Terrible Customer Service
I attempted through multiple emails and through the "live chat" feature, at least 7 times to contact someone, first regarding an order cancellation, and then an item return, with no responses. I spent literally hours waiting in a "queue" with the chat, only to be disconnected with it saying an agent is not available (this was during normal business hours). Finally, almost three weeks of attempting contact (no phone number is available by the way), I have actually received an RMA for my item. I am very displeased with this process and will not be returning with my business.

"Factory Parts Fast" ...bs. I've been waiting almost a month for parts I was charged a fortune to ship. Covid isn't an excuse either. Tasca has NEVER been fast to ship anything but they've gotten worse. To make matters worse, they don't have a customer service line anymore, only chat and email.
If you're reading this, SHOP ELSEWHERE. You can likely find what you're looking for cheaper, once you factor in shipping charges, and get what you ordered faster.
Scam artists! Bob Tasca Sr and relatives!
I placed order # 1680635 on October 29, 2021 for 2 items with part # F6ZZ5K483BA. The rear suspension lateral arms needed was showing the correct part picture as what I needed on your website. I received the package on November 1st, 2021 with tracking # 9405509206446501690489. The parts you sent had the correct part number on the package but the parts were not correct.
The root cause of the wrong part order is that the part number on your site is not the correct part number for the rear suspension lateral arm shown (part # 17), but for a front suspension stabilize link. The correct part number should be XR3Z5K848BA. It appears that the rear stabilizer link is not available from any of the OEM providers for this vehicle, and I will need to go to an aftermarket provider.
I contacted Chat on November 2, 2021 and they gave me an RMA of CM-1680635. I request a refund back to my credit card because the part I needed was no longer available, and the part number being displayed on your web site shows the correct picture of the part needed but the part number displayed is wrong. I shipped the part back per the instructions on tracking number 1Z23848E9002768597. The package was delivered on Monday, November 08 at 10:52 A.M.
On November 9th 2021 I received the same parts back instead of a refund, which were the exact same wrong parts. I contacted Chat on November 10th, 2021 and was issued the same RMA of CM-1680635. I again requested a refund back to my credit card. I shipped the parts back per the instructions on November 11, 2021 on tracking number 1Z23848E9002775347. The package was delivered on Monday, November 15 at 11:01 A.M.
No January 13th, 2022 I contacted chat again and was told that a manager was going to see that a refund was applied back to my credit card and that an email would follow. I have yet to see the refund back to my credit card or an email about the refund
As of this date January 17th, 2022 I have yet to receive the refund back to my credit card of $156.93

To this date I have only received the message that phone support is unavailable. I have also tried multiple times to contact a Customer Support Specialists at parts @ tascaparts.com and they are not replying back.
Can you please expedite this matter, and please email me with a reply?

It was my fault for ordering the wrong part. Any decent company will refund, as long as returns are in accordance with policies. MINE WAS.
Since sending back the part (per TASCA instructions) via FEDEX... NO RESPONSE, and NO REFUND!
Their Live Chat doesn’t respond. Their Email doesn’t respond. No Phone, or Customer Service Rep to speak to.

Placed an order on January 5th with expected delivery 1-2days. it is 17th of January and order is still showing as "Status In Progress".
Unfortunately have not checked trust rating of this site prior placing the order.

I ordered spare parts on November 5, 2021. Paid $ 510 and still haven't received any spare parts or a reply to letters. You have to cancel the payment through the bank. Judging by the reviews, the company is complete scammers.
Have become con artist
Have used this company for over 10 years, not after this year. They have become con artists. Orders a month late, won't cancel....... will not answer phone nor respond to e-mail. Chat function is useless. Used to be a viable supplier for factory parts, not now though. Research recent reviews, same issues over and over. Their responses on those are little more than copy and paste. They charge your visa right away, month later your still dealing with these fools.... not special order parts. Absolute scam.

Back in October I ordered about 100 parts from them and spent over 3000$ and I have no delivery update no information about anything and I’ve been trying to contact them i’ve been doing the online chat but always put me in queue always has me on hold and their phones aren’t working so I went through my bank to reverse the transaction and I did get all my money back don’t ever buy from Tasca parts worst company ever!!
I placed an order since June 23
I placed an order since June 23. Seller informed me that all parts were available. No shipment after five months. Seller claimed that they were still waiting for an item that was on backorder. I instructed seller to ship what were available and cancel the backordered item. Seller agreed and revised the invoice on October 22 but up to today seller still hasn’t shipped anything. Seller also stops responding and provides no delivery date and reason. I am waiting to see if PayPal will be of any help. Don’t buy from them.

Tasca parts, well at 1st it thought a great service, all went well good shipping updates to Spain, but when the delivery finally shows up, the order is wrong and also parts missing, bearing in mind I paid for the full order including the shipping on weight and then the customs on the price of the invoice, not only to be ignored for nearly a week after a number of emails, but also unable to put my f150 back on the road as the correct parts didn't show. Not happy, I will also be leaving reviews on other said forums.......
FRAUDULENT WITH NO END IN SIGHT
This company fails to respond to emails, chat, phone, etc. I've tried to cancel my order numerous times, to no avail. It's amazing how Paypal is complicit too. I've tried to escalate to Paypal, to no avail. No product and money lost, but i'm not going to allow this company to continue this behavior and take money from others. ATTN: Tasca Parts: I will seek relief, as I am legally entitled to do.

First 2 orders of small items went fine. The latest order was bigger and they responded well to ensure the parts were compatible, they then delivered 1 of wrong parts. I've not been able to get a response since and I'm having to get my credit card provider to reverse the transaction.
EDIT: Tascaparts asked for details after seeing my review, never heard back. Credit card company refunded me the money, Lesson Learnt.

Company has went to pot since I last used them
Placed a order for a water pump, thermostat and necessary gaskets for my F250 with 6.2L gasser on September 25th. After a 2 week delay as they rounded up the parts. They shipped it USPS for $21+ and got lost(priority mail that took 7 days). For that money it should of went UPS or FedEx ground.
Water pump AL3Z-8501-D arrived damaged(impeller bent on shaft). Tried calling but got message they don't take live phone calls and to use their email. So after emailing the company and no response after 3 business days.
Called and filed dispute with Discover Credit. Buyer beware. Order number 1674044.
