Ich habe ein Kostüm mit Ersatzrock für meine Frau bestellt. Ich war und bin sehr unsicher hinsichtlich des Stoffes. Deshal hatte ich vorab bei Ihnen nachgefragt. Leider habe ich nur eine pauschale Antwort bekommen und keine echte Beratung oder sogar einen Anruf. Ich war drauf und dran nicht zu bestellen. Weiterhin bekomme erst nach Bestellung miutgeteilt, dass der Ersatzrock hinten eine Tasche hat. dieses Detail konnte ich nicht auswählen, schade! Per Saldo ist die Idee nach Größe zu bestellen nicht schlecht, aber Ihre Beratung besteht praktisch nicht!

Dass Sie nur eine pauschale Antwort erhalten haben und sich damit weiterhin unsicher gefühlt haben, entspricht nicht dem Anspruch, den wir an unsere Beratung stellen.
Auch der Hinweis zum Ersatzrock und der hinteren Tasche ist absolut nachvollziehbar. Solche Details sollten transparent und klar auswählbar sein, damit es keine Überraschungen nach der Bestellung gibt.

Jacket doesn’t fit. Very loose in arms , jacket itself and shoulders are hanging past my shoulders . Skirt fits ok but I ordered with back vent and it isn’t there . Really feels like suit bought off a rack in department store . What it process to return or attempt to fix?

No communication from the time I ordered to when they arrived. Also got charged at tariff once they were delivered and the size of the shoe was a size too small. No customer service, no easy way to return and I don’t think I can even return. Beware! Do not buy from this company. Quality of product is not great.

Laut Homepage hat man 48 Std Zeit, eine Bestellung zu stornieren, ich habe nach 2 Stunden storniert - Antwort: Ware bereits versandt, Stornierung nicht mehr möglich. Die Versandbestätigung kam heute (23 Stunden nach der Kundenservice-Antwort, die Ware sei versendet). Jetzt bekomme ich 2 Heftchen Stoffmuster aus China. Da ich nach dem Lesen der Kundenbewertungen beschlossen habe definitiv nicht bei Sumissura zu bestellen, brauche ich auch die Stoffmuster nicht. Meinen Warenkorb habe ich gelöscht und werde definitiv nicht bei Sumissura bestellen. Zum Glück nur 10 Euro in den Sand gesetzt.

Una decepción total, la tela es de mala calidad, el pantalón transparenta, las medidas no coinciden con las que envie, el corte de el traje no es el que pedi, y tiene errores de costura, vamos que te muestran en la foto un corte y una calidad premium y al final lo que recibes es una prenda que facilmente puede ser de shein/temu, por un precio desorbitado, ademas la confección es hecha en china, y ni hablar de los exagerados tiempos de entrega... La cereza del pastel, no hay devoluciones, le doy una estrella porque no puedo darle 0.

Siento de verdad leer tu decepción y el enfado con el que has vivido esta experiencia. Entiendo perfectamente lo frustrante que es recibir una prenda que no cumple con lo que esperabas, especialmente cuando la imagen, el corte y la calidad que viste antes de comprar no coinciden con el resultado final. Te pido disculpas por ello.
Quiero aclararte que trabajamos con tejidos seleccionados específicamente para sastrería a medida y con procesos de confección pensados para ofrecer un resultado de calidad. Dicho esto, cuando algo no encaja —ya sea el ajuste, el corte, la confección o la sensación del tejido— es evidente que no hemos cumplido con nuestro objetivo, y eso no es aceptable para nosotros.
Estoy convencido de que este caso se puede revisar y corregir. Me gustaría analizarlo personalmente para entender exactamente qué ha ocurrido con el tejido, el patrón y las medidas, y ver cómo podemos darle una solución adecuada. Nuestro interés es que no te quedes con esta mala experiencia y que podamos arreglarlo de la mejor manera posible.
Si puedes facilitarnos tu número de pedido o el email con el que realizaste la compra, me encargaré de revisarlo y de ponerme en contacto contigo directamente para valorar cómo resolverlo.

Tweedhose...unbrauchbar
Tweedhose...Stoff kratzt, es wurde bis zum Knie kein Futter eingearbeitet. Bund ca. 5 cm zu weit, Beine zu lang und am Saum viel zu eng, so daß ich gerade mit dem Fuß durchkomme.
Meine Massangaben stimmen.
Ich bringe das Teil jetzt sicher zu keinem Änderungsschneider was mich bloß Zeit und Nerven kostet.
Die Bestellung war einen Versuch wert und kann als einmalige Erfahrung verbucht werden.
Aber kein zweites Mal bei den Meisterschneidern.
