Great company, we have been using them for nearly 10 years and have always found their systems efficient and if we have needed their IT support they are always there to assist promptly.

I contacted Total Registrations on 18th March as our IT supplier was unable to give us a Covid19 update for the .com domains held via their Totalregistrations account.

On 25th March we were sent a message from Total Web Solutions Ltd to say
"Our Covid-19 Statement is on our parent companies website. " with a link to the Totalweb solutions web site, and later that day sent a link to a statement on the Totalregistrations web site. The Total Web site statement starts "We have contacted our customers" but that is ommited from the Totalregistrations site and our IT supplier has confirmed that they've had no contact from either web site regarding Covid-19

I sent a followup question on 27th, 30th, 3rd April and 8th April to clarify a number of points. No response has been sent to any of those requests and no answers have been given.

We are unable to manage our business risk or put in place any disaster recovery plan without confidence that the domain registry is fit for purpose.

I have been advised by our IT company that 'the parent company' is nonsense and that the totalregistrations.com web site is operated by Total Web Solutions Ltd.

I've also been told that this company have not answewed any emails for 6 months.

Initially I found it hard to believe what we were being told by our IT supplier and asked Total Web Solutions last week if we could open a new account with them. There is no way of signing up as a new customer on their web site and they have not replied to the request so I can only assume that they are not interested in taking on new customers.

Total Web Solutions is a company which I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a personal touch especially when you need assistance in a difficult situation. They have staff which are dedicated and ready to assist in a calm and committed manner. They always keep their word and do things when they promise. They have been prompt and efficient for the last 20 years, I have been with them. I like their attitude which I have always found to be dedicated and professional.

I have found Total Web Solutions an excellent company to work with. On the very rare occasion that I have had a problem they are very quick to respond and their customer service team are very patient and professional. Would totally recommend them.

TWS provides broadband for our business. I had issues accessing my account which they resolved within minutes, even though this was over email, so I didn't have to wait on a phone to speak with someone either. Very happy.

We have been a customer of Total Web for about 15 years. We process all our card payments through their Virtual Terminal. They are so helpful, friendly and certainly go the extra mile to sort out any issues we ever have. We recently wanted to set up a mobile E Com solution to take card details through our web site and Simon sorted the whole thing, including corresponding with our web developer, so that I didn't have to get involved and get confused.

Great service. I have been with Total Web for longer than I care to say. I have been frustrated once or twice over the years but because they offer such a personal service have always stuck with them. For example, this morning my email was bot working (server issue) and Paul in Tech Support answered on first ring and devoted himself to fixing it. I very much doubt I would get the same quality of service form anyone else.
