An order if placed was not delivered…
An order placed was not delivered due to it being damaged.
I didn’t hear anything from SB about being refunded so joined live chat which was a little frustrating.
Thankfully transferred to Anne-Marie T who was very helpful and quick to resolve the situation.

Never received a tracking order like ALL businesses do - and when I enquired, was told it WAS sent to me and to check the spam folder. Of Course I had checked my spam already. They just would not accept that the tracking emails never reached me. They wanted to prove themselves right - NOT how you keep paying customers when there are loads of other online retail stores available. Will never give them my $$ ever again.
SWEATY BETTY - why would I put myself through the trouble of contacting you AGAIN when I already did and got someone who had no idea how to talk to paying customers? I bought an item and never will again. A simple "we're sorry your tracking number didn't get to you" would have been enough, instead I got someone who just wanted to be proved right. Many emails back and forth and you want me to write in again . No thanks.

Superb.
Superb experience. I shop every now and again with SB as it is fairly pricey, but you get what you pay for. I ordered two leopard print jackets in different sizes, both were delivered promptly. I kept the S and returned the M, and SB emailed me very promptly to say they issued my refund before the item had been collected at the parcel shop. Brilliant customer service!!

Issue Resolved Swiftly
I had an issue with a pair of yoga pants that I ordered, I did find the customer service quite frustrating because the automated chat seemed to send me round in circles, but once I got to converse with a human they were very helpful and efficient. My issue was resolved swiftly and I am now happy with the outcome.

After an initial hiccup with returning items as there are no FedEx dropoff points in Ireland , Sweaty Betty issues a code to arrange collection from home. As I had paid with A post to return items in the meantime time they refunded me my costs. Thank you

Excellent Customer Service from Sweaty Betty
I was trying to order an item that was coming up as a sale Item in the colourway I wanted but when I went to checkout it was putting it in as full Price. Charlotte C in the Help Centre on-Line chat was really helpful, looked into this for me and manually changed my order to reflect the sale price. Old man rant
So, my parcel was not delivered even having paid for next day delivery! The driver missed the industrially large post box that is delivered to several times a day as my wife is an Amazon addict! I am a grumpy middle aged man that internet shops annually at the eleventh hour before my wife's birthday, due to my Hades depth hatred of internet shopping. This is obviously my fault for leaving it to the last minute but still I managed to have a rant at any passer by that did or indeed did not want to listen. Poor Amy at your online thing patiently listened to my rants for several lines. She then sorted me out with her can do attitude and even sent me an apology to send onto my wife even though this is not you it is your delivery service that has crossed me and I will damn until eternity! Thank you Amy for being so patient and professional. Because of your help I may well be out of the dog house as early as next Easter. All the best and keep up the good work,
