Website could use better live update of inventory
Ordered parts on 25th September 2022, website shows parts are in stock. My credit card was charged then a few days later i was told some parts require special order. I'm like fine, I'm not in a hurry. Its been a month now, still no update and no ETA on when the part will be shipped out. If you don't have the parts, just refund me!
Update 1: Parts were finally sent out, I'll see if everything checks out and update again. Better late than never.
Final update: Parts arrived safely after one month plus. It’s fine with me as some items were back ordered.
long wait on order fullfillment & bad customer service
I've ordered parts for my transmission and in an e-mail Tasca stated it would take approx. 3-5 days for my parts to arrive at their warehouse. After 15 days I asked them if they know when the parts will arrive - no answer. A few days later I asked them what the current status of my order is - no answer. Another week or so later I finally got an e-mail that the parts have shipped, but to this day I have not gotten a response from Tasca, not even an apology for not responding.
tl;dr no response from their customer service, I'll consider buying somewhere else next time
Slow order fulfillment and zero customer service
Order had not shipped 7 days after I placed the order. I used their online portal to send a message asking them to cancel the order. After no response 24 hours later, I contacted them again via the portal, and also emailed them. As before, no response. Three days later, I received a shipment notification. I emailed them again telling them to recall the package and issue a refund.
The following week, I received the package, and emailed them once more to tell them I would be disputing the charge and requesting a chargeback through my credit card company. Again, no response. I have now started the dispute process with my credit card company.
Where's my stuff
Expected way better performance than this. Charged my Credit Card the day I placed the order but here it is 2 weeks later and no parts shipped. Communications with Tasca Customer Support have provided false information.

This place sucks . Tried to cancell my order after looking at shipping charges 5 min after placing order. You cant talk to anyone there and their live chat and email is a joke. Do not Use Them!!!!!
The Ford dealer here in Tucson was cheaper and in stock I found out. I will give them a bad review amytime its available to do so!

This sight is a scam
This sight is a scam. Charged my card then 6 days later saying that the part wouldn’t work. I asked for a refund and still have not received it. The part never even shipped, so I’m out a couple hundred dollars and a wasted week.
Did not disclose parts had to be ordered, no response to my concerns.
I ordered 2 parts for my 2017 Volvo XC60. I’d had good experiences in the past with Tascaparts.com. Their website indicated both parts were in stock and ready to ship. About a week later, on 9/2/22, I got an email saying one had to be ordered and both would ship when they had it, but no date was indicated. After a week, I emailed asking for an estimated time, and received no reply to that. I got an email yesterday, 9/15/23, that my parts were shipping. So my parts will get to me 2-3 weeks later than expected. I will likely not order from them again due to them saying they had parts in stock when they did not, and the fact they didn’t respond to my concerns. At this point, I’m considering sending the parts back for a full refund even though I need them, and I may pay more elsewhere.

I’ve ordered from them before and always had a good experience. This last time I ordered, I got an email saying they didn’t have the part but they ordered it and it should be in shortly. 2 weeks later, I finally get the part, and it has an expiration date that is over 2 years old. Can’t contact anyone by phone so I had to do their stupid live chat crap. It took over an hour just to get a refund. They originally wanted me to pay shipping to return it to them, after I already paid $10 to ship a new rear view mirror button. I will NEVER shop with them again. Total waste of time and money.
Order 1795916 money refund problem
I made a order 1795916. I ordered 48 pcs parts for more than 6000$. I made mistake in shipping address and write to support about that. Next day support told me, that not all parts available and told that they cant change shipping address and proposed me cancel the order. Ok, I asked to cancel the order. They wrote me, that i need wait 1-7 business day for money refund. So, now had passed more than two weeks and my 6000$ not come back. They not answer me in live chat, not answer on email. They don't answer the phone. That SCAM? Refund me my money! I will write to BBB about this situation. And contact my bank for chargeback!
Company refound me my money to PayPal account, because they have some problem with refund all money to my bank card. BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????, they took me fee from PayPal transfer immediate 400$ and again not respond from my email request. They didn't say me about i need pay PayPal fee!!! This not my fall, thats parts did not available in this SCAM store. I wrote message to BBB, and they respond me that this company not respond for BBB request also. So, good, that i have lawyer in United State. I think this company not be must work, because this is SCAM. i will update my review later, when i receive respond from my lawyer.
Poor shipping times and customer service
Initial impression was great prices and service. It was all downhill from there. I ordered a set of flywheel and clutch bolts with 2 day FedEx shipping. I was pretty annoyed to see they wanted 29.00 for shipping which is way more than the actual shipping cost on such a small package but I needed the parts asap. It wasn't until a day after that I received an email telling me the parts had to be special ordered and it would take an additional 3-5 days. The email also claimed I could contact them for a refund. I attempted to use live chat numerous times but kept getting pushed to email. I sent numerous emails also which were never answered. I finally received a text and email many days later and simply stating my order was shipped. In the end my need it asap 2 day order took exactly 2 weeks to show up and they had the nerve to still charge me 29 bucks for 2 day delivery.
Don't be fooled by the low prices, buy somewhere else if you want customer service and decent shipping time/price.

Crooks
Bought parts that came with a two year warranty. After 18 months the product failed. Tried contacting the company to collect on the warranty, the phone number was changed. Called the number on the answering machine, and they said they were busy with other customers (probably defrauding others)
The voice mail said send an email, which I did twice.
No one has ever gotten back to me. Tried the chat, and nothing. Final contacted one of their dealership parts department, and they said I would have to claim it through my local dealership. That was a joke, I didn't buy it from them. Recommend flooding their corp office with phone calls, or better yet everyone needs to contact the BBB and filing a report. This company is a joke! Buy from reputable company's.

they cancel order for no reasons , , placed an order from canada and they just cancelled it because it was not in the us and don't want to take a chance . What about not giving the option to buy from outside us instead ?
Returning is impossible
I ordered a part from them and received it a bit late. The part was no longer needed. I called to get the RMA to send it back, but the phone number is not working. They say to hang up and email them. I have sent a few emails with the part number and order number and no one replies!
Horrible company to order from
Horrible company to order from. Needed a part ASAP so I paid $65 for 2-day shipping, and it took 10 days for it to arrive. After about the 4th day waiting, I sent an email to cancel order and the order was never cancelled. I then got the part and tried to call to get an RA# to send it back but the customer service line said that nobody was available. I then chatted with someone who said they don't refund the shipping, that I had to pay to ship it back and they have to follow policies. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
