Hi everyone, I had great experience with GetOEM/Tasca parts. Yes, it took about 2-3 weeks to get parts delivered (they get parts from manufacturer first, than pack in one pallet and then ship to customers) , but it was worth it as 1. I got the best prices for OEM FORD parts (much more cheaper than dealer prices 2. I got parts delivered to California, as some plastic parts like bumper or front lip some sellers cannot ship due to California restrictions. Thank you Betsy and team for the best service! Very disappointing experience with Tasca Parts.
Communication was extremely poor, and when a serious shipping/documentation issue came up, they made no real effort to help resolve it. The most frustrating part is that Tasca organized the shipment themselves and charged a very large amount for shipping, so I expected them to ensure that all required documentation was in place and that the goods would successfully reach me in Europe.
Instead, I was left alone to deal with the shipping and customs problems. Rather than taking responsibility and actively helping solve the issue, they simply claimed they could not provide what was needed. In my view, this is not acceptable customer service, especially when the seller arranges the shipment and takes substantial payment for it.
Because of this situation, I suffered significant financial and personal stress. My unrepaired car has been sitting and losing value while I waited for parts, and the entire experience caused unnecessary frustration and stress.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tasca Parts for international orders.

With this website, I only lost my nerves and time, and in the end, nothing was ever sent to me. When I tried to cancel the order, I was charged a 25% fee for each item as a so-called “restocking fee.” However, their website states that this fee applies only to items that have been received and then returned. I believe this is misleading and looks like outright deception of customers.

I was specifically after the Motorcraft rear lower control arm pair for my Mustang S197 (2008). I was able to order the pair required from Tasca. It was shipped safe and sound to the Blue Mountains in Australia. Well done to the team at Tasca. I have added Tasca to my team to keep my Mustang in top condition.
Use Ebay instead
I ordered a part for my vehicle based on their website recommendation. When I installed the part it fit but kept blowing a fuse. I contacted customer service to exchange the part for the correct one for my vehicle. I was told that since I had installed the part it was no longer returnable or refundable. I should have ordered the part from an Ebay vendor. Lesson learned.

I would give this a zero if possible. I ordered a part 10/15 with the arrival date of 10/20 here it is the 24th and it hasn't even shipped yet. I contact them to find out they don't even have the part yet. 3 more days till they get it and 5-7 more days before they send it to me because of processing. I ask for upgraded shipping and they refused. Now my order is being cancelled. Probably 10 days til I get a refund. My vehicle does not run with out this part.

Contacted for RMA to return label and they would not send a label even though THEIR system wasn’t working right. The rep said the only way is for a rep to verify in the catalog, doesn’t sound right to me. Just call your local dealership and they will price match to whatever these scammers have listed AND can actually verify it’s the right part for your car.

I don't know where all the negative reviews came from, but they were very intimidating for a new customer. But I have no choice since no other retailer does international shipping, so anyway I placed a big order.
To my surprise and pleasure, the experience was very good. You can always get in touch with a human agent through the chatting system, and they were very professional, friendly and helpful.(Thank you, Tony!) The parts allocating process is not the fast in the world, but it was not slow, either. The packing is very good.
I would totally recommend international customers to place their orders here!

Parts ordered June 14...lost
Parts ordered June 14, said delivered June 23. Paid 10$ shipping with USPS. package lost no way to contact TASCA. There is no chat but a contact form marketed as chat.

Terrible company
Terrible company. I oredered parts in April for delivery in the UK in May. When they had not arrived in June I contacted them to find out what was happennig. I was told they needed to make a claim against FedEx and could not and would not do anything for me until they had heard from FedEx. Their dispute with FedEx is a matter between them and nothing to do with me. They have refused to supply replacement good. Iwould recommend anyone to avoid any dealings with them based on my experience of their terrible customer relations.
Worst experience ever purchasing…
Worst experience ever purchasing online. I'm not exaggerating. They showed 177 units of the item I needed in stock. I placed my order, and then 3 days later, still crickets. I did an online chat with someone and I said "please cancel the order if you can't ship today, I ordered this 3 days ago". Response was it will ship later today. It never did. I need this part. So now I'm jumping through hoops trying to cancel the order and get a refund before they ship. No response. So now I have to purchase again from another vendor, and HOPE I receive a refund. Stay away from this company.

I am giving 4 stars because of 3 to 4 days delays. I got my parts shipped to South Korea and I am extremely satisfied. Since I couldn't get the few parts on RockAuto, i could find them on Tasca Parts. The customer service replied to me through email and everything went well. I guess the only issue is that they delay first 3 or over 4 days due to transiting. I purchased it on 24th April and received it on May 1st. I guess it is third-party or affiliate company. That's why it took time enough time to process. Yet, this is my second time purchasing and i have no other issues until now. Keep it up Tasca!
Poor Customer Service
they took more than (2) weeks to ship the product. when i got the item, they sent the wrong tweeter (passenger was sent not driver side). i requested a return or exchange. they took (2) weeks to respond saying i need to pay for the shipping even though it was their fault they sent the wrong item.
Skip the headache and buy somewhere else.

TascaParts advertised a "OEM Ford Part" and while it my be a Ford part its a used part.
And if you want to return a "used" part you must get an "authorization" from TascaParts first And you will pay all shipping costs to return your "Used" TascaParts junk.

Ordered part, was told its in stock but three days passed a d not shipped. Contacted them and they told me they need to locate part which will take 3-5 days then process it thats another 3-5 days making it 6-10 business days to ship. Horribly misleading
