I returned a pair of trousers because…
I returned a pair of trousers because they were not the correct measurements. They were incredibly mis-sized. The front hung half way down to my knees and the back side was extremely baggy. I was asked to send pictures which I did. The trousers were returned for correction over a month ago and I have had no communication with your company. I do however have confirmation that the pictures and the trousers were received. Terrible customer service. Lack of communication. Totally unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

After checking the reference you shared, it appears your alteration unfortunately coincided with the holiday break of several of our tailors, which has caused delays in some ongoing adjustments. That said, we absolutely should have communicated more proactively with you during this time, and I sincerely apologize for that.

Overall I love them
Overall I love them. Sure, the website still needs some work to become more user-friendly, but I've always managed to place my orders and got what I had wanted. The shirts I got last time fit like a glove, the pants still needed some help but customer service made sure to honor the fit guarantee. Just placed the third order and as a tall woman I'm more and more convinced that it's so worth the money to end up with clothing that actually fits.

Ordinati giacca e pantalone per la laurea di mia figlia, arrivato pantalone con un cavallo basso e lunghezza che non arrivava neanche alle caviglia! Ovviamente sono irrecuperabili e la conseguenza è stata una corsa dell'ultimo minuto a comprare qualcosa in negozio!
Senza parlare della qualità bassissima della stoffa! Penso di fare causa perché
il costo esorbitante equivale praticamente a un latrocinio , almeno €250 buttate al vento visto che non rimborsano proprio nulla. Mai più!!
DOPO aver letto la risposta del loro manager, che tutti potete leggere, mi ero illusa che potesse ancora avvenire il miracolo. Purtroppo anche questa si è rivelata fuffa visto che non hanno risposto ai miei messaggi scritti su una specie di chat con risponditore automatico dove mi dicevo disposta ad accettare quantomeno un nuovo pantalone in sostituzione di quello inservibile. Non hanno nemmeno una mail ufficiale, forse in previsione del gran numero di proteste che riceverebbero, quindi impossibile avere un contatto diretto con loro

mi dispiace sinceramente leggere la sua esperienza, soprattutto considerando che si trattava di un’occasione così importante come la laurea di sua figlia. Posso immaginare lo stress di dover cercare un’alternativa all’ultimo momento, e capisco perfettamente la frustrazione.
Se il pantalone presenta un cavallo troppo basso e una lunghezza completamente errata, è evidente che qualcosa non ha funzionato correttamente nel fitting. E ha ragione: quando la vestibilità non è giusta, tutta l’esperienza cambia — anche la percezione della qualità del tessuto.
Vorrei occuparmi personalmente del suo caso per analizzarlo con attenzione e trovare una soluzione concreta. La invito a inviarmi, se possibile, il suo numero d’ordine oppure l’indirizzo email utilizzato per l’acquisto, così potrò verificare tutto nel dettaglio e proporle un’alternativa adeguata.
Sono convinto che possiamo rimediare e trasformare questa esperienza negativa in qualcosa di diverso.

Tailleur pantalon :Coupes non respectées, la veste devait être croisée et cintrée c'est une veste simple que j'ai reçu, la doublure est transparente est laisse voir les coutures intérieures, la doublure du col en non tissé est de mauvaise qualité. Le pantalon est bien taillé mais la fermeture éclair de couleur noire jure avec le bleu marine de l'ensemble. J'avais commandé des chemisiers, je trouve les coupes peu flatteuse et une beige particulièrement vilaine, le tissu fait très plastique. Première et dernière commande ! J'attends de pouvoir retourner les articles.

Positive outcome
I ordered a formal dress for a wedding, as I generally can’t buy off the rack due to my height. I was also recovering from surgery at the time, so I reached out to ask about the appropriate timeframe for having a dress made. Jonathan, the Customer Service Manager, responded promptly and was very helpful in guiding me through the process.
Unfortunately, the first dress did not fit well. The team quickly offered to remake it, which I appreciated. However, the second dress still wasn’t quite right, and by then it was too close to the wedding to allow for further adjustments. Although they were willing to remake the dress again, it wouldn’t have arrived in time for the event.
Naturally, I was disappointed that the fit couldn’t be resolved as hoped, especially given the occasion and the time constraints. That said, I was genuinely impressed with the level of communication and care shown throughout. Jonathan and his team stayed in regular contact, checked in consistently, and treated me with respect and understanding.
In the end, I was provided with a refund, and while the final outcome wasn’t ideal in terms of the dress itself, I was satisfied with how the situation was handled and the professionalism shown throughout the process.

No Returns, No Real Fix ! Just Wasted Money
I had high expectations when I ordered a custom black wool coat, but unfortunately the entire experience was deeply disappointing.
When the coat arrived, it did not fit me properly at all. It looked more like a men’s coat than a tailored women’s piece — extremely oversized, especially in the shoulders. The belt loops were placed far too low, and the belt itself was overly long and poorly proportioned, which made the coat look cheap fast fashion tailoring rather than custom-made. It is such a shame because the material was of a very good durable quality.
I submitted an alteration request and was required to pay out of pocket to send the coat to their tailor. After waiting to receive it back, I was shocked to see that the only noticeable change was slightly tighter sleeves. The oversized shoulders — the most obvious and unflattering issue — were not corrected at all. The coat still looks ill-fitting and poorly constructed.
To make matters worse, there are no returns offered — only alterations at your own expense. For a company that advertises custom clothing, this was extremely frustrating and costly.
Overall, this was a complete waste of money. I would strongly caution others to order at their own risk.

I completely understand how upsetting it must have been to receive a garment that did not fit properly — particularly with the shoulders being oversized, which is such a key structural part of a coat. I also understand how frustrating it must have felt to go through the alteration process, pay for shipping, wait for the return, and then see that the main issue had not been properly corrected. That is certainly not the experience we want any of our clients to have.
We truly appreciate your comment about the fabric quality, but as you rightly point out, quality materials must be matched by precise tailoring and proper proportions. If the final result did not reflect that, we take that very seriously.

I was genuinely excited to discover a custom clothing service of this level based in the EU — and delivering to Slovenia. It immediately felt like a rare find.
The configurator is exceptional: intuitive, detailed, and genuinely enjoyable to use. You feel fully involved in creating something personal and high-quality. The entire experience so far has felt thoughtful and premium.
There was a small complication when ordering for two different body profiles under one account to use the bundle discount, as the system allows only one profile per order. However, customer support was extremely responsive and handled everything quickly and professionally, which gave me great confidence.

I would just like to kindly clarify that at the time of checkout, the estimated delivery timeframe displayed for your order was approximately five weeks. In some cases, if an item has been previously added to the cart, earlier general production estimates may still appear during browsing — however, the confirmed timeline shown at the moment of payment is always the accurate one associated with that specific garment and fabric availability.
