The service from Open Space Concepts has been exceptional from the initial contact right through to installation.
We visited the showroom to get a better understanding of what the product looked like and once seen on site the damage was done! We were hooked and committed to buying our pergola. The communication has been fantastic throughout and every person we have dealt with has been friendly yet professional. The surveyor who attended was so patient as we had concerns about loss of light and obstruction to our view . As it turned out our concerns were unfounded! The installation was completed within 2 days by a fabulous team. They answered any questions we had and took time to explain what they were doing whenever we asked anything. I have nothing but praise for everyone involved in our project and I highly recommend the company.

We couldn’t be happier with our Ambient Glass Room from Open Space Concepts Ltd. Our 3m x 2.75m structure is beautifully designed, with fixed aluminium-framed 10mm toughened glass walls and sleek sliding, lockable glass doors on the front elevation. The integrated LED lighting with rafter spotlights adds a lovely ambience, making it a space we can enjoy day or night.

The overall quality of the structure is outstanding — it feels solid, premium, and built to last. It has completely transformed how we use our garden, allowing us to sit outside and enjoy the view even during inclement weather.

What we particularly love is how stylish the design is. Although modern, it blends perfectly with our old stone house, enhancing rather than contrasting with its character.

From start to finish, the experience has been seamless. The sales team were helpful and knowledgeable, the surveyor was thorough and professional, and the installation team were efficient and meticulous. Everything was handled with a high level of care and professionalism.

We would highly recommend Open Space Concepts Ltd to anyone considering a glass room — a fantastic product and an excellent service all round.

Then found yourselves Open Space Concept who had a great showroom.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always kept us up to date until the time of fitting and also during the fitting time. Fitters were very professional and tidy in their workmanship throughout. Would highly recommended if you were interested in purchasing this product.

Bosomworth Glass are a family company who genuinely take pride in their work. They recently fitted windows for a very well known celebrity on his Buckinghamshire estate. Despite being based a long way from the project, the team travelled down and stayed on the estate for four days on two separate visits to complete the work on two older buildings.

Their professionalism was clear from the outset, and the finished windows were first class. The quality of their craftsmanship and the care they took with the property stood out. I would recommend Bosomworth Glass without hesitation.

Visited open spaces brick lane to have zip repaired on my jacket met saf who was very helpful did an excellent and same day repair at a very reasonable cost i would highly recommend his services
