2 months still waiting international customer

I’m an international customer i requested my order putting my trust on tasca, i even didn’t pay thru paypal which I’m regrading both by choosing this store and not going thru insurance payment.
I placed my order #1603543 on 12/03/2021, I received reply that my request will be processed within 3-5 business days.
18/03/2021, I received email says one of the item needs special ordering.
30/03/2021, I emailed to check for updates.
31/03/2021, received reply says my order is being held up due to part # 8R3Z-6A023-B, sadly this part has went on back order while we are trying to obtain it and now has a resupply date of 4/26. In leu of this information would you like to remove this part and ship out what we have in which is everything else? Apologies.
01/04/2021, i said sent the other available part.
27/04/2021, I emailed for any updates but no respond
20/04/2021, I emailed for any updates but no respond
I been calling them but answer machine goes that they are not available
Now I’m stuck and depressed what to do? I’m done being patience, i wanna order them from my local Qatar Ford parts which they promised from the begging that will take max a month but i was thinking to relay on tasca store. All I want now just to cancel any get refund.
Such a bad experience that still not finished, I don’t advise any international customer to deal with them.
I’m gonna email them soon to cancel and GOD knows how long will take.

Bad service all around

I ordered a part,but days before do to arrive I get email not knowing when I will get part. Contact live chat to get hung up on waiting for answers. Now they try to egnore the problem, worst place ever.

Don't order from this shop!!

Don't order from this shop!!! I am from Hungary, and I usuallay order from Rockauto. If I order on monday, the package arrives at friday. Now I tried to order a differential assembly from Tasca. They promised on 19th of April that the packege will arrive on 28th. I paid 1157 USD through Paypal. After the payment I tried to ask in email, that the eta is true?They didn't answer. I tried 3 times the livechat...no answer. Then I delete the order in email...no answer. I wrote to Paypal, and 12 hours later I got answer and money back. I dont understand if they can answer here to everybody, and they can answer if paypal ask them, why can't they answer on livechat or a simple email?Yes, I know the answer:appologize, too much order, covid etc...Zero communication and you feel yourself you are deceived.
I have usa cars from 20 years, and I have never had problems with american online companies, this was the first.

Poor Customer service

Went onto tascaparts.com to get some screws for my truck figure its in stock shouldnt be an issue. 2-4 days processing ha ha ha that BS still said new 8 days later so 6 business days. After 4 tries to connect with someone i went onto their Facebook finally someone to look into order. Not much help there but excuses short staffed you would think this was april 2020 cant process and ship an order of 8 screws well they canceled my order. No communication with customers and blow ya off. First and Last time use and never recommend.

Order untouched after 6 days. No response from anyone at Tasca Parts

6 days after placing an order it's still in "New Order" status and I can't get in touch with anyone. Their chat feature just times out, they're not responding to email, their phone number has a voicemail saying that they can't take calls and the order info on the site isn't being updated. The chat feature shows how many people are ahead of me, but then eventually generates a message that chatting isn't available.

I've ordered from Tasca Parts once before (pre-pandemic) and they were not exactly quick, despite their tagline. But after a few days I was able to see progress on the order. This time they've been unreponsive after the auto-generated email when I placed the order 6 days ago.

If you can't fulfill your orders, then stop taking them until you can get your act together. With so many similar complaints I'm starting to wonder if they've gone out of business.

Frustrating and Disappointing

I phoned Tasca on 3/18/21 to check availability of a number of items. Speaking with a customer rep he advised against every individual part number - "about a week".
I placed an order with payment immediately and received an instant confirmation of the order. I did at the time expect dispatch in "about a week". On 3/27 I received a form email stating one or more items required special order but expected "3 to 5 days".
I emailed on 4/6 requesting immediate dispatch or an update.
On 4/15 I received an email response apologising for the delay due to short staffing and advising the rep had "peeked into" the order and Tasca were awaiting one part according to tracking "a couple of days away".
Again no contact so I sent an email on 4/19 requesting immediate dispatch of all parts to hand or alternatively cancellation of the order and refund.
Nothing heard to date and I now intend to raise a dispute with my credit card company.
It has been a most disappointing and frustrating experience and certainly I would not recommend any dealings with Tasca.

They don’t have anything in stock that they have on their website. You will have to wait for may like a month or two to recieve your order. Such a horrible company please do not but for them you have been warned. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before purchasing.

we state in multiple places on our website, we can not possibly stock the MILLIONS of OEM parts for the 17 auto manufacturers whose parts we sell. That said, under normal conditions, we generally have a very quick turn-around rate for receiving special ordered parts from our distributors. In Addition, every one of the parts featured on our site, Displays the following disclaimer, "PLEASE NOTE: ALL PARTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY and some may require special ordering from the manufacturer." This disclaimer is also displayed on the very part that you ordered with us. It should also be noted, that we currently operate and stock Three warehouses full of stock in order to service our customers as fast as possible.

