I’ve been using the system for couple of months now and I am happy with the system is easy to navigate and to work with it. The customer service team are very helpful and fast responding to any inquiries or problems I had a lot of help From Andreea she helped me understand and explained everything very clearly I highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Deborah at Swoopos regarding their EPOS system for hospitality, and I must say her service was exceptional. She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Her professionalism and expertise make Swoopos a highly recommended choice for anyone in the hospitality industry looking for a reliable and efficient EPOS system

Although I was having some issues with the bank part, Rai went above and beyond to help get things sorted.
Most important thing is I now have the EPOS that's right for me, and support whenever I need it

recently had a member of staff visit form swoopos on their day off to help with a few teething issues and couldnt have been more happy with the service I received from start to finish Deborah Wylie was efficient helpful and problem solving no job was to big or to small and couldnt have been more helpful so thank you so much.

I've been working in the payments industry for approximately 5 years now and one thing I always appreciate is a partner for EPOS, I have now secured six locations with further more earmarked for this year with the help of Swoopos, they have gone beyond the call of duty in setting up merchants and maintaining a healthy relationship throughout the tenure, the level of communication is brilliant with staff and we have been working well on projects, special thanks to Lee, Deb, Andrea, Rai and Adam for making this possible...I'm looking forward to our continued success 🤝

Adam and Mo just installed the new till system for Northwest Payments at the new play centre in Lancashire.

Been with swoopos for few years now and just renewed. Great support team which has made all the difference from our previous providers. The new handheld devices are awesome too 👍

Had my new tills installed last week and had so much support from Swoopos staff making sure it was set up and ready for our opening night. The menu was all pre populated for us and they provided training for me and my team which was a great help, never had service like this before. The system itself is very easy to use and does everything we thought it would. We have 2 handheld devices which take payments and orders, so it’s much easier for us and better service for our customers during busier periods. Service is a lot smoother than previously.

Brilliant POS system. We have one view of our business now by using the integration services offered with just eat and uber eats, makes everything so much easier. The handheld devices to take orders and payment at the table are really efficient.

Really Happy with our new till system. Team went above and beyond helping us from start to finish ensuring transition was smooth.They came on site to help install and provided training for All the staff.Its really fast and easy to use.makes our busy nights less stressful. We had so many issues with our old system and could never get through to anyone,completely different with swoops. They can't Help enough.would definitely recommend 5 star

We went live today with our new tills. Can’t believe you get so many features for this price. Much better than any others we looked at and were quoted for and we have been supported all the way through from application.

Had this Epos system installed in my restaurant just over 2 weeks ago. We got a basic package at a very good price. It’s working really well, easy to use, does everything we need it to do and more.

Extremely good System. Saves me a lot of time. I got a combination package for my restaurant/takeaway, I have had my just eat integrated with my Epos so I have everything in one place, makes it much easier to keep track. I have a till and a handheld device which makes it quicker and easier to take payments, the staff can take payments at the till or at the tables, meaning we don’t ever see a queue of people waiting to pay at busier times. We also upgraded to include the table reservation service which has been very useful. It took as a couple of days to get used to the new till, the younger members grasped it very quickly, our previous till was very old but I was used to it, but once i started to use it more and familiarise myself with the functionalities it is actually really easy to use. It’s great that I can call up if the staff have any questions, every time I speak to someone they are very helpful. Really pleased overall.

My 2 cafe's transited to Swoopos till system this year. It is easy to use and the customer service staff are really helpful. She conducted two rounds of training for my new staff totally free of charge. I really appreciated their service and the staff love the system.

Found them great to deal with and system has lots of stuff thats helped us through covid like mobile orders and marketing to through the loyalty program.
