Gute Idee, Umsetzung stark verbesserungsbedürftig
Die notwendigen Maße müssen noch per Hand ermittelt und im System eingegeben werden. Dies sollte mittlerweile per KI und Handy wesentlich genauer funktionieren- aber gut. Die Konfiguration der Kleidung ist sehr einfach, Stoffproben kann man bestellen, soweit so gut. Ich bin zugegebenermaßen eine große Frau mit üppigen Maßen, habe demzufolge keinen engen Schnitt gewählt und wartete rund 4 Wochen - was ankam passte vorne und hinten nicht. Die Ärmel des Blazers waren zu lange, der Blazer an sich ebenfalls und stand am Po ab. Die Hose war viel zu eng, obgleich im Marlene-Stil bestellt. Ich wurde zu einer Schneidermeisterin gesandt, die mir zum einen den Eindruck bestätigte aber auch die Richtigkeit der Maße bis auf zwei kleinere Änderungen am Blazer. Nachdem ich den Anzug wieder zurückgeschickt habe, dauerte es wieder ca 4 Wochen - zu spät für mich, ich kaufte für die Veranstaltung einen Anzug von der Stange. Dieses Mal km ein Blazer, der zwar irgendwie passt, aber modisch nicht dem Modell entspricht, das bestellt war. Eine Hose, die wieder nicht dem Stil entsprach, der bestellt war und dieses Mal viel viel zu groß war (bei gleichen Maẞen). Ich wurde wieder zur Schmeidermeisterin gesandt, die übrigens sehr gefragt ist und wunderschöne Stücke fertigt. Sie ha ihr bestes gegeben - aber der Anzug wird nicht mein Lieblingsanzug. Mir scheint, die Schnitte sind nicht wirklich ausgereift und die Anpassung der Größen ist wirklich noch eine Herausforderung für das Unternehmen. Die Mitarbeitenden beim Kunden-Service sind jederzeit zuvorkommend. Ich würde hier nicht mehr bestellen, sondern lieber einen Anzug ggfs zu groß kaufen und vor Ort anpassen lassen. Das Schreiben, Retournieren, Herumfahren empfinde ich als umständlich - ehrlichweise habe ich deutlich mehr Passform als von der Stange erwartet. Mit KI-gestützten Prozessen müsste in 2026 ein deutlich besseres Ergebnis möglich sein. Schade.

Ich kann absolut nachvollziehen, wie frustrierend es sein muss, wenn Passform und Stil nicht mit dem übereinstimmen, was bestellt wurde – besonders nach mehreren Anpassungsversuchen.
Unsere Maßsysteme basieren auf sehr präzisen Schätzmodellen, die über viele Jahre hinweg entwickelt und optimiert wurden. Gleichzeitig bieten wir die Möglichkeit, Maße manuell anzupassen, um individuellen Bedürfnissen besser gerecht zu werden. Dennoch ist es offensichtlich, dass wir in Ihrem Fall nicht das gewünschte Ergebnis erzielt haben.
Was die Lieferzeiten betrifft, haben Sie ebenfalls recht: In letzter Zeit kam es vereinzelt zu längeren Produktionszeiten, auch wenn diese innerhalb Europas normalerweise bei etwa 3 Wochen liegen. Es tut mir leid, falls dies Ihre Erfahrung zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Ordered, nothing, promises, nothing
Ordered two packs of samples and 6 weeks later they have not arrived. Website states 1-2 weeks. Tried to raise a ticket for a refund but couldn’t as the items had not been dispatched. Sent a message asking for a refund, no reply a week later. It is too late now to order anything for my wedding and, honestly, have zero trust in this company. Please can I have my refund?
EDIT: two weeks after promising a refund, nothing. Basically stole my money. What a scam.

I had a custom suit sitting in my cart…
I had a custom suit sitting in my cart for a few days. I went to purchase today not realizing that the self fabric had changed without me doing it. I found a way to change it before the order started production. The fabric I originally wanted was not listed anymore, so I assume that's why my fabric defaulted to a different color. But it was stressful. I found a decent substitute. Also, there is a customer service link offered by the AI bot that goes to a 404 error dead page.

