Don't waste your time
States "we are the experts in international Shipping" they can't even get national shipping correct....we received a truck part a large one in a plastic bag and sticky bubble wrap holding it together already broken. Not to mention they say a few days shipping it really takes weeks! Took multiple emails and a live chat to get anywhere as they have no customer service line. Only to be told to put in original packaging and box! Then they suggested I put it in a box and return it. needless to say we will never order from this place a again!

Ordered steel fuel hose. After ordering never received any updates. Escalated to Paypal for a refund of $63. Terrible service. Will never use again. Had to install old hose that is not recommended in Hyundai service manual. Why!

Ordered a part for Ford F-150 had it expedited shipping week and a half later I get the part, numerous attempts by email to contact and no response, attempted a second purchase I'm another item that showed online in stock, and then I was it was on back order, will not use these guys again, very frustrated with their support side of things.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered a certain part for my vehicle and paid extra for a faster shipping option. I received an email about 4 days later that the item would be running late. When I inquired about the issue and requested my money back for the shipping issue they cancelled my whole order. I asked to have the order restablished, since I still need the part, they said 'is there anything else I can help you with?" and nothing more about my order.

Tasca Parts is THE WORST!!
Tasca Parts is THE WORST!!! Don’t buy parts from them. Over 2 weeks after charging my card and nothing. I called 5 times and either was disconnected, talked and transferred to voicemail or told “not my department “. Will try a refund via my PayPal. Thank goodness I used that.
Paid an extra $60 for 2 day shipping…
Paid an extra $60 for 2 day shipping for a 6lb shipment including the box and the over abundance of packing materials they had in it. I received the package in 5 days. They refuse to accept that Saturday is a shipping day just like the rest of the country. They are refusing to return my 2 day shipping costs. This place may have parts but the customer service is pure crap. They’ll get ya just like all the rest. Stay away unless they are the only carriers for a specific part.
I have tried to get a return…
I have tried to get a return authorization number and am still waiting to get in contact with someone. The part does not fit. The phone number states that no one is available to answer the phone at this time and to use the live chat on the website, I have done that more than once and have yet to get a response.
I was excited to find a place to get the part I needed. I guess I learned something today, which is never to trust a review site that is operated by the company itself.

We urgently needed 2 rims for our car and paid over $120 in shipping because the Tasca site showed delivery by the end of the week. I checked in with the chat service to ask them to please process the order ASAP (really wish they had phone customer service) and was told the parts had to be ordered, which could take 3-8 days, and then would be shipped to me, which would take another couple of days. When your only car has 2 cracked rims, you can't wait 10 days for parts! First chat support tech was unhelpful and left me hanging for 20 minutes at a time and she finally disconnected the chat. Second chat person was better (at least she did not leave me hanging and said they'd do their best to move things along), but still said it would be at least the next week before I would get the rims. Spent 2 hours total dealing with chat support. So far, it was a 1-star experience.
Until...the following morning, I got an email from Amy who said they had ordered the parts to be drop shipped directly to me from the manufacturer and they would arrive at my house in 1-3 days. Sure enough, I had the rims on my doorstep the following day, and the car was fixed by the end of the week. So a big thank you to Amy!

What a BAD over all especially…service + communication.
What a BAD over all experience especially service.i have place the order on the 12nov but not even an email reply and i did wait patiently. On the 19th they cancel my order without letting or telling me that the order is cancel. I only knew when the credit card make the refund. What a waste of time. i did wrote to them (Amy) all she say is that they have reply me the mail. What a lier you are.
VIN Verification Worthless
Used VIN verification system for a seat release handle. Customer service contacted me a week later that I needed to change the part number to match the VIN I provided. Took another week and a half to actually confirm color and finally ship. Wrong part and couldn't be used.
Extremely difficult getting customer service. Attempted to contact multiple times before emailed response that allowed for return. Even then I am told I need to pay for return shipping. Policy indicates if mistake is on Tasca side (VIN verification?), they would pay for shipping. Can't get any answer for why I'm having to pay for shipping. I'm done with this organization.

Scam artist! No communication! Call their 1st number changed to new number,they don’t answer they direct you to online chat. All inquiries and requests or questions ignored with no response. After suspension of they’re not on the up and up read the cancellation policy . They charge 25% on cancellation.they say if any part of your order is a special order the fee will be charged. On a simple tail light order they send confirmation of order saying some parts of my order has to be special ordered (it’s one assembly) nothing special.after a confirmation email of the order no response to inquiries. After reading majority negative reviews same story. I think the main income of this place is collecting cancellation fees from unsuspecting frustrated not customers,but victims
Scam company
Expect most of your order to be out of stock or "require a special order," then you will get radio silence for weeks since they have no customer service at all. Finally, when you attempt to cancel, they will not respond and still ship you something weeks late so they can deny a credit card dispute. Total scam.

I ordered parts on 9/27 from their website (that gave the impression was all in stock), and Tasca took my money immediately. After a week of no tracking, I first reached out. Well, they dont take phone calls. Their online chat help is just an email bot. Their facebook support is just a bot. I called tasca dealerships trying to get answers, no help. They finally responded after I tried 7 different way to get a response, and they finally responded on 10/7 that there were 3 parts on backorder and they were waiting for them to come in. Once they do make it in, they would ship 48-72 hours.
Well, ok.. whaddya gonna do, you know? But on 10/11, I asked if they had perhaps an ETA on those parts. I had to follow up again on 10/17, to which they responded that the missing parts showed up on 10/7, and please allow 48-72 hours to get the parts shipped. My math shows that if the parts showed up 10/7, they should have shipped out 11th or 12th. But, whatever..
Today, 10/26, I have reached out 4 more times trying to find out where my shipment is, and have had no response.
Will never, ever do business with these people again. I recommend staying far away from them, their customer service is horrible and i'm sure my shipment of 2,000 dollars in body parts will be all messed up
