We ordered a fixed glass canopy to go across the back of our house having seen a recent installation at one of our near neighbours. They had a great experience with Sunspaces, and so did we. Everything worked well with the install and the resulting canopy is clearly a quality piece of kit. Install took just over two days, with a three man team who were nice guys and very helpful. Would thoroughly recommend as the canopy is good quality for a good price

Sunspaces installed glass sides to our veranda that another company had previously installed. Their cost was much less. Excellent survey and arrangements from start to finish. Nothing was too much for them. Communication was excellent and the finished result was exactly what we wanted. All in all an absolute 5* service all round.

You will see if you search back that I wrote the original review in January 2024. We are still waiting for Sun spaces to resolve our issue of flooding and leakage on a major scale. So bad we had to buy sand bags and spill kits to stop the furniture getting ruined. The last response i had from sunspaces. After i chased them again was in January and is below.

We don’t have a date proposal just yet (sorry) but should are aiming to have an update in the next week or so.

My husband and I are now resigned to just living with a faulty defective sun room we have no recourse against this company any more and we are worn out. We think they want us to just go away We had our room fitted in Sept 2023 it was by far the worst decision ever made. I see all the 5 star response and wonder why on earth ours went so wrong. Why can’t they just say we are sorry we messed up here and do the right thing 😔

I cannot see how I have any warranty on a sunroom, I am still waiting to use, 8 months after delivery due to leaks, damage to the tracks with a drill by sunspace installers and not being to open the doors on one side as the middle panel keeps coming off the tracks. I have reported the leaks and door coming off the tracks many times but instead of rectifying, they haphazardly attempted to drill channels in the tracks, that were not there when it was manufactured - thereby, I assume, voiding their own warranty. I am still awaiting for a date for them to change the damaged tracks and repair the doors.

From the very first contact with Sunspace I was extremely impressed with the knowledgeable and professional attitude shown.

Dimitar, Mike and Ian were all extremely helpful in answering my questions and explained the options available to fit my particular requirements.

After I received the brochure by post another call with further questions was dealt with in the same manner and a survey was organised.

As arranged, Jason called round a few days later when plenty of advice was given and measurements were taken. This was followed, days later, with detailed drawings and 2 possible options.

A deposit was paid and everything else went like clockwork with delivery dates fixed and met.

The fitters, Costin and Adrian, were absolutely brilliant and so hard working. They kept me informed at each step and checked my preferences, if required, before proceeding.

When everything was completed the site was left clean and tidy and all pallets and packing were collected within 24hrs.

I am extremely pleased with my whole experience with Sunspace and the superb quality of the product and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The glass room looks amazing, build seems solid. They built it very fast. I did have a delay in the delivery. I've currently got a leak, I'm waiting for a fix. Had I not had these issues I would of rated them more.

I ordered a 6m by 4m glass room, and its the best decision i have ever made, it has completely changed our home life, not only is the product of the highest quality the 3 installers on site were professional, polite and very good at thier job, i have recommended sunspaces to friends and family already.

Ben surveyed/cost/arranged delivery answered all my questions well,installation was brought forward and the fitters who had a range of experience worked well,the veranda is excellent quality and has recently stood up well against the recent storms .thanks

Excellent quality German products, reliable and skilled fitters, good customer service. What else is there to say? I had a veranda fitted in the spring, it's now approaching Christmas, and there have been zero problems. The surveyor measured the property as arranged; we were kept updated on delivery; the fitters came when they promised, and the assembly and construction was seamless. The veranda itself has since faced several storm force winds without any issue at all.

The initial sales call from Ben was very informative and relaxed, not pushy at all. The order process was very straightforward although I didn’t get any visual mock ups or drawings. The installation was excellent and the actual Veranda is stunning. If it wasn’t for a few operational communication issues it would have been 5 star

From start to finish the project went smoothly without any issues, we now enjoy our garden more than ever, highly recommend!
