Great Service by real people
Phone promptly answered by a very helpful knowledgeable person, took the time to clarify and resolve our requirements / issues, with a friendly and positive attitude. Have great idea of what customer service is about.
Used these folks for a few years and never had any technical problems that were not of our own making, but that were not resolved with a smile.
Recommend very highly.

Still helpful after all these years
Coming up to 10 years with TWS now and their level of personal service has never wavered (or been outsourced). It is a genuine pleasure to deal with a company that is so unfailingly helpful whenever there is a technical or any other issue to sort out. Such companies are in increasingly short supply so they deserve to be treasured.
