So Swoopos provided a system to a client of mine for the pub she runs.
They did a really hands-on demo and delivered the equipment.
It was much smaller than we expected and weren’t able to get along with it.
So within no time and minimal fuss, they upgraded it for minimal cost.
Kenny, Debs and the team are always on hand and whatever else has happened, these guys are amazing for service, and generally caring and taking feedback.

I was researching for long time of an easy to use pos system for my new restaurant & finally chose Swoopos. Very glad with my choice as the hardware (sunmi v3 and pax a920pro) & software working great and saves more than 20% of the waiters time that means extra sales. Also very speedy response by Kenny who answered all my calls & requests in few minutes. I strongly recommend this new company

Swapped a screen to a better one at no charge. If you need till solutions this company will bend over backwards to help and are at the end the phone 7 days a week.

Been with this company for a while now. The devs are very quick to respond to any queries and fix issues. Our transaction speed has increased by around 40%.

Cloud based system means we can check figures from anywhere, which is really useful when not on the premises.

Really happy to have an Epos system in place now that meets our needs. I have a fast-paced business, and we were with our previous provider for over 10 years. Costs continued to go up and the functionality didn’t get any better, so we decided to look around. We are so happy we opted for Swoopos as our new payment and Epos provider, not only have we saved money, but we have more capabilities to serve customers better. The guys that work there have been so helpful, especially Deborah, I am not tech savy and had a lot of questions, but nothing was ever too much to ask. They did an onsite installation at my request and the service was top notch. Highly recommend.
