Great site with good communication

I needed a new grille for my car. I found the exact part number and ordered it. The next day I got an email that they had to order it so there would be a delay. 2 days later it shipped, and I had it 2 days after that. Grille was factory original and packaged well. Was very happy with the extra communication too!

I ordered a brake controller for my truck and was taking to long to even process my order and ship it so i went and got the controller the ford dealer i have now spent the last week and a half trying to cancel my order and get a refund have sent multiple emails used there "live chat" because there phone number leads you no were order number 1679578

Order still hasn't shipped

I placed an order 5 weeks ago and it hasn't shipped. Only response I receive from representatives is "I only process the orders". Realizing parts had to be ordered, the parts have been at Tasca facility for 2 weeks. Why have they not shipped? If you really have a problem no one seems to help. No phone number to call either. Look elsewhere to buy parts if you need them in a reasonable time frame.

Also tried online chat a few times and no one was available.

wrong part and Tasca will not respond to contacts

Wrong part received and no contact from Tasca Parts. They will respond in anyway.
Two different phone numbers state they do not answer at this time. Tried online contact form. Live chat doesn't work tried several times. Keep trying emails.
Its sad I have bought from them before and even pointed others to them on IG. This is my last attempt to be civilized since some have had responses here.

Mirror received much larger 6 x 5” vs 3.6 x 6.3”

Not sure if your website description for both parts is wrong but this part definitely incorrect.
My 30 days from receipt of part is tomorrow and wanted to get this email sent to date stamp contact as live chat does not work, phone number does not get answered.

Can you rate lower than 1 star? This “business” is almost the Webster definition of poor customer service and bordering on outright fraud. Placed orders on Aug 28, and Sep 3. Tasca claims it was shipped on 13 Sep…FedEx claims the items were never received. On 8 Oct, “Mike” says they are reordering and expediting shipment. Five days later, no responses to numerous emails, hours spent waiting on their chat “customer service” without anyone responding, I’m forced to cancel the order and order from someone else who ships internationally. Meanwhile, my car has now sat for 7 weeks at the repair shop…sent this email to them today, and likely, based on all other emails, will receive no response: “Despite numerous attempts to communication via email and numerous hours on your chat, these orders have yet to be fulfilled and therefor to get my car back on the road, I need to cancel these orders and reorder from a company that can fulfill them in a timely manner. My wife and I have tried dozens of times to communicate with your company, and your lack of a timely resolution to both of these shipments, and your lack of basically any customer support is forcing this action…Refund to the charged credit card is required no later than October 27, 2021.” I’m sure I’ll have to go through the BBB claims process to get this accomplished.

Use caution when ordering with these guys!

I really wish I had read the reviews here before placing an order with these jokers. Continual delays, excuses, and vague emails saying things are “processing”. Only way I got a response from them was posting a comment on a Facebook post. Putting in a PayPal chargeback claim now. Order # 1676085.

Update: Did eventually get the order in but from the packaging the parts came from surplus stock of other dealers. No idea if all these were new or returns. My advice if you wish to use these guys is to contact them first and see if they have it in stock. Good luck with this because without a phone number you are left with the outsourced chatbot on the site.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Initially Jeff answered my email regarding returning an item quickly however now that the items been returned and I have the tracking number to prove it - we’re waiting on our refund and conveniently NO ONE WILL ANSWER MY CALL, MY EMAIL or MY ONLINE CHAT!

I find it laughable that they have time to respond to negative reviews with extensive responses that name all these ways to reach them THAT DON’T WORK because they ignore you when you try anyways. How about just providing great customer service so you don’t get negative reviews then you don’t have to waste your time responding to them and you can serve your customers!

Tomorrow I’m calling my credit card company to dispute the charge! This is insane and I only wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering because I would have gone elsewhere.

Order #1660174 was sent but not the complete part. They buy from dealers trying to sell excess inventory but don't check the order against the part number. They have not answered emails, chat or phone calls. This is an example of a scam business without any customer service. Avoid!!

A giant failure to communicate.

I ordered my parts for a wife's explorer in hopes to have them to get job done get it back on the road.
September 19th as I needed my parts quickly I ordered from what I believed was large well respected Ford dealer oh how wrong I was.
The customer service is non existent I have tried reaching out about my order via phone for there parts department number listed on the there FB page oh yeah that doesn't work they are always unavailable.
Call the dealership same message ask to speak to someone leave a message no response. Use there online chat and get nothing but the run around.
Send them an email and get no response. I work in the customer service industry in a different industry and these guys are a said excuse and a complete scam. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND TAKE YOUR MONEY TO SOMEONE THAT WILL SUPPLY YOU WITH WHAT YOU ORDER.

