We had bought Spare Parts online Since 2 Months back and Till Now we didn’t receive The Parts,

Also we had sent so Many Complaints and no one had replied to full fill our request,

There is no Customer Satisfaction in their Policy,

Please don’t shop here

This is absurd. Emailed them shortly after placing an order to cancel, never got a response. I emailed again as it was processing, nobody got back to me. Chatted in 2 times and after waiting 20 min., I left as nobody picked up the chat. Bunch of frauds running this business.

Warning!

Online order says in stock, not in stock, they had to special order which took several more days. Tried contacting numerous times for “core” return via email, no response, via online chats, chat doesn’t work for numerous reasons. So much for quality service after the sale,…hell, ANY service.

HORRIBLE Communications!!

HORRIBLE Communications!!! Never again. You can't talk to anyone and the online chat doesn't work. I will never order from them again. One part has been holding up my entire order for weeks and I can't talk to anyone to say send what you have now. This has to be the worse parts ordering experience I have ever had.

I thought it was only my bad luck - I read i'm part of the majority customers

I thought it was only my bad luck this time, after few positive transactions with TASCA in the past years...
I've found here just the SAME lack of service attitude when something doesn't go smooth! Order #1748770 has been issued Apr. 16th and it was only me seeing no advance in the order to understand that few parts are not in TASCA's stock! it took me another week to take off these missing parts, time and again as if I'm not the one who's explaining what I need... Also asked to change the means of shipment to make the available parts handy ASAP, with no avail! This has NOTHING to do with COVID issues but only with a FAILED customer service and care in time of NEED!

Tasca Scam!

SCAM! DO NOT PLACE ORDER WITH TASCA! Placed an order and paid for it on March 5th, 2022. Never received the order. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody will give answer over chat. No replies to my emails. They provided a USPS tracking number that gives no update.

Late Parts and Zero Customer Support

This is my second time ordering from Tascaparts.com. The first time, my parts did arrive although several weeks late which at the time was not a big issue for me since the car was still operative without the replacement parts and I was determined to get original parts. This second order also said that it will be late, so I have tried for a few days to cancel order #1746723 using the online chat, email and called their number they don't answer. I'm seeing some responses from Mike King on this review site so this may be the best way to get any response.
It has been terribly frustrating without any means to reach Tascaparts.com. If I don't hear anything back within 24 hours, it appears my only recourse will be through my credit card company. I definitely won't be ordering from them again despite their OEM parts at a very good price.

This is a fraudulent company

This is a fraudulent company, "DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM", they will take your money and you will never hear from them again. You can not phone them, their "Live Chat" is a joke and as far as emailing, they will never get back to you. If you like getting the run a round, then this is differently your kind of company!

Never again

Ordered a part and keep getting the run around when it comes to returning it. No one could find the order, it's been almost 3wks of me constantly trying to return the product. NEVER again will I order from this company.
It was an ordeal to even receive it then worse to return. I even spoke to Michael King with the order issues and left countless of message for the return and have to yet to hear anything back from anyone.

Sham Company

I’m having a similar experience as most of the recent posts here. I ordered two parts based on the advertised “Factory Parts Fast”. The day following my orders, I received an email that both parts “required special ordering” and would take 4-6 business days. I needed the parts fast, so I tried to cancel. That’s where the problem starts. The phone number to contact a real person is not easy to find, but it doesn’t matter. When I called it, the recorded message says “our team is not available to accept calls at this time” and to “use the live chat feature or email”. I tried emailing the address in the order response (parts@tascaparts) at least 6 times, but still have not received a reply. The “Live Chat” option is basically useless. It took me the entire day to finally get a “person” on the chat feature. The representative I chatted with claimed the orders would be cancelled, but more than a week later, I am still waiting on a refund. The parts are still “currently in progress”, and still have not shipped after almost two weeks. So much for “speedy service”. I had to protest the charges with my credit card company.

Danger. This may be a scam organization.

I ordered $600 worth of parts for my Volvo and received them after a week. Half of the parts didn’t fit my car, but they don’t post a phone number, they don’t take chat sessions with me, and they don’t answer my emails. I’ve sent or attempted over a dozen. You can’t send parts back without authorization and you can’t get an authorization if they don’t respond to your messages. At this point I think they are a scam, and I intend to file a complaint with consumer protection.

NO CUSTOMER SEVICE

Wish i had found these reviews before i ordered from this company. Seems like a common theme that they do not fill orders, no customer support, no-one responds to chat or email options. They were quick to take the money from my account, but filling the order is not a priority for them.

Not sure what the bad reviews are for

Ordered a rear Ford emblem and police interceptor badge for my P71. I am in the UK and the parts were delivered just 2 days after dispatched. Parts are genuine, I am very pleased and will be ordering again should I require more parts.

Terrible return service.

Update. It took over a month to get my money back from Tascar as I had to go through my credit card company. Part ordered were cross bars for a 2010 Volvo V50. That should narrow it down for you. I ordered cross bars for my Volvo V50. TASCAR sent the wrong crossbars. I went online to return them. They had me take pictures and upload information into their chat. I was clear that the crossbars were incorrect and they sent me a return label. I returned the part using their return label. However, I then received the same part again. I contacted them again and again received a return label. I sent back the second box I had received. After a couple of days I received an email that I would be refunded for my purchase in 3-7 days. This did not occur. I tried to contact them but with zero luck and have had to go to my CC company for a refund. Just terrible customer service.

Order a $150 brake caliper and received…

Order a $150 brake caliper and received a $10 mud flap.

No customer service phone number and they do not reply to emails or "live chat"

As others have said, do not order from here, it will either come months later or will come wrong. The order was placed at getoemparts.com which is owned by Tasca parts and Tasca is who actually fulfilled the order

My order number is 370860 and I'll be opening a dispute with my credit card company and the BBB is this is not resolved in the next 48 hours.

Extremely disappointed with the service…

Extremely disappointed with the service at Tasca Parts. Being a HUGE drag racing fan and have been for all my life and following Bob Tasca's funny car operation, I found it fitting to support his Ford parts business for our 2008 Escape that has a known safety issue with the electric steering locking up (Ford recall, but not including mine, of course). Upon ordering and paying $56 more for "expedited shipping", it still took a week to get my part because it was backordered!! Why wasn't I told up front it was backordered?? This is an extremely dangerous condition to have to drive this vehicle for another week with no power steering, but gotta go to work! Very disappointed with Tasca Parts and will not buy from them again or recommend them. Won't buy a Ford again either!!