It appears as if some of our terms of service may have been misinterpreted upon, purchase and for this, we apologize. We certainly design our website with ease of use and customer satisfaction in mind. Again we apologize for your most recent experience and hope to earn the opportunity to better serve you in the future

Horrible experience

I placed my order on March 21st (#1607741). It is now April 19th and I still have no shipping confirmation nor any updates on my order. I have called numerous times and sat on hold for sometimes up to one hour with no answer. I have sent several emails regarding updates and I have not received any response other than a generic reply stating my order would be shipped by the next week. That email was sent to me two weeks ago and I still have not got any updates. However, it further frustrates me that Tasca has time to go on websites like trustpilot and make excuses for lousy wait times rather than answer emails or phone calls. And it’s very annoying when I read reviews on trustpilot about other people having the same issues and being tended to before my emails are even answered. For compensation I asked for a refund on the ridiculous shipping cost I was given and received no response ($29 shipping for some paper gaskets and relatively short coolant lines; very lightweight order). I also asked for free overnight shipping which I didn’t think was an abnormal request for someone who has been waiting this long and still received no response. It is truly a shame I have to make reviews like this in order to get a response from this company. I will never order any parts from this lousy company again if this issue is not resolved very soon. It’s a shame there are this many other customers having the exact same issues.

I understand that maybe the manufactures aren’t making parts as fast, but don’t advertise “Get Parts Fast!” all over your website. Be honest and show some transparency. I know for a fact my local dealership can get the parts by the end of the week, so why is this such an issue? There has been nothing fast about my experience nor have any attempts been made to fix my issue.

lack of communication

They do not ever answer the phones and do not reply to emails, they should be shut down. We called NUMEROUS times. we needed to exchange a part my husband ordered.

Terrible Customer Service

I order some parts. Not updated after few days. I call their contact number many times. Just listening to music for more than 1 hour on phone several times.
They do not answer phone calls, e-mails, etc.
My order number is #1616310.
The terrible customer service I have ever seen.

You are even misrepresenting my address on your system.
I sent an e-mail to Tasca Parts 3 times from the system on their website about my address, but they did not even reply to any of them.

The Amazon of OEM Parts

Tasca had everything I could of asked for when I needed replacements parts for my Jeep Wrangler. Everything fit perfectly and was delivered very quickly. Would definitely recommend purchasing from Tasca Parts!

They should be shut down!

I made 2 orders 10 days ago. Yet no email nor any updates on it. Looks like it probably drowned within couple of dozens other orders that dont get any attention:(

In a world where we got used to Amazon's speed of delivery - this kind of sellers dont have the right to exist.

The worst thing is that i cant even cancel my order and make a new one in a decent place because they wont react what-so-ever.

An update 4.19.2021:

Although the heartbreaking response of the company, no shipping of the order yet (counting 3 weeks from the order). Unbelievable.

Deadbeat Company

First time ordering from them they took my money and then after a few weeks canceled my order. I eventually got my money back.

The second and FINAL attempt was three unanswered email correspondences and no one to every answer their phones.

I am DONE with Tasca

My parts never arrived, no mails answered...

Ordered some maintenance parts and a gear lever nothing fancy, all original Ford in early February (about $200) One part was on backorder but at the end of February I received an "items shipped" mail. But now in April, they still haven't arrived in Germany. I know Germany is far away, I'm aware of the Covid situation and I'm a patient guy. But non of my e-mails have been answered. No reaction at all, no parts at all and no money back at all... Can't recommend it. #1591582

Used to be great

order #1602389. Ordered 3/7/21. I had to confirm fitment for their staff. Then sent numerous e-mails and even tried to call several times over the next 3 weeks. They never answered phone or e-mails. These are very common stocked parts. Tried to cancel. They never shipped until I opened a claim with Paypal then shipped the next day USPS. Boxes came with tags showing they had parts for at least a week. Horrible service.

No communication

Just like everyone else who has had a bad experience, no updates on my order and cant get ahold of anyone during open hours. But were definitely quick to take the money out of my account. Just put a dispute in to paypal because i need my money back to buy elsewhere. They tell me to call customer service but no one answere. I just waited a total of an hour on hold waiting to hear from someone and still nothing

hopefully i get a reply

Writing this to hopefully finally get a reply from Tasca. i ordered some parts about 2 weeks ago and haven't gotten one email about a confirmation or anything but they decide to take out the almost $300 out of my bank still. Seems very unrestful, I feel like I'm going to have a crazy time getting my money back. "sigh". No one answers phones during open hours. thanks tasca for being unreliable...smh.

How am I supposed to check my order status when I never got an email confirmation? Did you read my review at all, That’s no excuse for taking someone’s money still and not giving them any confirmation whatsoever pretty sure that’s illegal, you stole my money at this point. and of course the phones still aren’t working. Envoyé un mail pour connaître ce qui en est et aucune réponse, déçu !! Ayant trouvé d'autres articles j'ai voulu commander mais d'abord j'ai voulu tester. ! Perte d'un client potentiel !
