TASCA AUTOMOTIVE GROUP-STAY AWAY
I called TASCA and spoke with a chap named Matt in Parts. What I learned, is that this company owns OEMPARTS.COM. My account was charged by TASCA for a purchase I made on OEMPARTS.COM. I tried contacting that company but they don't have an active phone number. I called the BBB and there is no record of them there. I came here to Trust Pilot, they had no information on OEMPARTS.COM either. According to the overwhelming negative reviews here on TrustPilot for TASCA, it is no wonder I was confused, and suspicious. I called my bank immediately to see if the charge was there. It was. It showed up as TASCA, not OEMPARTS. When I put all of my credit card information in at OEM, when I clicked to pay, a message came on that said the transaction could not be processed. Really? Fortunately Bank America was on the ball and put a stop on the payment. There is no way, other than email to contact OEM. They don't show up anywhere on line, other than the web site. I spent over an hour trying to find information and contact phone numbers for them. I would not recommend this company at all. The multitude of reviews here say it all. Stay away.
Lousy vendor
Trash, wants $400 to ship an item that was already agreed to be shipped for $100. This is over $200 worse than other vendors selling the same parts.
BAIT & SWITCH!! BEWARE
This company practices classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I had them quote a part and they gave me a price. They asked my address to quote a price for shipping and I gave it to them. They gave me the total. Almost a week later I'm wondering where the part is. I expected it delivered and no email or anything. So I go to their site with my order number and there is a message saying they want to charge me almost $50 dollars more. They are trying to blame Honda saying they could not control the size of the box. Although that is a lame excuse like it's their first time and they seemed to not have a second guess in the first place. They hope for dummies to buy with their bait and then switch it at the last minute without even the decency to send an email as well. This company should be ashamed of themselves for trying the bait and switch! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Avoid ordering anything from this company. I ordered a part based off of the photo of the part that accompanied the part # and description. I received the order and the packaging had the same part # but the part inside the bag was not the same as the photo on their order web page. When I contacted Tasca via chat, as it's not possible to call them, I got nothing but push back and them stating they sent the right part even though I supplied photos it was not the same part in their photo. They did send the right part # but the part inside the package was different from the photo of the part that was on their web page. They offered to send a return label, which so far I haven't got, but are not admitting that their ordering web page is inaccurate so I'm stuck to pay shipping on both ends. All this dishonesty and an attitude from the chat personnel. AVOID!!!!!!
Company sent damaged bumper
Company sent damaged bumper. Will not pay shipping to return when I sent a complaint, then went dark. No answers, no replies. Tried to blame it on not receiving a VIN code. They did receive the VIN code. This is not the same company. They are scam artists. They have horrific customer service. AMY C. received the VIN code on 7/18/2023, 1 the next morning after the order was placed. Took WEEKS to receive. No reason whatsoever to play this card. It is now October. I will spend years costing them business wherever I can as they deserve as good as they give. 1.6 star rating. WOW they are the worst parts company I've seen. That's from someone who ran a service department. Great Job Speed racer! maybe spend a little time working on how they company your sitting on runs.

I placed an order with tasca auto parts for a part that was hard to find and the price seemed too good to be true.. after some initial communication and a whole lot of worrying by me they sent the proper part within a reasonable time frame and the price was less than half of other dealers..
It sounds like some people had negative reviews but mine is definitely a positive one!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a scam company, you cannot contact them, the status of order is not changing, they are not replying.
I now requested to cancel my order #1929026. But have a really little hope.
Quck to charge your account, slow to get you your parts
They were quick to charge my account but cannot provide me at least a tracking number even after one week. They are still using the COVID excuse ("Thank you for your patience with delays in order processing and shipping as our business adapts to changes resulting from COVID-19."). Cancellation of the order is also an unpleasant experience. They want to do it via chat unit the chat which, every time I log in has the message "Sorry we are offline. Message us."

I always been ordering parts from Tasca site but unfortunately recently they blocked my money and not responding to my emails and parts still hanging in cart

These guys are slow but I received my order which was very well packaged. I received what I ordered. Will I order something from them again - I think yes, the price was good and I received my original spare parts.
What happened to Tasca Ford
What happened to Tasca Ford? These people used to be on their game. I've been ordering from them for thirty years. But no more.
The last several orders I placed took months to receive, although they were labeled as "in stock". I suppose they advertise the full Ford catalogue then try to get the part if you order it. You never hear from them and have to guess when and if your order will arrive.
For those of us who depend on servicing fleets and repairing vehicles for others, this just doesn't work. Nor does collecting dollars from customers and then trying to find parts to deliver.
Bye, bye Tasca. There are thousands of other sources out there who appreciate our business.

Sent me a broken radiator and after emailing back and forth for 3 months they stopped responding. Now its too late for me to file a CC dispute.

Ordered window switch confirmed truck vin # with Tasca they sent the wrong one. Got the run around from Keane F. Ended up telling me I ordered the wrong part and its my responsibility to return and restock. absolutely no customer service help. 0 stars

Terrible customer support. No communication after sending several emails. They do not answer telephone calls. Buyer beware!
Worse order for last few years
Ordered set of plastic for lincoln aviator seats to replace a bit scratched. Also some nuts and screws.
They packaed everything in the smallest box they found. Even not protected from each other.
I wouldn't be surprised if they kicked him in there. Otherwise, he wouldn't fit in.
As result all plastic have more scratches then my current.
The only solution they offered is to return everything back. But I already installed nuts.. and even more, I live in another country and shipping back will cost me half of price.
Items Not in stock even though it’s advertised
I placed two orders and all items were listed „In Stock“.
Shortly after I placed the order I received „Important Update on your order“ saying „One or more items from your recent order xxx have required special ordering but should be ready to ship to you soon.“ The same happened for the second order.
No more details were provided. After contacting the Live Chat I received the information about a 5-6 business day delay. This is not acceptable if a company offers items „In Stock“. I’m really disappointed because I placed the order here to get the parts as soon as possible.
Update: 2 weeks after placing the order on items listed „In stock“, one of my two orders finally has a shipping tracking number. Let’s see how the second one continues…
No updates sent to customers on status of critical parts
I ordered a lower control arm for my car on 2/21/2023. I reached out on 3/1/2023 and was told it was on the way and would be there in 3-4 business days. I had tires put on my car anticipating the part would be there based on what they told me. I wanted to coordinate this due to needing an alignment for both the tires and the LCA and did not want to do it twice. I reached out to them today(3/14/2023), NINE business days later, and was told that "The part needs to be reordered. None in warehouse."
I NEVER received any email or phone call stating this. This is absolutely unacceptable and it actually pains me to write this review as I previously worked for Tasca and took pride in it being a very customer service oriented company.
Actually ended up finding the part on Amazon, for almost $50 less, shipped, with a 3 day delivery.
Never buying parts from them again and will not recommend.
