My wife is not for the first time frustrated by the online service. No telephone number and an annoying bott not dealing with queries. Say they have sent but their partners in crime Evri say they’ve not received.
The garments are good hence the 2 but the service is non existent, an agent is not available,once you get past the annoying bott until 10am. They need to wake up, literally.

Been a sweaty Betty customer for years. My repeat business is significant. However most recent order, two pairs of leggings bought online, have a fault after wearing only twice. Both have a hole in the stitching. The online web help keeps disconnecting. I have emailed several times and no one is offering to help. Service is appalling m. I recommend you use an alternative reputable sport specialist

I'm a regular customer of Sweaty Betty. Fabulous clothes and becoming an Insider provides even more generous discounts. Customer service with Gemma K today was excellent. I had a query and initially spoke with the chatbot and was then transferred to Gemma who was very helpful.

Stacey solved my request very quickly and it was a great help to me!

I ordered something that was sent out reasonably promptly but the feel of it and quality wasn't what I expected for the money so I returned both items. A month after sending my return and being notified of them recieving it, I am still waiting for my money. I had to chase it several times before I even got a response. Really not good enough and I will never use this site again.

I’m so disappointed, i order from sweaty Betty a good few times but I received a pair of leggings where the thread unraveled within a few hours, the replacement pair was starting to do the same. Each time I contacted them it took at least a week for them to come back. I still haven’t got sorted, I would say they are fair enough when you point out the fault but just feel frustrated with how slow the whole thing is, it’ll prob be 2 months since order before I’m sorted. It has affected my view of the company!

I went in to buy a vest for the gym. I was assisted by Mallai who helped me to find the perfect vest, which I tried on in the new changing rooms. They have very flattering mirrors and I left feeling amazing! Will definitely be visiting again.

Amy & Payton at Bicester Outlet were so lovely. They were really helpful, super patient and gave me so much of their time. I will be coming back! =]

I’m a regular Sweaty Betty customer and genuinely love their clothes, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

I placed a large sale order of nearly £500 and selected next-day delivery. Nine days later, I still haven’t received my order and have no idea where it is. The Evri tracking hasn’t updated, yet Sweaty Betty have had my money throughout.

Trying to get help has been incredibly frustrating. Their chatbot is only available Monday to Friday during working hours. I tried to use it, but the wait to connect to an adviser was so long that I couldn’t get through to anyone between work meetings.

I then emailed instead, around four or five days ago, and still haven’t received a reply.

For an order of this value, and particularly one that was supposed to arrive next day, the lack of communication and customer service is ridiculous. I’m now nine days on with no order, no useful tracking information and no response from Sweaty Betty. I’m not even looking for a refund. I just want my order to arrive.

Really disappointing from a brand I’ve bought from many times before. After this experience, I’d be very reluctant to order from them again.

I received my order , the shorts were not the items that I had previously purchased and did not fit well so I returned them on August 14th within the 45 days outlined on there website/receipt. I spoke to a lovely staff member in the Dublin shop who assured me that a refund would be processed and the full amount would be refunded to my account. It is now September 25th and I have not received a refund. I did email in relation to my refund twice and received no communication and I have not received my refund. Very disappointmented with customer service from Sweatty Betty.

I purchased on the 18th of September and it’s been a week without any updates. Customer service chat doesn’t seems to work either and no email for any other support or questions either. Extremely annoyed and frustrated. Looking for refund..

Very disappointing quality first wash and already falling apart

I recently purchased a pair of leggings and Pilates socks from Sweaty Betty, and unfortunately the quality was extremely disappointing.

As a designer myself, I always pay close attention to care instructions and washed both items exactly as recommended. Despite this, after just the first wash, the elastic details on the front of the Pilates socks started coming apart.

The leggings were even more disappointing. The waistband appears to be constructed with a double-layer bonded/interfaced fabric, and whatever adhesive or bonding method has been used has already started to separate after the very first wash, causing the fabric layers to open.

I have been wearing activewear from another brand for almost 10 years I won’t mention the brand here and the level of deterioration I experienced with Sweaty Betty after one wash is something I only started seeing with those products after many years of wear, which would be completely understandable.

For this price point, I expected significantly better materials, construction and quality control. Ultimately, most activewear is made from synthetic fibres, but there is still a huge difference between good-quality fibres, good manufacturing and poor workmanship.

Instead of investing so heavily in advertising and marketing, I genuinely wish more attention was given to product quality and durability.

Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be purchasing from Sweaty Betty again. The brand is completely off my list.

Really impressed with how Sweaty Betty handled a recent issue. My first visit to the Glasgow store had been such a lovely experience and I came away genuinely excited about my purchases. Unfortunately, I later had an issue with colour transferring from a sweatshirt onto other items.

It took a little while to investigate, but the customer service team ultimately dealt with it incredibly fairly and made a real effort to put things right. What could easily have left me feeling disappointed actually ended on a really positive note.

Good customer service can feel increasingly hard to find these days, so I really appreciated feeling that Sweaty Betty actually took the time to resolve this with no fuss. I’ll happily shop with them again.

Had to repeatedly contact them about a missing refund, then the website accepted my gift voucher, but tried to charge me additional for Click and Collect, then it wouldn't let me use C&C, so I ended up losing my voucher. Contacted live chat who sent me round in circles. Then website crashed. Am currently out-of-pocket with no item. Won't shop there again.

I’ve been a loyal SB customer since discovering them on a trip to London in 2012, and SB leggings and a top is pretty much my daily uniform since I started working from home in 2019, so it’s safe to say I’m a fan. In that time I’ve had very few problems as the quality is excellent. However, bought a pair of leggings in March and noticed an issue with the stitching. Contacted customer service, spoke to Keill M who sent me a replacement straight out with no fuss. Hassle free, efficient and friendly customer service as ever - thank you so much Keill.

Bonded seams came apart in a few places. I contacted their customer service, which was through chat. I was asked to supply photos and a receipt. Photos I could do but not a receipt. I was told without a receipt there was nothing they could do. Very poor!
