TWS are everything you can look for in a support company - but they are more than that. I am a one person client and every time I've needed help, assistance, support or advice in technical areas, payments or making small improvements in my 'on line' activities or profiles they have been there. I pick the 'phone up - UK based and at once I'm talking to the person who can assist me. I've never been 'offered' a call back - once you start with your query they stick with it until it has been resolved and always efficiently and professionally. I find that this is amazing support especially as, at that moment,I feel I'm the most important client they have. It's in the name TOTAL Web Solutions!

I've been on their internet backbone for many years. Faultless bandwidth, name resolution, never a service interruption from what i can measure. Started using their hosting recently, from the sales process, to support process, including onboarding of services and hosting. all round good job. They were willing to provide onboarding from different provider included in the service. Few minor teething problems, but all around quite a smooth process. Already started to recommend there hosting to other parties.
