Please thank the person who made my work suit, it is absolutely perfect.
Now for the review, the buying process was simple, I even made a mistake of selecting a navy fabric instead of black. The system gives you 24 hours to redo. I was able to rectify this online very easily without having to reach out for support. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. It’s so nice to have easy access to tailored clothes that fit properly.

The first blazer i had made was too…small
The first blazer i had made was too small so i remeasured and ordered new blazer but i had a hard time trying to navigate the site for the new order. I think this next blazer will fit.

My New Go To
Great customer service and excellent tailoring within promised timeframe. Because I lost weight I did have to take my trousers in just because my measurements for the hips is so crazy. The Tailor that I selected could not believe that the suit was tailor-made and that they only asked me a few questions about my measurements, he cannot believe the price and how well made the suit was. He kept asking me questions about the company and I finally had to show him the app. I just ordered my second suit. And dress shirts I’m 6’2 and I’m so excited to have suits with the trousers long enough and the jacket sleeves long even when I’ve been my arms😄

Très déçue par la qualité
Si j'ai été satisfaite par l'apparence des chaussures qui était conforme au visuel, j'ai été en revanche très déçue par la qualité. Mauvais maintien du pied, semelle de piètre qualité, l'impression de marcher avec des bottes en caoutchouc. La chaussure n'est pas à la hauteur du prix déboursé. Par ailleurs, il ne s'agit pas de chaussures sur mesure : l'on nous oriente vers une pointure classique en fonction de nos mesures, puis la fabrication est lancée sur commande.

Horrible experiencia y parece que va a empeorar
Bueno les cuento el suplicio que llevo con ellos. Pedí un traje (el 12 de diciembre ) según a medida, cosa que nada que ver, llegó una bolsa de basura cuadrada con una tela pésima calidad. Lo regresé para que lo volvieran a hacer con las medidas nuevamente, el chiste de regresarlo me salió en 307 usd extras. Pedí que si podían regresarme el dinero del traje ya que lo había devuelto, dijeron que no, que lo volverían a hacer por que esa era la política. Bueno yo lo regresé después de mandarlo 2 veces (por que una no lo recibieron y así perdí otros 300 usd) el dos de febrero. Estamos en marzo y que creen!! Aún no tengo traje :( una pérdida de tiempo y dinero. Ojalá nunca hubiera comprado ahí. Realmente esperaba una solución y no perder 450 usd del traje y 600 de envío, con ese dinero podría habérmelo hecho en Francia o donde quisiera :(

Blazer did not fit and could not get through to anyone to assist. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN and I advise that no one else use them. Customer service is absolutely a ZERO!!!

Tailor made pants at a reasonable price. Choose fabric and styles and enter measurements. The AI assistant helps with the measurements and suggests lengths- which were spot on. Easy to use. The quality of the first pair I received is excellent and fits well. However, I can’t seem to find the re-order button - keep having to go through the full selection process each time. Apparently it’s there- I just can’t find it.