I love the selection of styles and fabrics available for suits, blazers and shirts/blouses. I also like the customized fit! I don't have a body that fits well into off the rack blazers/suit jackets so if I want to look good I need custom made jackets. Sumissura provides the customization I need! I previously bought a suit, a blazer, slacks and shirts from them... but, have dropped some significant weight since then, which gives me the opportunity to buy new things!

I needed a suit for an interview
I needed a suit for an interview. I measured three times, watching the video as I did. The pants came ill-fitting, too large and baggy. I reached out to the indicated seamstress, who told me she was booking out over two months. I pinned the back of the waistband to survive the day. HOWEVER, the seam between the legs (this website won't let me use the technical term) split during the day of my interview. I later took the pants to a tailor for adjustments and to fix the seam, which he did. However the seam split again the second time I wore them. The jacket is fine, although a button has fallen off. Just really not great quality.

My review is for my ordering process. It was so fun to choose from all the selections. Measurements were made so easy by AI and then I just had to confirm them by watching the short videos on how to properly measure. Almost all the measurements were correct. Only two needed adjustment. So now I’m excited as I wait to see how my final product comes out and fits!

Tombée par hasard sur ce site, j'ai commandé sans trop en attendre... et bien hyper agréable surprise !
J'ai commandé un tailleur veste pantalon : tissus d'excellente qualité, la coupe correspond exactement à ce que j'avais demandé, je l'ai reçu un peu grand, mais en raison des mensurations que j'ai indiqué trop larges par peur que ce soit trop petit.
Mais les reprises sont simples j'ai réussi à reprendre le pantalon moi-même avec ma machine à coudre et mon niveau débutant.
Les délais sont long, mais tenus, j'ai même reçu ma commande 10 jours avant la date annoncée.
Je recommande ce site, le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment excellent !

Measurement, and experience so far
I’ve only just placed my order, so I can only speak to my experience using the site so far. Overall, the process was smooth, and I really enjoyed selecting the fabric and style. There were plenty of great options, and I was very happy with the selection available. Love that there's a wide leg option!
That said, I did run into a bit of confusion in the measurement section. There wasn’t an option to input hip measurements, only waist and stomach, which didn’t quite work for me since - like many woman - my hips are a significantly different size from the rest of my midsection. I would think a company designing suits for woman would account for this. I also noticed there was no inseam measurement, only outer leg length, which made me a little unsure about how the pants will fit.
Additionally, it would have been helpful to have a space for notes. I had originally planned to wear heels with the suit and wanted to mention that so the pant length could be adjusted accordingly. It’s not a major issue, as I’ve since decided on flats, but it would still be a useful feature.
Overall, a positive experience so far, with just a few small improvements that could make the process even better.

The Sumissura team has been extremely responsive to my questions and excellent at crafting the clothes I ordered over the past two years, going the extra mile to ensure my complete satisfaction. I’m very happy with the clothes custom-made for me by Sumissura and plan to order more. The lookbooks with details on the fabrics in the photos are extremely helpful. I have ordered several blazers in colour/fabric combinations I would not have been able to find in stores. Swatches are available for many of the fabrics. I haven’t yet needed to order any before selecting fabric but may do so for some future items. TIP: the detailed information on each fabric specifies, among other things, the weight of the fabric - pay attention to the weight to ensure you don’t select a fabric too light for winter or too heavy for summer. The website navigation/structure could be improved, but overall, I am delighted with Sumissura.

Leider hat sich der Einkauf für mich gar nicht gelohnt. Ich habe jetzt 2 Blusen &1 Hose die gar nicht passen. die Hose lässt sich nach aussage von 3 Schneiden auch gar nicht anpassen. Der kontakt zum Kundenservice gestaltet sich dazu auch sehr schwer. Ich hatte mich gefreut so einen Anbieter zu finden. Leider ist auch das Material eher Minderwertig. Für den Preis habe ich mehr Qualität erwartet.

es tut mir sehr leid zu lesen, dass deine Erfahrung mit uns so enttäuschend war und weder die Passform noch die Qualität deinen Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Gerade bei maßgefertigter Kleidung ist es unser Anspruch, dass jedes Stück perfekt sitzt – umso mehr bedaure ich, dass dies bei dir nicht der Fall war.
