purchase as if I'm going to be a repeat customer. This company is awful. I attempted to go to the Better Business Bureau, but they are not an accredited business. So, I will be going to my Attorney General.

Terrible company/Product NOT as advertised
Terrible company. Had to file claim. Product is not as advertise, arrived broken and is hideous. Requested refund and return and they refused and said they’ll send another one. I’d be okay if this was $50 but this was a $200 art request done in some factory in China with terrible quality. Unable to attach pictures otherwise I would.
Edited to add 8/14: I sent photos. Product is nothing as advertised and I got ripped off. I don’t want a replacement. I’ve asked multiple time. I sent pictures as soon as it arrived for a refund due to false advertising and a damaged product, and company refused. No one wants a crappy product for $200 when you advertised an AI result and gave me a Cheap John’s result. Second, this is either made in a sweatshop or factory line, there’s nothing crafty about it. Happy to provide Trustpilot pictures for proof. Will continue with claim on this scamming company.

Extended delays with no communication
I ordered my item month and a half ago. I was told it would arrive mid to late july. I've reached out a few times to identify where it is in the process. They would not give me any idea of when it might be ready, no timeframes or not respond. My personal experience is the company does not keep you updated or informed of delays. I've requested to cancel and get a refund twice with no response.

Beware of this Scam Company
Beware of this company. I ordered what was advertised as a mosaic where “each tile is meticulously placed.” What arrived was the AI image generated of my pet when I placed the order printed onto glass with a mold stamped on top to give it texture. No individually placed pieces which is what a mosaic is - just one slab of glass. Worth a fraction of the money I paid. When I contacted support their answer was:
“ I understand why the wording and sample images led you to expect a traditional cut-glass mosaic made from individually placed pieces…the finished product is made as a glass piece with a mosaic-style effect rather than separate hand-placed glass tiles.”
Basically “We’re sorry you expected to receive what we advertised. In fact this product is something quite different which we don’t tell you before you buy.”
They refused to do anything about it. This is a scam. Do not use this company.

Turn around time so far, no good.
I’m getting very worried that I will never receive my order. I’ve already paid and waited three weeks for a message saying it’s been shipped. A week later and the tracking number still indicates only the label was created and it’s not moving. For $270.00 I guess I expected a little more urgency. Hope the product turns out to be worth the wait.