I just want my money back so I get the parts I paid for so I can fix my car and move on with my live.
Thanks for horrible customer service or complete lack of service TASCA FORD.

absuloutely awful customer service. Dont trust these ghuys, none of the stuff on their website is in stock. rediculous. Update they have responded to apologize and ensure me that they are committed to solving the problem. How? Through trustpilot??? They don’t even have a customer service number to call!!! Here’s my order number 1673973. I just want my refund. This is not a simple mistake but the way you do business. They’re are literally dozens of complaints online of you doing the exact same thing to many others. Tasca parts is Shady with a capital S. There are lots off reputable companies out there folks. Spare yourself the frustration of having to get on truspilot to find a resolution….
Update again… Notice how they have gone quiet now….

Update, they have said 1-5 days on the refund. I will keep updating. Notice how they don’t even defend their shady procurement practices. Typical of the auto parts industry unfortunately. As I mentioned before theyre are options out there for decent reliable companies depending on what parts you need. Unfortunately I just didn’t do enough research before giving these bozos my money.

update- immediately got an email from someone named Jeff saying the order has been cancelled (they didn’t have the product anyways) and that a refund could take up to 7 days. Notice the discrepancy? 7 days now instead of 1-5… not a big deal obviously but it furthers the point that these guys have no idea what they are doing or are incapable of being honest. I will update again when my refund is processed

I just want the part I ordered

I purchased a simple lower door moulding for my car at the beginning of august. It took a month to arrive, and when it did, it was the wrong part. I used the order inquiry form to attempt to resolve the issue. They initially emailed asking for photos of the part I received. I sent photos, the part numbers, and I have heard nothing back from them for weeks. The online chat feature on the website does not work, it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone, and I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. At this point I’m probably going to dispute the charge on my card because I don’t feel like I have any other recourse to either get my part or my money back. I’m incredibly disappointed. I didn’t mind the long shipping time, but the lack of communication is just unacceptable

Probably the worst internet company you…

Probably the worst internet company you will ever deal with. They show apart for certain vehicle online. I ordered that part that was described for my vehicle. Provided the VIN number. They want to swap the part out to something twice as expensive!. When I click on the part number they give me it says it does not fit my vehicle!. What a scam stay away run fast run hard!

This is THE worst experience EVER!

This is THE worst experience I have ever had purchasing online.

I Received my order finally after 3 weeks of non response to email inquiries and the item is broken (See images). I have sent 4 emails with images, order number, dates, etc... without a response I also filled out their “Contact Us” form on tascaparts.com twice.

I would think you would package the product better than just some saran wrap and a few bubble packs. See image.

I needed this item 3 weeks ago and now I am STILL without a tail light. I paid $385.91 for this, I did not expect a broken product.

You state “Contact us immediately via our live chat feature if you've received an item that has been damaged during shipping”. but you have NO LIVE CHAT

I email continuously without responses...an HONEST company would list a phone number for support!

Please respond ASAP as to how to get a NEW, NON Broken tail light.

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. DO NOT USE THEM!! I ordered a product on July 21st, and after 5-6 emails, I have to get a response. I received the email listed below on…

I received the email listed below on July 14th stating that my order could not be filled and that my refund would be issued within 24 hours. Fast forward to August 5th and a couple of unanswered emails. Still no refund, still no response. I was waiting for the refund to purchase the part from someone else. Not sure it is ever coming. Guess I will have to dispute charge with Visa.

NEVER AGAIN… updated

***Update*** I did receive my part, although late and with little to no communication from tasca. So I'll raise it from 1-2 stars. I'm currently in the process of a return. We'll see how that goes. If it goes well, I'll raise them from 2 stars to 3 or 4.***End of update*** I wish I had read these reviews prior to placing my order. I ordered a part for my van, originally expecting to receive it by July 29th. That apparently changed to a "special order" and I have not received any further communication. I have emailed and received no response for 5 days, where most places respond within 24-48 hours, at most. No phone number available for customer service. I'm sitting here trying to feed 7 kids and paying $800 for a part needed on my vehicle, that I can't even get an answer about where it's at, how long it will be, or can I get my money back and go somewhere else. The dealership was slightly more expensive, but could've had it to me over a week ago. This sucks! Then I go to search my order online and it tells me that it doesn't exist.
