Une veste incroyable ! Mais alors le pantalon pré acheter ! Alors je me dit que c’est peut être un hasard que la veste me convienne mais un doute sur le sur mesure du pantalon. Payée plus de 350 euros un costume pour allez le refaire faire. Passer votre chemin.

En revanche, je comprends parfaitement votre doute concernant le pantalon, et plus largement sur le sur-mesure.
Dans ce type de produit, il peut arriver que certaines pièces nécessitent un ajustement, especialmente le pantalon où chaque détail compte beaucoup. C’est justement pour cela que nous accompagnons nos clientes après réception, afin d’obtenir un résultat final parfaitement adapté.

UNA ESTAFA MONUMENTAL, primero porque te venden un producto con una tela supuestamente de calidad y es lo más barato del mercado como si lo comprarás en el Primark que le da mil vueltas el Primark, una tela que no se adapta al cuerpo y que es una basura, y te lo cobran a 300 euros, y segundo que no se hacen responsables si quieres ajustes, la letra pequeña esque nada te complican la vida para que no molestes, si no queréis ser estafados no comprareis aquí ESTAFA.

Quiero aclararte que trabajamos con distintos tejidos y estándares de calidad, y me preocupa especialmente que percibas la tela de esa manera, porque no es en absoluto la experiencia que buscamos ofrecer. Además, cuando el resultado no es el esperado, sí ofrecemos diferentes soluciones para corregirlo, ya sea mediante ajustes, revisiones o alternativas adaptadas a cada caso.

Ordered in November, still no suit that fits in April
I ordered a suit in November 2025, to wear to formal occassions. During ordering somehow the website threw out my measurements, and made it according to what it thought my measurements were. The quality of the fabric is questionable. I reached out to customer support, got a new jacket and pants, that somehow fit worse. I thought it would be due to not having used the right measurements, but apparently that wasn't the case. The second suit was nothing like I was promised, baggy jeans, weird fit, jacket that fit very poorly. Mind you, I had to pay the shipping fee to ship back my jacket too.
After months of back and forth with customer support, I have to go to a local tailor to get a report on everything that's wrong with the pants. Tailor confirms these are men's pants and Sumissura is using men's patterns to make women's pants!
Now that explains a lot, so I sent the report to customer service, they offer another remake! Still trying to blame it on the wrong measurements... Asked them if they could just offer me different clothes (jeans they do get right), but they won't. Meanwhile my jacket got remade a third time, and fits even worse.
Another family member who ordered from them as well got told the suits are the most complex garments they make, and their body profiling doesn't work as well yet for the suits. Instead of admitting their patterns don't work for my body, and maybe they're not qualified to be selling that suit to me, they insist they will do better this time, wasting more material and shipping resources. They have not replied to my support ticket for the pants for over a month and the jacket I now have to take to a local tailor again...
I ordered in November, it is now April, and they still haven't managed to make me a decent suit or offer another satisfactory solution. I have invested days of my time into writing reports about what's wrong, so I don't recommend this website at all! If you need a suit, go elsewhere or an actual tailor!
EDIT: I have not heard anything from this person replying below or have been offered another solution. This seems like an automated reply.

I’m truly sorry to read about your experience, and I completely understand how frustrating and exhausting this situation must have been for you after so many months.
What you describe—multiple remakes that didn’t meet expectations, the issues with fit, the back-and-forth with our support team, and the lack of response over the past month—is far from the experience we aim to provide. I can also imagine how disappointing it must be to invest so much time documenting the issues and still not have a satisfactory outcome.
I would really like to personally review your case in detail and understand exactly what has happened at every step, including the concerns raised by your tailor. Could you please share your order number here so I can locate your file and take care of this right away?
Once I have it, I will look into everything as a priority and make sure we move towards a proper solution for you.

The process of creating
The process of creating, in my case, a jacket and a pair of brogues, was easy and professionally done. Every part of the process is explained well for that perfect experience and fit. My items are still in the creating part of the process making it hard to rate the completed cycle. If the first part is anything I will experience in the last part of the process delivery and trying on the items, it should go like clock work with a very happy ending.

Bereits 2x verschnitten
Ich warte gerade auf den 3. Versuch eines passenden Sakkos. Ich habe völlig durchschnittliche Maße und kann normalerweise problemlos Konfektion tragen. Mittlerweile habe ich schon Angst, wenn das Paket kommt, weil die Jacken (trotz vom Vertragsschneider genommener Maße und passend gelieferter Bluse) völlig verschnitten sind.
Der Kundenservice ist freundlich und geduldig, aber ich würde auf gar keinen Fall ein weiteres Mal Geld in dieses Experiment stecken.
Und selbst die Dinge, die einigermaßen passen, sehen einfach nach billiger Massenware aus.
Sorry, ich hatte mich wirklich sehr auf meine Bestellung gefreut, aber nach 4 bis 5 Monaten ist vom ursprünglichen Enthusiasmus nichts mehr übrig.

es tut mir wirklich sehr leid, das zu lesen… vor allem, weil man in deinen Worten merkt, wie viel Vorfreude am Anfang da war – und wie sich das Ganze über die Zeit ins Gegenteil entwickelt hat.
Nach mehreren Versuchen immer noch kein passendes Sakko zu haben, ist extrem frustrierend, und dass du inzwischen sogar ein ungutes Gefühl hast, wenn ein Paket ankommt, zeigt ganz klar, dass wir hier nicht das geliefert haben, was wir versprechen. Das sollte so nicht sein, ganz unabhängig davon, ob die Maße vom Schneider genommen wurden oder nicht.
Auch dein Eindruck zur Qualität ist etwas, das ich sehr ernst nehme.
Ich würde mir deinen Fall wirklich gerne persönlich und im Detail anschauen, um zu verstehen, was hier schiefgelaufen ist und ob wir noch eine Lösung finden können, mit der du dich am Ende doch noch wohlfühlst.
Wenn du magst, schick mir bitte deine Bestellnummer – ich kümmere mich dann selbst darum und melde mich direkt bei dir.
