After issues with previous registrars we selected TWS to control/renew and manage our company domain names. In 10 years we have had no issues with renewals, new orders and transfers.
Sales and Support teams are very prompt and efficient.

TWS have been so helpful
TWS have been hosting my website since 1997 and the software I was using dated back to that time. I decided to change and move with the times. Simon in TWS Sales couldn't have been more helpful and assisted every step of the way. I have now migrated away from my old system, which will be consigned to a museum.
Many thanks to Simon and also those in the technical department who have helped me through this.

We have been clients of TWS for many years now, and I can honestly say that they are nothing but superb. They answer my queries quickly. They sort out any issues we have quickly. Always get back to us with answers - either by phone or email. The latest issues we have had are due to new PCI compliances and they had the answer immediately and set it all up within a few days. They assisted us to set our online shop to changes needed with the new compliance and offered help all the time. They are the best. always there for us and always helpful. Simon you are a star and we couldn't trade without you and your knowledge. Long may this continue. This is not made up we are a proper limited comany trading all over the world. Thanks TWS

We have a very small company and needed to move domains, email and web hosting away from other suppliers, to consolidate and make life easier. The sales and technical support at TWS were extremely helpful, prompt and very conscientious. Being able to speak with someone knowledgeable and efficient was a luxury after submitting 'tickets' and waiting for email replies from the other side of the world. We were up and running quickly, without any problems. They even corrected a couple of errors before making the website live. TWS's prices were also competitive and made sense for my small business. Highly recommended.
