Bad business

Placed an order for parts showing readily available. A few days later got e-mail saying that one item is on the national back order no ETA. I agreed to cancel the item and ship the rest of the order that day. 7 days later no tracking, no order. Contacted to get an update and another item from the order is delayed. I canceled the entire order, walked into my local dealer ( placing the order online, which is a few $ more, yet no $85 shipping), and got the part right away. TascaParts poor communication, if it is not a scam definitely using the bait and switch or just lie tactics.

I do not consider them scammers

I do not consider them scammers, as they returned my money to me 2 times. once the delivery address was not entered correctly and after explaining everything was returned, the second time passed almost a month after the order and the status of the goods did not change and so I demanded to cancel the order and in three days the money was returned. I think they do not have everything smoothly with logistics

Absolutely insane company

Absolutely insane company. Bait and switch. Ordered part, paid shipping, They then contacted me 3 days later asking for $430 MORE FOR SHIPPING!!
Scammers. STAY CLEAR!

Total disappointment

Total disappointment! They have cancel order without any reason that could concern buyer. No refund of cancelled order! No contact and so on! Such companies should go down

After two months

After two months, the goods did not arrive, they do not respond to email, live chat also nothing, I still do not have the money I absolutely do not recommend this company

I would never order from TASCA again

I placed an order and was never given an expected ship date. After 2 weeks I tried to find out the status of my order. The only way to find anything out was to submit my email address and order number. The result was "in progress". After doing this a few times I was pretty frustrated. They don't have a phone number to reach them, their live chat app doesn't work and they did not respond to my emails. I did find a phone number and when I called it I got a recording saying the techs are too busy to answer the phone so use the live chat, which doesn't work. At this point I was feeling like I had been scammed, they had charged my credit card and I didn't have any product, I did not know if it was coming, and they were not responding to my emails. I couldn't cancel the order because they say to cancel the order, use live chat, which, as I said before, does not work. So I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and they are looking into it. About an hour after that I received an email from TASCA saying, "sorry for the delay" and "we had to special order some of your items", "some parts have been taking as long as 14-30 days to arrive" and "We ask for your patience".
I replied that I wanted to cancel my order but 24 hours later, I have not received a response. And according to their website you can only cancel an order via live chat, and by now you know, it doesn't work.

UPDATE: After daily emails to TASCA requesting they cancel my order and issue me a refund, I finally got a response on Oct 17th saying they canceled my order and are issuing a refund. I had placed the order on Sept 20th

Parts are never in stock / May ask for more money.

I have placed 3 orders in the past year and ended up canceling all 3 in frustration. They never have anything in stock despite what the website may say. After the order was placed they needed more money because the part number was "updated". They have a 5-7 day "processing" time before the order ships and if it doesn't ship in that time frame it will take an additional X amount of days and so on. They never have any actual timeframe information and are simply a 3rd party vendor. Don't waste your time!

SHO Part

Have used Tasca several times to get those increasingly harder to find parts for my 2010 SHO. This time a rear impact bar was ordered. FedEx delivery to the United Kingdom was both fast and reasonably priced, especially when compared with other parts suppliers. Part number matched to VIN and correct. For me, this was another good experience with Tasca.

I ordered a part

UPDATE: I got the refund and emailed response after this post!

I ordered a part, was charged for it, and it has never shipped. I've called - no one answers. I've tried "Live Chat" on their website - apparently there is nothing that is on the other end of it as they were "ringing the person" for 1.5 hours! I've emailed - no reply. This place seems like a total scam to me. It is pretty obvious no one cares about their "customer service".

Missing full refund…

$ 1412.28 was charged for item they did not have and could not supply . They finally cancelled order but only refunded $1334.50. I inquired about the $66.88 shortfall but have had no response. Do not deal with this seller!!

Had an outstanding experience with…

Had an outstanding experience with Tasca parts. Ordered OEM inside door handle for my 2002 Miata. Ordering was simple and customer service was great. This was the best price online. Part arrived in 9 days of actual order. Very happy.

Super slow delivery

Super slow delivery, poor communication.
I placed the order 10 days ago, all parts listed as in stock, Told today via online chat, no phone number listed, told to wait 3-5 days for delivery. This will be the only order I place with them. Also their reviews on the site must be bogus, there is no way to make a new review there.

Ridiculous shipping charges that they said would be adjusted

Shopped online for a part that only Tasca had in stock.
Other sites charged about $50 (based on size and weight of the shipment) for the parts, while Tasca was at $197.
"Chatted" online with them numerous times and every time I was assured they'd fix their mistake (their database had incorrect size info for the part)...
In the end, they never made that change so the shipping charge stayed ridiculously high.
I ended up not buying the part at all and found a different solution.
Wasted a LOT of time with these clowns and will not check with them again in the future for other parts as this is not the first time I've run in to this with them. It is (was) the last time, though.

FANTASTIC JOB!

This is a follow up review. My Lincoln Nautilus had a leak. The water was coming in and filling up my spare tire well. I brought it to two other dealerships and they couldn’t find the leak. I brought it to Tasca in Cranston and was met by Eric Defalco he was very understanding and comfortable to talk to. In my first review I explained how it was a joy deal with with Eric. With this follow up review I want to say this past week 3/4/24-3/9/24 we had close to 3”-5” of rain and I have not one drop of water in my SUV. I tip my hat to all the technicians who worked on my SUV not only no water but the inside of my SUV is DRY no moisture or musty smell. They didn’t just fix the leak they dried out all the insulation too. I thank you for an outstanding job!

This place is a joke

From the time I placed my order until I received it was 2 weeks. In today's world, that is unacceptable. That's just the beginning. I unwrap everything, it appears to be ok and I throw out all the packaging. I go to install it to find out they sent me duplicates of one part and none of another. Now they won't take the duplicate back and send me the right part because I don't have the packaging. They screwed up, not me. Now I'm screwed because I assumed they were competent and got my order right. This place is a joke. Stay away.

I've been bamboozled

Was over-charged for a bolt which was listed as "Package of 3", but was only one bolt. Then due to SUPER-SLOW shipping i was forced to complete my repair with parts sourced locally.

Now I'm trying to return the parts and they; have no phone number, don't return emails, and don't respond to their CS comment page.

To make it worse, the page you need to go through to get an "RMA#" number to return your parts, is constantly "in error" and won't load (50+ attempts).
