The worst company to go through i had…

The worst company to go through i had emailed them multiple times never got a response until today 3 weeks later I was Guaranteed that I would Receive my part on a certain day and time it never arrived I never received a tracking number for it I would not recommend going through them at all

We appreciate your support over the years and would like to assure you this is simply a symptom of growing pains for Tasca Parts. As of late, we've been completely inundated with orders. While there's nothing we love more than significant increases in orders and the opportunity to service our customers with genuine OEM parts, There are very practical limitations that had to be addressed internally to adequately service every one of our customers. With that Being said, we would like to Highlight some internal changes that we've made over the past couple of weeks to better assist our valued customers:

1. Hired More warehouse Staff to help process orders.
2. Hired several more customer service representatives to help assist in order inquiries/ Part Lookups as well as cut down the overall wait time to speak with a customer service representative via our Live chat feature.
3. Implemented a chat system so that our customer service representatives may communicate with our customers more efficiently and accurately.

Unfortunately, Given the details provided we were unable to locate your order within our system. EXPECT A LONG-LONG-LONG WAIT FOR YOUR PARTS

I ordered 1 small ford part that was not on backorder.
Took 16 days to get tracking number email.
Still haven't received part. Local ford dealer told me 2 days at most. Will not make this mistake again. I'M Tired of the COVID/STAFFING/SHIPPING EXCUSE'S. Stop taking new orders until you can catch up with your past orders. Steve in NH

Do NOT order from Tasca!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. You can not get a response from this company at all! They sent the wrong part and I tried for a month to contact then to return for the correct part. No luck at all. I returned the part with a note to refund the card I used and they still have not. It has been almost a month since it was returned. Now I’m out almost $150! I hope someone from Tasca will see this and do the right thing and issue my refund!

SCAMMERS!

SCAMMERS! Do not use this website! Placed an order on April 29th and it never shipped because it needed "special processing." After numerous emails to them, there was no response. About two months after my order, I contacted PayPal and they finally refunded once PayPal got involved. Most companies do not charge until the order ships, but they charged my card before it shipped, knowing it would never ship. I doubt they even have anything they sell on their site. They do not respond to messages unless you report them to PayPal for fraud!

Don’t waste your time with this…

Don’t waste your time with this company. This company basically lies about product they have in stock or that they can acquire. I’ve been waiting two weeks for a simple order of license plate frames and I’m 30 miles from Cranston RI, where these guys are located. I wish I had read all these similar reviews that the exact same scenario was occurring to me. They should be ashamed of promoting themselves as a family start up business. I’m sure someone is turning in their grave.

Does not fill orders or give refunds

I placed my order in April. Originally I was told that some of the parts he’d to be ordered to fill my order. Tasca stopped providing status reports at the end of May. It will no longer respond to emails. Do not order from this company!!!

ordered a much needed part on 5-23-21 and have not yet received a routing number. I have chat with management but no success. I wish I had done more research on this company. The customer service is humiliating. No money back and no Part. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and take my money back. Chat with Company:

As Our customer service representative mentioned, Our timeline is in line with the estimated delivery time, emailed to you on the 25th. It appears as if our customer service representatives fulfilled every request asked of them except for your request for free expedited shipping. Unfortunately, given our business model, ( we believe this is a fairly universal principle within our industry) We are unable to give away free products/services, without any clear violation, on our part, to fulfill our business obligations. Seeing as though your parts are currently moving through our processing phase as expected, our customer service representative did not feel the need to provide you with free expedited shipping as he expected your parts to arrive within the confines of our shipping estimations. Again we appreciate your review and hope to earn the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

They don’t answer emails.

Ordered a part and it took 3 weeks to process the order, I had to reach out to their social media creator to even get an answer.

Once the piece arrived it was not only damaged but missing a key part to it (the trim). Trying to get a refund is impossible and they never answer emails.

Also I had to pay an extra $30 for border taxes.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. No communication. Just online chat if it works, nope. Take your money after a month they still claim its processing in their system. Total scam online..... never produced the parts! A big hassle to get funds returned back still waiting.......

They took the money and ran.

They refuse to answer the phone or respond to emails. An on-line order inquiry indicates they have not shipped. Waited an hour for "Live Chat" to countdown but they were unable to give me any information on my order nor an expected time of delivery. I am screwed. They took the money and ran.

Horrible experience

I placed an order on 4/28/2021 ( #1621989)
I've made numerous attempts (4) to try an speak to someone regarding my order. each time they tell me it processing or it's special order. it's now 5/23/2021 still no order. This is very frustrating to say the least. In reading all the other reviews I can clearly see I made a mistake!!!! Tasca is not a very reputable company. Very Disappointing!!!!!!!

Can do better

Great parts inventory. Now shipping is completely lacking. Placed order 4/30 and its 5/11 and still not delivered. Its not like im cross country . Not even midwest. Come on you can do better

wish I can give zero stars, wish I read reviews before I place my order. no replies to calls, no replies to email. all im getting is auto generated email that my order is in progress. since 25 April same exact email, 4-6 days never ends.
Beware of dealing with this company. There is no customer service this company is not able to be reached. If you call their customer service line you get a recording saying that the customer service is shut down. There are Lots of legitimate companies selling auto parts. Do not buy from these unscrupulous operators, i already claimed my fund through paypal.

SCAM! NOBODY IS GETTING THEIR ORDERS!

I placed an expedited shipping order 10 days ago, and they still haven't shipped my parts or given me any updates in a week. They emailed me a phone number that isn't being answered, and the "live chat" feature on their site only allows me to send messages along with my email address and they say they will email me a response, but they don't. TascaParts.com is trying to blame all shipping delays on every parcel carrier, but I have been receiving regular shipments from all of the carriers with no problems. Here I am, racking up a crazy amount in Uber bills for over a week, and TascaParts doesn't even have the decency to give me any updates or respond to my messages. Never again! AVOID TASCAPARTS.COM!

Be where of dealing with this company. They offered free shipping get charged $15 on check out. When I sold this charge I canceled my order. Yet they still put the credit card through. There is no customer service this company is not able to be reached. If you call their customer service line you get a recording saying that the customer service is shut down.
