Don’t do it. It is 100% a scam company. Even with exact measurements, the suit still didn’t fit. Their only form of “return” is to send the suit back and exchange it for a new suit. They absolutely will not give you your money back. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Mir gefällt sehr das Baukasten Prinzip und das der Anzug nach Maß angefertigt wird. Erste Anprobe nach dem er sehr schnell bei mir eingetroffen ist, ist der Anzug passt perfekt und ist genau so wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe.
Über den Preis kann ich auch nicht meckern da Preis und Leistung sehr gut passt. Würde jeder Zeit wieder dort bestellen und die Seite auch weiterempfehlen.

My experience was great
My experience was great. The sizing could be smaller but that could have come down to my measuring. I ordered a wool tailored suit and if I had to change anything it would just be that the pants were lined. They can get a bit irritating but besides that I’m very pleased with my product.

The fabric and measurements style of shirt is not what the picture is advertising online. It does not fit well around the waist and arms. The fabric also does not look elegant or clean like the picture.

Livraison interminable et service client limite
Commande annoncée avec un délai de 3 semaines, finalement livrée après plus d’un mois avec un blocage en douane de plus de 15 jours, sans aucune vraie maîtrise des délais.
À la réception, le pantalon du tailleur est beaucoup trop petit malgré des mesures prises avec un professionnel. Une erreur clairement problématique sur une commande censée être adaptée (demande d'assitance : 045652026).
Le service client est ensuite très peu satisfaisant :
retour du produit à la charge du client alors que l’erreur vient manifestement de la production,
obligation d’attendre la réception du produit retourné avant de lancer une nouvelle fabrication, ce qui rallonge encore des délais déjà excessifs.
Résultat : impossible de recevoir la commande dans les temps pour mon besoin début juillet, malgré une anticipation largement suffisante.
Expérience très décevante, manque de flexibilité et de prise en compte des contraintes client.

Je suis sincèrement désolé de lire votre déception. Je comprends parfaitement qu’un délai plus long que prévu, ajouté à un blocage en douane, puisse rendre l’expérience frustrante, surtout lorsque la commande est attendue pour une date précise.
Je regrette également que le pantalon reçu ne corresponde pas à l’ajustement attendu, malgré des mesures prises avec un professionnel. Dans une commande sur mesure, ce type de situation doit être regardé avec beaucoup d’attention afin de trouver une solution concrète et adaptée.
